Fort Russ - Ilia Belous & Inessa Sinchougova - Mon, 27 Mar 2017 00:00 UTC
Alexey Navalny - Alexey Navalny's campaign offices across Russia have called on the citizens to attend unsanctioned protests against Russia's Government. Peaceful protests, in Russia, require a permit from the cities' authorities to be able to account for any disruption. If no permit has been obtained, then the civil action is illegal.
Irrespective of this, over the past couple of days - protesters have gathered in Moscow, Ekaterinbug, Novosibirsk and other regional centers.
Apple Doesn't Fall Far from the Tree...
Navalny has obtained special training as part of his Yale University education, equipped to organise and carry out such operations with guaranteed funding. The civil unrest taking place throughout the country contains all the classic criteria of an "orange", "velvet', or "colour" revolution, which have been continually instigated by US intelligence services.
It is clear that not one "maidan" has ever resolved the problems that its respective country had - not in Yugoslavia, not in Tunisia, nor Ukraine. A 'maidan' achieves a government coup, the imposition of US-funded puppet leaders, genocide of the local population, and an overall throw back to the Middle Ages.
Alexey Navalny and his team are agents of US influence and intelligence service collaborators.
Maurice Raymond Greenberg - Maurice Greenberg
Maurice Raymond Greenberg offers a Yale University fellowship program, and is a well known person in certain circles. A short summary:
From 1968 to 2005, Greenberg was the CEO to the insurance giant, American International Group Inc (AIG);
Director, Federal Reserve Bank of New York;
Founder, The Maurice Greenberg Center for Judaic Studies;
In 1996, took part in a think tank initiative dedicated to reforming US intelligence «Making Intelligence Smarter»;
Applied for the Director position of the Central Intelligence Agency;
Frequent attendee at the Bilderberg club;
Member of the Council of Foreign Relations, heading the Commission on U.S. Policy toward Russia;
In 2005, Mr Greenberg was forced to leave his position at AIG as a result of an investigation by the New York City prosecutor's office, which had revealed accounting fraud. The CFR came to Greenberg's defence, as well as Mr Henry Kissinger himself. Greenberg was able to avoid a jail term while AIG paid $1.64 billion in fines. Another AIG executive, Christian Milton, was convicted to 4 years in prison for the siphoning of $500 million dollars - a very light sentence by all measures of US jurisdiction.
The investigation similarly revealed various offshore schemes, which were used for the siphoning of money overseas. Greenberg's lawyer was able to access the AIG office on the Bermuda Islands and destroyed 80 boxes of documents.
These are the 'businessmen' who have the audacity to teach international politics and relations with Russia, funding Russia's "fighters against corruption."
Change Russia
"Change Russia - start with Moscow. Navalny."
The tragedy of the upcoming protests is that many of the attendees are youths which have been thoroughly 'worked' on the internet and in Navalny's campaign offices on the ground. The younger generations have little to no experience in the way that young people can be systematically used as pawns in clashes with "authoritarian government" police force.
color revOn the left is Kiev 2014, and on the right is Minsk 2017. Propaganda photos such as these appear in most Western publications - while the perpetrators don't even bother to change up the templates.
Dear supporters"Navalny's team: Dear supporters of the anti-corruption march, on 26th March! Don't miss your chance to appear in the all-Russian "video-mob" - film yourself at the demonstration, clapping your hands into the camera, and send us the file (5-10 seconds) by email"
"Twitter revolution" tactics are most evident.
We've seen this somewhere before...
Similarly, on the left-hand side below, Navalny's group has published the official logo for the recent and upcoming demonstrations, its association social media hashtag and motto. Is there a resemblance of the image to the logos on the right?
revolution logoYou would be correct if you thought it looked familiar. In the right hand column are logos of opposition parties been, that were charged with instigating colour revolutions in their respective countries - the fist by now, is a classic footprint of the CIA. In clockwise order are Yugoslavia, Serbia, Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Russia x 2, Egypt, Iran, Belarus, and others.
In 1999, the "Otpor" student movement was used to prop up the anti-Presidential campaign in Serbia, which removed President Slobodan Milosevic from power.
victim propagandaOne such activist was a certain Marko Ivkovic. In 2011, he came to Ekaterinburg, Russia to open up a faction of his surveillance organisation "Voice", which was headed by Leonid Volkov - Navalny's right hand man. In 2012, the FSB forbid Ivkovic entry into the Russian Federation.
2019 mayor election, affirmative ballot: why Marvin Rees should be reselected
April 2019 – As your Labour Mayor, I am proud to have led an administration bringing our values to City Hall. We have prioritised frontline council services so despite massive Tory cuts we are proud to have secured the future of all of Bristol’s libraries; building affordable housing; making the Council a real Living Wage employer and winning new jobs, bringing Channel 4 to Bristol. Working with communities and local Labour councillors, we are delivering for Bristol as our leaflet’s map shows so clearly: www.labourbristol.co.uk/map
Jeremy Corbyn has recently praised our Labour council as we are genuinely delivering municipal socialism. We have fully funded our £40 million Council Tax Reduction Scheme – the last in the core cities – to support Bristol’s 25,000 poorest families, scrapped the former Mayor’s discount for second homes, introduced a 300% empty properties premium, and established an exemption for care leavers.
My administration has put housing at the very top of our political agenda. Our ambitious target to build 2,000 new homes – including 800 new affordable homes – will be delivered and exceeded. This is thanks to our new council-owned housing company, which will quicken development and invest profits into building social housing. We are also innovating with modular homes, including for young people at risk of homelessness, and held a Housing Festival to showcase new solutions. We are already completing new social housing and have opened the city’s first 24/7 homeless shelter, demonstrating our commitment to tackle the housing crisis and increase housing stock to meet ever-increasing demand.
Despite Tory austerity, which has hit councils the hardest, we have kept open every single children’s centre and maintained high levels of social care for adults and children. This has only been possible by reducing City Hall senior management, freezing top pay, using £50m+ of reserves, and retaining our 10:1 pay ratio (the core cities’ best and half Labour’s 20:1 public sector target). But, these are only short-term measures. Only a Labour Government will promise to end austerity and then actually do it. In the meantime, together with the core cities, we will not stop fighting for fair funding for Bristol.
This year, our Labour budget has also invested £90 million in tackling fuel poverty and climate change, recognising that social and environmental justice go hand-in-hand. We are pushing forward a £1 billion City Leap programme – our Green New Deal – to transform how the city generates, stores, and uses energy, and delivering on our promise for a £4 million Hartcliffe Way Recycling & Reuse Centre. My administration is also investing £20m+ in low emission vehicles for the council/waste company, securing bio-gas/fuel buses and retrofitting old models, cleaning up taxis, and lobbying for a national scrappage scheme, while encouraging city partners to go green too, as we develop a clean air plan in consultation with JAQU and the Minister. We have commenced a Bus Deal with First, which will mean huge investment in sustainable transport. Our administration will double bus journeys and is progressing work on a mass transit system which will transform transport and congestion.
Our Children’s Charter, signed up to by all major city partners, and mental health work with schools will ensure all of Bristol’s kids get off to the best start in life. My administration has also launched the WORKS programme, delivered 2,500 work experience placements, and are supporting apprentices. This year’s One City Plan priorities also put our young people first: affordable childcare, ending period poverty, and tackling street violence.
The whole Labour movement has been part of my administration. We have developed an inclusive economic growth strategy – working with unions, workers, and business – to ensure that all citizens share in the city’s success. Ensuring we have a diverse economy to provide jobs across all sectors is essential, as the emerging One City Plan recognises. I am also launching a city economy board to drive inclusion, on which the unions will be fully involved. I have signed the construction charter and am working with industry experts to roll this out across the city and overcome procurement rules to make sure the terms of that charter apply everywhere. We have also doubled social value as a key driver in procurement rules and, along with Preston, have done more than any other city to ensure the council and partners back the local economy. I have also ensured Bristol City Council has signed the Dying to Work charter and am working with unions to promote this across the city.
I have also ensured that the council is a real Living Wage employer and, working with the TUC, have written to chief execs of Bristol’s 150 biggest employers, asking them to reach out to their unions and to embrace the Living Wage, becoming accredited Living Wage Foundation employers. We are also in the process of becoming an Ethical Care Charter city, where social care workers get the Living Wage and travel time. There are still more than 35,000 workers in Bristol paid less than the Living Wage; I want to make ours the first city where the real Living Wage is the benchmark, not the aspiration. We need another four years of a Labour mayor and Labour administration. I hope you will support me to deliver for another four years, and then join me to work together on, campaign for, and deliver on another radical manifesto, so that we can keep bringing Labour values to our city.
Marvin Rees, Labour Mayor of Bristol

CLOSE OF MEETING
As was joyfully reported by all progressive media and bloggers, yesterday the fled oligarch Khodorkovsky, who is wanted for ordering murders, declared his full support to the twice conditionally-convicted Navalny, who, according to the law, has no right to participate in the Russian presidential elections in 2018. The way it sounds! But, it appeared that support for Navalny by Khodorkovsky including financial, isn’t news any more and has even already been documented. I.e., Mikhail Khodorkovsky, as it became clear, has injected money into the citizen Navalny for a long time, and in quite decent quantities. Of course, in dollars. To be exact, in tens of thousands of dollars.
So, besides the already known “Open Russia” of Khodorkovsky, in the British register one more “Open Russia” was discovered, founded recently – in November, 2015. As it follows from the record of the British register, “Open Russia”, instead of being twisted and branded in the west as “Open Russia”, is called OR (OTKRYTAYA ROSSIA). And this is not an error because such an organisation was assigned a separate registration number – 09888704. That de jure means a separate enterprise that doesn’t have a visible connection neither with trademarks nor with the same “Open Russia [Otkrytaya Rossia]”.
Why did Khodorkovsky need OTKRYTAYA ROSSIA? The answer, in general, is obvious. Firstly, another spelling, even the replacement of two letters in the word complicates the search of the necessary organization for those who are interested in its doubtful financial activity. Secondly, through an office with a distorted name it is possible to drag across the line doubtful payments or payments that should be hidden, moreover, to do it without damage to the main brand. Besides this, it is always possible to say that Mikhail Khodorkovsky “sees all this for the first time“. Khodorkovsky spun this trick already when he hid away from the payment of taxes in Yukos Oil Company, and there isn’t anything new in it.
The official founder and director of OTKRYTAYA ROSSIA is Natalya Shachkova, according to some data, the former assistant to the lawyer Khodorkovsky Anton Drel. And this same Shachkova created a number of other structures intended for the legalization of the money of Mikhail Khodorkovsky directed towards financing “revolution” in Russia, among which there is the institute “Free Acess one”, discovered in the Czech Republic (its number in the register – 03939332).
The aims of the institute is the spreading of democracy, freedom … and black cash tax evasion according to shady schemes. The veteran of all democratic waves – Mikhail Schneider – was obliged to admit receiving means in Khodorkovsky’s structure of “Free Acess one” “for consultations”. Standing from the PARNAS party for the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the candidate declared an income in 2015 from Free Acess one, (Czech Republic).
And now about Navalny. So, the trustee of Khodorkovsky known to us as Natalia Shachkova and the citizen of Germany Frank Gerhart Rieger, who also is in the leadership of the already known Czech money laundering shop of Mikhail Khodorkovsky “Free Acess one”, created in Estonia a new NGO “MTÜ Free Access HR” (registration number 80376665). This “non-profit organization” also represents another office of Khodorkovsky on financing the opposition.
It is exactly in this way that through “MTÜ Free Access HR” the “activist” of “Open Russia” Maria Baronova, standing for the State Duma in 2016, received considerable money for certain “services”, and forgot to declare them.
But the most interesting happened in 2015, when the entire team of Alexei Navalny was preparing for elections, both regional and federal – money was raised from trolls, sponsors were brought in, the information space was bought, the paid-for scandals were staged. In brief, Navalny very much-needed money.
Alexei Navalny has his right hand and faithful armour-bearer, he is also the chief of his campaign headquarters – Leonid Volkov, who even at the last forum of “Open Russia” in Tallinn substituted the conditionally convicted Navalny, speaking on behalf of his name. And it is precisely this Leonid Volkov in the summer of 2015 covertly concluded an agreement with the aforementioned Estonian office of Khodorkovsky’s “MTÜ Free Access HR” for … carrying out research on “Structures of Modern Russian Society”. To be exact, two research projects like that, sorry, research for 30,000 US dollars each time. A total of 60,000 dollars. Not bad, right?
Here the interesting document provided by goldpegas:
And Volkov quickly, in two months, easily writes such pieces of “research”. In reality, nobody saw these pieces of “research”, but the act of delivery-acceptance of works is available. And invoices for payment are also available. Here it is (from the same source):
It is clear that nobody wrote such pieces of “research”, and this 60,000 dollars from Khodorkovsky was safely delivered to Alexei Navalny. And, as we know, this is only a small part of the money that the fled oligarch Khodorkovsky pumps over through “laundries” for Navalny. And now, seemingly, the number of zeros will considerably increase, because Khodorkovsky officially called for Navalny’s support at presidential elections next year. And the fact that Navalny has no right to stand as he is serving a suspended sentence, doesn’t at all disturb Mikhail Khodorkovsky, as well as the illegality of financing.
And one more important question. The chief of staff of Navalny Leonid Volkov, at the time when he received 60,000 dollars from Khodorkovsky’s “afterwash” in Estonia, he stood for the legislative assembly of the Novosibirsk region and headed the HQ of the party PARNAS at elections in the Kostroma regional duma. But, of course, nowhere did this comrade mention the money received from Khodorkovsky and, of course, he didn’t pay any taxes. How is it possible?
