I don't know if it was a false-flag operation but it did amuse me when Condoleeza Rice said "It's too early to tell who might have been responsible for the attack ... We will have to do the forensics". Funny she didn't feel that way after 911, eh?

Maybe they were caught off gaurd. Perhaps a Syrian black op to get the US off their backs!
