Yes indeedy. What a success
How did that happen? I swear if you had said to me that we would pull that one off a few months ago: That we would sort all the logistics, attract David Ray Griifin, sell out Conway Hall at around £10 a head and have such a successful night, I would have thought you a bonkers conspiracy theorist. What with the July 7 anniversary and our lack of structure and money I thought Pikey's pleas to do something for the 5th anniversary would fall on deaf ears.
Then the possibility of David Ray Griffen visiting Europe arose and we ended up pulling it off. Full house. Break even at the very least, probably made a bit. Even now I'm not exactly sure who did what in order to make it come together and to be the undoubtedly success that it was. I know big thanks go to Ian Crane and David and Annie and Belinda and Olly and Andy B and Steve and Chris (Totnes) and Callum and Noel and Tim Sharpe many others both tonight and before hand. And to see so many travel from so far: Scotland, Yorks, Cumbria, Bristol
Perhaps biggest thanks of all go David (Ray Griffin). Here is a man who has been at the heart of the movement and its popularisation and worked so tirelessly. His research is meticulous and he speaks the truth. A privilege to have him with us. David Shayler was excellent and the whole event went smoothly.

Well I can think of quite a lot to say and I hope everyone else can as well. I'd like to suggest this thread becomes the place where we discuss not just tonight but also tomorrow/today's 'gathering' at the Mass , Brixton and the demonstration on Monday. To me tonight showed me we have arrived and we have got this far in an anarchic, unstructure way whilst becoming increasing united in our core belief (9/11 was an inside job). We are becoming aware of the implications of this. We are a united movement that is inclusive and open to new people.
We are close to a tipping point, a break through when everyone will know of the 9/11 truth movement, recognise its significance and finally become familiar with the evidence. And they will know this through the media, newspapers at first, then radio and TV. When the issue of WTC7 is discussed or the air defense lies exposed on Radio and TV. When it becomes a 'legitimate' question on Question Time.
We are already getting media coverage and are becoming harder to ignore. Now amongst the usual debunking, hatchet job nonsense there are more balanced 9/11 articles appearing. Loose change is being screened I heard in 50 countries. Soon 9/11 truth will be an issue the media won't be able to ignore. Already 36% of Americans do not believe the Commission and I would bet, of the remaining 64%, a big majority of that 64% is unfamiliar with the basic facts that David presented tonight. |

Yes, as Ian says, I think it was Pikey who originally started off this idea! Well done!!
Writing this on Gloria's whilst I wait for her to get back and very kindly give me a lift to Brixton - so that's why I arrived late as you will no doubt be reading this after the event!
It was BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT, BRILLIANT last night!!!!! DRG is not only a man who is not affraid to speak the truth but a man of great moral integrity - that was I think one of the great buzzes of the whole event and why everyone loves him so much!! How often is a large crowd addressed by a truely good person?! How inspiring such a speaker can be instead of all the lies and self serving rubbish our "politicians" spout?!
It gave me great hope last night!
I hope everyone noticed what was written above the stage:
"To Thine Own Self Be True!" How apt!! _________________ Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Very impressive night indeed. As only a recent member to this forum, yet a firm believer in the 9/11 Truth movement I only came across this meeting a week ago whilst looking through this forum. My girlfriend and I both travelled down from Sheffield and it was a great evening. I almost surprised myself with how much I have learnt about the facts of this event, there was not much that the great DRG mentioned that I had not come across before. The night was made even more special by the reaction of my girlfriend as she clearly realised why I had become so absorbed by the subject over the previous 6 months.
I hope this really is a sign that the movement is going from strength to strength, and if and hopefully when this all comes to light that DRG is honoured and recognised as being such a pivotal figure in not only the movement but for the lives of millions. |

nice to see a packed house and a lot of positive energy, and then seeing the two davids on the heaven and earth show this morning capped it off a treat |

One of our founding supporters, a member of the South Place Ethical Society, who run Conway Hall, said to me:
"We haven't had a packed meeting like that here for ages. How ever did you do it?"
I don't know what the answer is. I think it was the result of a lot of people pooling their efforts in an unstructured way for something they believe in.

Yes. A truly great evening.
The two Davids were excellent on the 'Heaven and Earth Show'. We should follow up Gloria Hunniford and Peter Hitchen's request to be shown 'the evidence' about 9/11. I suppose David and Annie should deal with this.
What of DRG's suggestion that we in Europe might set up our own 'Public Inquiry' into 9/11.....worth some serious thought. A plan anyone? |

Yes, a great night and a good gathering yesterday that covered a lot of areas in the workshops. The gig went rather smoothly too. Thanks to all those that helped over the weekend to make it such a success and somehting we can really build on.
DRG also mentioned afterwards that we should think about getting together with the other groups across the world and commission a poll with uniformed questions to show how sceptical the rest of the world are. This would make the yanks really sit up and take notice. If anyone has contacts with movements in other countries please do get in touch so we can try and get this off the ground.
Another thing we need to do is write to Channel 5 who are consdiering showing Loose Change 2. Please be polite but if they feel they have public support they may take the risk. _________________ "We will have to repent in this generation not merely for the vitriolic words and actions of the bad people, but for the appalling silence of the good people.” Martin Luther King |

I have posted this on another thread but have largely been ignored.
Given that the DRG event was a success - I had to sit on the floor and my two guests had to stand up for the presentation then we need to use this momentum to get the word out.
My two guests (who were new to this )now want to know when the next presentation is - and they will bring guests with them.
We need to schedule a new meeting that will accommodate a lot more people. EG Winter Gardens at Blackpool
Lets ask Alex Jones to present the meeting - set a date - say November 06 and promote it relentlessly - we will get thousands turning up
Let's have forum members giving a pledge now to buy x numbers of tickets.
I pledge to buy 10 tickets - now how much are they and where do I send the money?
If I had been running the DRG meeting - I would have got a show of hands from the audience to support future presentations and for each attendee to bring 2 further guests to the next meeting
I would have sold tickets for the next meeting (tickets would say time and place to be advised) - this would give start up funds to actually book a larger venue.
If this process is repeated a handful of times we can fill the Wembley Stadium - let's do it - and DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ah yes but the inevitable question is whose version and presentation of the evidence do we mean. I strongly suggest it is the evidence (and only this evidence) that the 2 Davids presented at Conway Hall together with the evidence in DRG's New Pearl Harbour and the 9/11 Commission books.

TTWSU3,
Next year, the UK 9/11Truth network plans to invite a number of 9/11 activisits and researchers in the United States over to the UK to hold a UK tour, maybe to London, Manchester etc. Names like Webster Tarpley, Barry Zwicker, Christopher Bollyn, perhaps Jim Marrs, and Alex Jones. I believe Webster has provisionally agreed. Nothing, of course, if final yet, but judging by the reception given to Dr Griffin, I would guess that we could fill almost any hall we chose. Between now and then, of course, we will have to do so serious fund raising. |

Dear TTWSF
Thanks for the kind words.
I hail your enthusiasm and would love to see what you are proposing come to pass.
However where it has been said before that we lack capacity: money, time, people: it is true. We are what we say we are: a loose network of campaigners united to reopen 9/11 with a limited (but growing) capacity to centrally support events
Hopefully that will change as we continue to build momentum, but the solution is that we all become the campaign.
Conway Hall was a calculated risk costing in total in the region of £3k together with another £1k for yesterday's gathering and gig I believe (I no longer manage the central finances so I can't be precise). This in affect cleared out all our funds. Now of course we raised funds from ticket and book sales that will recoup this and I believe create a modest profit.
So short of a rich philantropist coming forward with no strings attached finance 'we' are not in a position to hire Wembley just yet. Perhaps the next size up would be somewhere like Friends House in London Capacity 2000. But to make this happen will require people to step forward and make it happen.
But don't get discouraged Saturday was a major break thorugh in our ability to organise and promote events that cover their costs and as more people become involved and volunteer their time our capacity to stage multiple events will grow and of course it is not just London, but around the country events are being staged by campaigners independent of any central coordination. Go for it and feel free to contact me or others (eg Ian Crane, Annie, etc, etc, etc.) for further advice and support in making it happen
Become the campaign and change you want to see. This campaign is about empowering people to take their own action and speak their own truth by joining up with like minded people. As long as it is non-violent and does not promote violence or hatred in any shape or form (we are part of the peace movement after all), you will have 'our' support:
Best wishes
Ian |

What a great few days. I really hope this is the sign of 9-11 truth about to come out. Some of the responses over the weekend and the coverage on Heaven and Earth and Islam channels The Agenda have been very encouraging.
Well done everyone.

Seeing the photos of the demo makes me realise how far we have come in such a short time and we are still together and growing all the time. I couldn't be there today. I had to work but it looks like everything we could hope for. And we look like what we are. Friendly, positive, approachable, mildly eccentric but in the best possible way and with something important to say. We should have demos like this regularly in high streets across Britain and Ireland. Thank you to everyone who came to Conway Hall, the gathering or demo for one of the best weekends of my life.
You do realise we are now unstoppable. Even if there was another "catastrophic and catalyzing event -- like a new Pearl Harbor", the writing is on the wall for the PTB. You can almost feel the panic setting in through certain the corridors of power and as more and more people sense which way the wind is blowing, it will become 'safer and safer: professionally and personally to talk opening about 9/11 truth. The taboo will be broken. I wonder if Tony is thinking of retiring just that little bit earlier than even he was planning just a week ago. Safer to resign and hide out on Richard Branson's island than having to face the awkward questions of MPs increasingly aware of the 9/11 truth movement.
The cracks in the war on terror propaganda grow ever wider. |

Spot on IMHO Ian.
As Ian Crane stated in his keynote speech rather than say "lets". "what if",
instead each one of us says "I will".
The experience of the last three days is testimony to this........actions peak louder than words and they do empower others.
The setting up of Constituency 911 truth groups is the key to taking us into the next phase IMO and disspelling that "black sheep" feeling that the ptb utilise to great effect _________________ Pikey

Hi Ally. Good to meet you at last on Saturday
A transcript would be really helpful. That could be posted on line and allow everyone to read what was an excellent presentation of the case for this campaign. When the likes of Peter Hitchins wants to debate the evidence and whether they support the reopening of 9/11, let that be the evidence
I know there were ideas to market a DVD. Ian Crane will be able to say where we are up to on this and what current thinking is and how we go about getting a transcript written |

Gary and Di,
welcome although you already know you are welcome
That is so heartening to hear and makes it all worth while and all the more so because I know many others will had similarly positive experiences.
When I started out that was how I felt: alone but as this campaign has grown I came to know that I was not alone and 'conspiracy theorists' were not delusional, irrational or neo-nazis, but all sorts of people, all ages (18+) and backgrounds but we didn't know about each other before. Now thanks to this network we are linking up
On Sunday at the gathering Noel (Xmasdale) and I were chatting and I said 'you know we weve won don't you' and he still wasn't sure. So I said just wait and see. The fact that everyone else who went to any of the events over the weekend will have shared that same positive experience and tell other people and come away knowing that there is no hidden agenda and we are what we say we are: a loose, friendly network of campaigners who are united under a simple campaign platform: reopen 9/11. |

It was a great event, well done everyone. There's nothing I can say that hasn't been said already.
I've been waiting for the British wing of the 9/11 Truth movement to get going and now it really feels as if we have.
I think the bombings in London last year really has brought a lot of people together to discuss 9/11 and 7/7.
The media really showed themselves to be the overlord lap dogs that we know they are over the days surrounding the 5th anniversary of 9/11 - an almost complete blackout as far as we are concerned.
You know they are worried about how far the movement has come when they go to such lengths to hide us - especially in the US.
The recent radio poll which shows 85% of the Canadians asked believe that 9/11 was an inside job must really give the elite something to worry about. These sorts of figures are happening in polls all over the world and it's only a matter of time before the neo-facist scum make an even bigger move to squash us - another global crisis which they engineer to blow smoke in our direction and used to further clamp down on any dissenting voices.
I think we are at the stage now where we must move fast, show great purpose and strong solidarity that will prevent the movement from being shattered into smaller sections when the inevitable state sponsored, staged terror desends on the globe once again.
With all the errors the elite have made we can win this - it's not going to be easy.........but nobody ever said it was.
keep on helping to free humanity.
