Why Bayer has never been brought to task over this I don't know. The report is slightly wrong though in that it wasn't a drug but infected blood plasma used for medical purposes.

Not sure you can associate this story with the neo-cons though. This happened in 1984.

It says in the report that is is contaminated blood, basically it is blood with a prescription medicine in it that is given to heomophiliac children.
