The deja vu just keeps on. Did you know that Ahmedinejad also never called for Israel to be 'wiped off the map' Didn't know that? Well let me explain, and I hope someone Iranian can confirm this but the way I understand it, is that Mr Ahmedinejad never said that because he speaks a language called Farsi, and in Farsi (see where I'm going with this?) there is no direct translation for 'Israel should be wiped off the map'. In fact he was quotin Ayatollah Ali Khameni speaking over 16 years ago saying that the illegal occupation of Palestine must 'vanish from the sands/page of time' Something, which unless I'm very much mistaken there are UN resolution asking for pretty much the same thing.

PS, I love the Wargasm quote. I'm gonna use that.
