Timing Terror. How to disguise it, and how to use it.

We are now living in a world where anything can be weaponised. Wether it be blatant violent terrorism, or a more subtle strategy of fear, gas lighting, and manipulated blind obedience from a dumbed down public. It's time to identify who has been running the show, and dismantling democratic processes globally, and why they have stepped it up big time. Here is something I came across recently.
