For Christ's sake give the poseur what he craves. Ban him for being so brilliant we can't handle him. Whatever makes him happy just get shot of him.

Incidentally JR, I am not welsh and Chester is not in Wales. Maybe you should check a map rather than using whatever spy systems ur agency provides you. Don't be disheartened though, many Americans that visit our city believe it to be Welsh.
