Who Really Murdered Holly Wells & Jessica Chapman?

Who Really Murdered Holly Wells & Jessica Chapman?

British Police continue to torture least likely suspects Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr from Soham Village, while deliberately ignoring thousands of more likely suspects from nearby American Air Force Bases.
http://sandiego.indymedia.org/en/2002/09/2308.shtml

TWO OF OUR LITTLE GIRLS MAY HAVE BEEN MURDERED BY US
SERVICEMEN. THEIR BODIES WERE DUMPED OUTSIDE THE
PERIMETER FENCE OF USAF LAKENHEATH. NOT ONE US
SERVICEMAN HAS YET BEEN INTERVIEWED.

PLEASE VISIT THIS SITE & DISTRIBUTE AS WIDELY AS POSSIBLE
http://www.bigwig.net/softwaredesign/hollyjessica/who_really_murdered_ holly_wells_.htm

When British police arrested Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr during the early hours of Saturday 17 August, on suspicion of the abduction and murder of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, they did so in the certain knowledge that absolutely no hard evidence existed incriminating either suspect. The reason for the rapid arrests was very simple: Just hours earlier, two small bodies had been found near the perimeter fence at USAF Lakenheath, and the Prime Minister at 10 Downing Street was terrified of a massive political scandal involving American servicemen based in, or transiting through, the United Kingdom.

Shortly after the arrests, British and American media organizations demonized Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr so successfully that public attention was diverted away from Lakenheath completely, and focused instead on the young couple from Soham who had earlier willingly spoken to television crews about their concerns for the well being of the two missing 10-year-old girls. Both knew the girls reasonably well. Ian Huntley was the caretaker at their school, and Maxine Carr was a former teaching auxiliary in their class.

Millions of viewers around the world watched Ian and Maxine being interviewed by the media, and most were impressed by the openness of their statements and their genuine willingness to help if possible. Experts in non-verbal communication also noticed that Ian and Maxine’s involuntary body and eye movements perfectly matched what they were saying verbally to the journalists.

In other words, both appeared to be telling the truth both verbally and non-verbally, an almost impossible feat for even a trained liar to fabricate. It is critical to note here also that both came across on television as perfectly
normal, sane individuals, a reality later to be inexplicably challenged by police and psychiatrists in Cambridgeshire.

If Huntley and Carr had been involved at all with the abduction and murder of Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, would they have then been stupid enough to run the gauntlet of about 10,000 American servicemen en-route, and dump the two small bodies in a location clearly visible from
Lakenheath Control Tower, taxi track, and main runway?

A serviceman with detailed knowledge of activities and procedures inside the base might get away with it unseen, but certainly not two civilians from Soham in Cambridgeshire. So the perimeter would be an ideal dumping
ground for American servicemen eager to return to “safe” territory at USAF Lakenheath, before either entering their barracks on the base, or catching a shuttle bus to USAF Mildenhall.

In an attempt to demonize Ian Huntley still further, police “leaked” the damning information that he had been arrested for rape a number of years earlier. Well, yes, almost. While still a teenager Huntley had consensual
sex with his girlfriend, who was only 15-years-old at the time, an offence in the United Kingdom known as statutory rape. He was never charged with an offence however, and his former girlfriend [now age 21 years] recently confirmed it was a mutual crush [love affair], with enthusiastic sexual
consent on both sides.

So for a while at least, police and media have managed to deflect attention away from the two massive nearby USAF bases at Lakenheath and Mildenhall, and the political minefield lurking just below the surface if the British public ever find out about the very large numbers of children abused, raped, and sometimes murdered by American servicemen on overseas duty. So let us properly consider the “American Connection”, before returning later in this report to the unbelievable ongoing psychological abuse of Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr.

Though earlier in the investigation police declared they would be interviewing “700 known sex offenders” of British nationality, there was no mention of interviewing the 10,000+ US servicemen based in close proximity to Soham Village, or determining which other American servicemen has transited through the two bases, and on which flights,
since Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman first disappeared.

The simple fact that Holly and Jessica’s bodies were found within yards of the USAF Lakenheath perimeter fence, which in turn provides access to the American barracks within, should have had British police knocking on Lakenheath’s front door immediately. Unfortunately, any such action might have accidentally undermined Prime Minister Tony Blair’s personal slavish dedication to George W Bush's “War on Terror.”

Quote:
THE CASE OF THE SOHAM BADGERS - Ian Huntley and Maxine Carr

Before Tony Blair got into 10 Downing Street, our knowledge of stranger killers was that they always repeated their crimes and that they were very difficult to identify or catch. They were a faceless, nameless malignancy in a national multitude and they always had the upper hand. Their capture depended on police patience, vigilance and luck, or error on the part of the criminal. But since the Spin-and-Salary maestro invaded 10 Downing Street, this has all switched around. Now stranger killers are always locals, and they never repeat their crimes because the police always catch their man immediately after his first murder. Our police have become super-detectives, and instead of experiencing the nervous breakdown symptoms as before, our senior police officers appear to be developing psychopathic tendencies themselves.

There have been many examples of this new style of killer in recent convictions, including Sion Jenkins, Barry George, Roy Whiting and Ian Huntley for instance. In the cases of Whiting and Huntley, the crimes for which they are convicted were part of a series of child abductions and murders in the south east of England, which the police had begun prosecuting before the series was allowed to reveal its proper character. In Ian Huntley's case, a most interesting view of modern police procedure is traceable which enables us to understand why this change in our understanding of stranger killers has occurred.

The collective picture of the killer that emerged with this series of child murders was that he was a prowling hunter and traveller (as they usually are); that he came from around the Cheshire area (judging by his reaction to the Cheshire witness sighting in the Sarah Payne case); that he stole the Birmingham Cathedral Book of Condolences in the Jessica and Holly case (only their killer would have done this) and that therefore he is playing around with the press and the police (this type of killer usually does); that he has a cavalier attitude to the law generally and that he changes vehicles; that he is in middle age.

The collective picture that we get from the police prosecutions, however, is that he is several locals, some of whom had friendly relations with the victim, as in the cases of Danielle Jones' uncle and in Maxine Carr and Ian Huntley, and that he confined his hunting to his own back yard, even in the case of a village.

Police prosecutions then have changed these crimes from the extremely difficult to detect to the very easy, and we need to look at the evidence that has been used to produce this effect.

Very lengthy article. Visit above link for full view. I thought the following extract was interesting. It just doesn't seem to fit!!

Quote:
The Dustatic 101

While Huntley was working as the caretaker and manager of a team of cleaners in Soham Village College he sent a memo to the headmaster criticising the rotary floor polishers which sprayed a lot of dust around. He constructed a makeshift electro-static device and installed it on one of these polishers, and he found that it magnetically collected a lot of this dust. He applied for a patent in 2001 and approached the manufacturer of the polishers to make a deal whereby he would get royalties per unit. He was due to attend a meeting with the company in September 2002 when he was arrested for the Soham murders in August. In 2005 the UK Intellectual Property Office granted the patent. The company, Numatic International, has commented favourably about his invention, but in his new personality as the Soham murderer and reported homosexual and Islam convert in prison he refuses to allow any commercial company to develop his invention.

So there is a detectable hypocrisy in the prosecution case here, in the contradiction between the conscientious and resourceful caretaker behind the Dustatic invention, and the forensic evidence in which Huntley has fitted himself up with the black bin liner farce in his caretaker's bin.

One of the Police Detectives, Brian Stevens in charge of the enquiry taken of the case and later charged with having kiddie porn on his PC.
Was there a paedophile network at work around Soham?

Sky News
Prisoner Damien Fowkes has pleaded guilty to the attempted murder of Soham killer Ian Huntley and the manslaughter of child murderer Colin Hatch.

Fowkes, 35, slashed Huntley's throat in Frankland Prison, Durham, in March last year,

The convicted robber used a homemade knife to cause a "severe gaping cut" to the left side of Huntley's neck during the attack in the healthcare wing where the Soham killer was working.

Graham Reeds, prosecuting, said Fowkes asked a prison officer: "Is he dead? I hope so."

The previous month Fowkes had strangled Hatch at Full Sutton prison near York.

He had been charged with Hatch's murder but his manslaughter plea was accepted on the grounds of diminished responsibility.

Hull Crown Court was told Fowkes shows "strong psychopathic traits". He is already serving a life sentence for robbery.

I have my reservations that Ian Huntley committed the crime. Too many inconsistencies and anything the bs tabloids say is just to round up the sheep. Think for yourselves!

PS-the big wig.net link is dead.

I too have reservations as to the guilt of Huntley. It looks like Fowkes has become the prison assassin, the question then would be for who?
Shocked

Yes, true so in effect why would Fowkes risk more time in prison if someone hadn't offered to make it worth his while?
Fowkes is being labelled as psychotic so with this latest incident maybe has there been a development or exposure of someone who was really involved that is not being made public (as yet).
Ian Huntley has consistently stated he is innocent.

Here is an interesting piece (written nearly a decade ago) but I've never seen anything written inciting (with pics) U.S Servicemen before.

Who and why?

A reminder to those paedophiles put in high office and blackmail. As that is the one the perversions (that causes harm injury loss) that they can’t get people to accept. Yet.

And wont even put in the preventative laws in place.

i have to admit this case really troubled me as the 2 family liasion officers who dealt with the wells and chapman families were convicted of possessing child porn through operation ore and the evidence against him seem to perfect including the football tops that were supposedly burned still in one piece, i'v seen what football shirts go like when near fire they melt
its all a little to fishy for me

But Bates established himself as a key defence witness in trials involving men who claimed that they had been wrongly accused of accessing child pornography websites and also used his reputation to launch attacks on the police for their handling of Operation Ore, the police investigation into British users of a Texas-based sex site that sold images and video clips of child porn. Through his company website, Bates suggested that many of the 4,000-plus men arrested in the UK for accessing the site may have been innocent.

He argued that in many cases the men's credit card details - used to make payments to the site - had been used fraudulently. 'The scale of the fraud, especially hacking, just leapt off the screen,' Bates said at the time.

He also provided defence evidence in the case brought against Detective Constable Brian Stevens, a police officer who was assigned to liaise with the families of the murdered Soham schoolgirls Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman, and who was arrested on charges of possessing child porn. The case was dropped but Stevens was later jailed for concocting an alibi to escape the porn charges.

But before he moved to the area, he had been investigated for rape and underage sex with girls.

Huntley had allegedly targeted young girls in the mid-1990s while living in Immingham and in Grimsby.

However, despite services investigating complaints and Humberside Police being involved, there was never sufficient evidence to convict him.

However, a hero reader called the Grimsby Telegraph 12 days after the girls went missing, and Huntley and Maxine Carr, from Grimsby, were detained and questioned.
