Posting here has led me to believe that some of you people have no experience of the real world. I think your understanding of physics and engineering comes straight out of Hollywood, or maybe Wolfenstein 3D.

The reason for this thinking?

1. This question:

Quote:
How did the aluminium plane penetrate the steel grill shill?

Link:

http://www.nineeleven.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?p=19796#19796

Now you may not be aware of this, but the universe is not one great game of paper, scissors, rock. Steel doesn't always beat aluminium. I mean, according to this theory, bullets don't work.
Here's a piece of straw embedded in a tree, but this picture must have been photoshopped, because wood beats straw everytime. Right?

2. Apparently all the sections of steel in the WTC fell into nice neat short sections, as claimed here:

Link:

http://www.nineeleven.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?p=19781#1978

Quote:

WOW!! Cheers stateofgrace, there sure is an awful lot of unmelted steel in those pics. And many of the same size lengths as well hmmmmmm....
just long enough for those trucks as well, mightily handy.

When shown a photo of men cutting up steel, that was:

Quote:
Because obviously, that one section out of the many hundreds is too big to fit into the back of a lorry.

That's nice, but take a look at the photo:

All of the pieces of metal in that photo are too big. Every single one. Evidence eh? How come I can look at it and see large sections of steel that need to be cut, but through conspiracy tinted lenses, all of those sections are short enough and neat enough to fit into trucks?

Do I need a new prescription? Or do you guys need to stop with the BS?

I like this, because I can just use your own words against you, and there's nothing you can do about it except stop lying, and then you'll stop looking like idiots. Self-insulting, it's a fascinating situation...

You have admitted as such that WTC7 had explosives detonating thus demolishing the building and don't deny it, because you admitted seeing evidence of it. It is crystal clear you are taking the piss and on a deliberate wind up.
One minute you say its a load bull, and the next you agree WTC7 had explosives in it.
Make your mind up.

I think you need to google "newton's 3rd law of motion", then you will see why its hillarious that you would use that tree has an example.

you could cut through prison bars if your coke can was traveling 500mph and loaded with jet fuel.

Hence the title of this thread.

Do you really think an airliner is comparable to a coke can?

Do you lack that much experience of the real world?

Lead is softer than steel, but a lead air rifle pellet will punch a hole right through a steel coke can.

Lead is softer than bone. Lead shotgun pellets make a mess out of people.

you're the one who compared an airliner hitting a steel structure in similar terms to a a reed hitting a tree, bloody hypocrit.

Look at the damage a bird done to this nosecone, never mind it crashing through reinforced concrete and STEEL.

Well can you explain how a piece of straw became embedded in a tree? Have you ever tried forcing a piece of straw into a tree? Impossible is it?

Er, you do know that the nose cone is made of fibreglass? And you can see the the bird got no further than that fibreglass nose cone?

You don't actually think that it was the fibreglass nose cone that broke through the steel do you?

The planes didn't punch through and land on the floor in one piece you know. They were destroyed.

What's the point to all this? Do you believe that the towers were NOT hit by airliners? If true, what does this mean? Please explain how you come to your conclusions.

No offense, but from what I've seen, you're the last person I would trust as an authority on logic.

Which means he can't bother going to a dictionary to look up "credulity".

If he did I imagine he might find a link right back to the trooth movement, or a picture of himself...

Fox News are tools of the state, why do you listen to anything they say?

Oh sorry I forgot, it's well within the remit of the "truth" movement to pick and choose evidence as they see fit.

If I ever spend hours every day visiting a site whose reason for being is something with which I disagree, and attempt to convince the members that they are wrong to have the opinions they hold - THAT will be the day I will be living in a fantasy world. As for now I am just off to the nearest branch of the Socialist Workers Party where I like to spend as much time as possible "explaining" to the members how wrong they are and why they should all be true blue Conservative Party supporters. Why they just do not accept my superior ability in these matters is very frustrating!!

Oh I see, all of this is just opinion rather than fact then. That's ok. It's just your opinion that 9/11 was an inside job, you have no facts to back it up. Cool, thanks for clarifying that.

Now I get it!! While I form my opinions based on evidence relating to 9/11 and hold the view that it was an inside job you "KNOW" otherwise. You do not have the opinion that is was 19 Arabs. Not for you merely having a view based on evidence. You know as FACT what you know. Well all hail the mighty Johnny!! My it must be so superior to not have to bother with having an opinion when you can simply have the arrogance to know things as fact. What a jerk!!

I think the problem here is when credible questions arise for some event or conspiracy theory, like 9/11 some people get carried away and turn every bit of video, picture or information into a part of the conspiracy. Thus discrediting the true valid questions.

Its important to seperate wild suggestions and proven ones.

It also wouldn´t suprise me if the powers that be actually have people spreading rediculous thoeries in order to discredit the real possible ones.

Think about this for a moment. Every person the conspiracists recruited would be one more person in on the conspiracy. Every additional member of a conspiracy increases its risk of exposure.

Yeh, I didn't make my quota last week, so the bosses are coming down hard on my ass. Looks like I'll be burning the midnight oil.

Seriously, does it give you chest pains, wondering if your phone is bugged or if the guy reading the paper across the street is observing you?

I didn´t even have to think of it for a moment, a microsecond was needed to realise how silly a comment that is. To go on the internet and post a few posts on the internet with daft ideas isn´t that risky. And if the 9/11 was a conspiracy which seems more and more likely then there must be a hell of a lot of people involved, or brainwashed. And the apparent arrogance with which they operate leaves no doubt that they are cabable of anything. It wouldn´t suprise me if some new "conspiracists" were interviewed, who come up with some totally daft ideas to discredit the others.

Divide and Conquer. If everyone is in doubt and is lost in the smog of conspiracy they cannot see the true path of evil.
