9/11 SPECIAL PROSECUTOR NEEDED

I understand the average person’s reluctance not to believe that the U.S. government was involved in 9/11 because I was there myself not too long ago. But I am not another leftwing wacko who believes in unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. To the contrary, I am a life-long member of the Republican Party, someone who twice voted for George W. Bush (now a mistake), someone who has contributed money to Republican political candidates and the Republican National Committee. I am also a Federalist Society member and one believes in scientific methodology over intuition. But justice and fidelity to the Constitution are more important than party loyalty in a case like this; in getting to the truth behind what really happened on 9/11 and in convicting those Americans who are guilty of causing it. The accountability of our limited government to the People of the United States is the cornerstone of the U.S. Constitution and we choose to exercise that right here and now!

We do not want to believe that our own federal government may have conspired and murdered other Americans to justify the Global War on Terror and the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. Such information destroys our concept of self and our worldview. However, the truth is the truth and it cannot be hidden any longer. Now, some CIA officers are buying legal insurance to cover the cost of their defense should they be indicted by a federal grand jury for their roles in 9/11. They are worried that the results of an internal CIA investigation into some CIA agents’ roles in 9/11 may soon become public and the public outcry would immediately lead to their arrest for murder and conspiracy among other charges.

CIA officers who are charged with something that was done in the line of duty, i.e., for something that is constitutional and legal; are defended by the largest law firm in the world; the U.S. Justice Department. However, for illegal and unconstitutional charges they are on their own. That is why this private legal insurance has suddenly become so attractive to some employees of the CIA; they know that they will not be defended by the Justice Department because what they did was so illegal and reprehensible. Further, military personnel and federal officials are admonished to refuse any order that is unlawful because such an order is contrary to law and to the U.S. Constitution. They are held to account if they carry-out an unlawful order and are then prosecuted. The dictum is: one follows lawful orders, but refuses unlawful orders. That is what some people who got involved in staging the 9/11 false-flag incidents should have remembered and done; they should have refused unlawful orders. Now it is too late and they will soon be brought to justice. So will all others who planned and conspired to carry out these dastardly deeds.

And what deeds are those? First, the planning and destruction of the two twin WTC towers by airliners and explosive charges and the explosive, controlled demolition of WTC-7 (the third WTC building destroyed that day), the attack on the Pentagon by either a drone or a cruise missile (not an airliner as advertised), and the murder of almost 3000 people, mostly Americans. Prosecutors need to get to the bottom of why none of the 19 hijackers’ names appeared on any of the four airplanes’ flight manifests and why some of these so-called terrorists apparently have since turned up in the Middle East and have been granting interviews. In five years, the FBI never added these 19 names to the flight manifest. Why? Prosecutors need to subpoena the FBI to obtain the video recordings near the Pentagon attack from the navy gas station and the I-395 traffic cameras that actually photographed the incoming flight before it struck the Pentagon. And this is just the beginning. There are many, many other valid questions that need to be asked and answered. The following is based on scientific methodology and not a Ouija board.

What is it that we know?

First, WTC-7, which was about 350 feet from the twin towers, fell down without ever having being hit by an aircraft, debris, or anything else. So unless we are to believe that it fell down because of some special steel-eating termites unique only to New York City, then there must be another explanation for its collapse. There is. According to American physics professor Steven E. Jones of Brigham Young University’s physics department, WTC-7 was destroyed by a controlled thermate demolition that brought down the building within its own footprint. Thermate charges were used to quickly slice through the structural steel of the building much the way a warm knife slices through butter. Thermate is created by adding sulphur to thermite thus creating a more potent version of thermite; and a faster steel cutting outcome. Thermate leaves a measurable sulphur residue. In the debris, sulphur residue in the correct proportions for thermate was found in the debris of WTC-7, along with molten steel that was stilling glowing a month later in the rubble. Only thermate could bring steel to such a high temperature for such a long period of time that it would still be glowing a month later; aviation fuel or anything else found in the debris will not do that. Second, the so-called ‘airliner’ that crashed into the Pentagon seems to be one of the biggest mysteries of all and one with some distinct inconsistencies. According to the first Arlington County deputy fire chief to arrive on the scene, the impact only left about a ten foot hole in the wall which was then quickly covered up by blue tarps. All the black smoke filmed on that day was caused by the burning tires of the Pentagon helicopter pad fire truck. Later, however, once the blue tarps were removed that damage appeared to be much greater than that initially reported by the first-on-the scene deputy fire chief, although it was still not as big if a Boeing 757 had actually hit the building. French electrical engineering professor Jean-Pierre Desmoulins has done a detailed analysis of the Pentagon crash and concludes that it could not have been hit by a Being 757, such as American Airlines flight # 77. So what actually did hit the Pentagon?

Immediately after the crash, the FBI confiscated all the videotapes from the nearby cameras located at the navy gas station and the I-395 traffic cameras within minutes after the impact. Were they waiting – standing by – to do that? These cameras had a view of whatever it was that actually hit the Pentagon that day. Fives years later the FBI still refuses to release these videotapes to the public, the People of the United States, for whom the government works. This casts a deep pall of suspicion over what is on these tapes and why the FBI keeps stonewalling. Certainly there is no need for the FBI to continue to hide these videos from the so-called terrorists so it appears that they are hiding the truth only from the American People and the People now demand to see these videos un-doctored and unedited.

Concerning the inbound aircraft or missile, witnesses near the Pentagon in Arlington, VA on 9/11 reported either hearing nothing at all or they reported hearing a whishing sound immediately before impact. That, combined with the size of the initial impact lead some to believe that either a cruise missile or drone hit the Pentagon painted to look like an American Airlines aircraft (for cameras and witness testimony). Further and more significantly, an engineer has demonstrated that the actual flight trajectory would be impossible for a Boeing 757 hitting the Pentagon.

An important concomitant question is: If a 757 did not hit the Pentagon, what happened to the people onboard American Airlines flight # 77? Where are they?

Federal prosecutors of high integrity such as Patrick Fitzgerald will always listen, investigate and get to the bottom of all the lies. Clearly there is a plethora of crimes to investigate and federal officials who need to be brought to justice up to and including the President of the United States.

The Whitewash 9/11 Commission did what it was supposed to do: fix blame for 9/11 on foreign terrorists, not domestic terrorists. This whitewash was designed, in part, to legitimize the illegitimate and unjust imperial wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan. It did not address the role of the federal government in causing the 9/11 murders of American citizens by their own government; that was not part of their charter. It did not address the fact that the government may have facilitated this disaster. Their investigation is entirely inadequate.

By way of qualification, not all of the federal government is involved in the events surrounding the 9/11 black operation; only a handful of rogue elements would be involved in an operation like this. They may view themselves as super-patriots; doing what is necessary to protect America against terrorists in spite of the Constitution and the laws of this land. They created a galvanizing event – like the attack on Pearl Harbor – to unify popular support for the Global War on Terror and the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. They succeeded!

There are many others who were not involved in these plots but have been suppressed by those who were. Now it is now time to come forward to prosecutors or risk getting caught up in what is certain to follow and perhaps being mistakenly identified as someone who is an actual conspirator. If necessary, they can be protected by whistleblower statutes or a witness protection program. Whatever they know is needed to prosecute these murderers. Even if they think that whatever they know is unimportant, they need to contact prosecutors and let them decide and allow them connect the dots.

Federal prosecutors need to take stories about 9/11 seriously and investigate them. Most of these stories will eventually be ruled out; that is why using scientific methodology is so important. Using a scientific approach will help to rule out crackpot theories and political agendas. The only goals should be to get to the truth and to prosecute the perpetrators. Be cautious about using the FBI to investigate these matters as it is uncertain how far the conspiracy may run within the FBI. Instead, prosecutors should use trusted DOJ investigators and witnesses must be protected at all times. Do not allow senior-level officials within DOJ to squelch the investigation. Go public only when and if this happens.

If we were only to base our opinion on the scientific and engineering analysis briefly mentioned above and in much greater detail on the referenced websites, there is more than enough information to conclude that the ‘official’ government story has been neither truthful nor accurate. Clearly, there was a well-coordinated conspiracy underway on 9/11 that had nothing to do with the Islamic fundamentalist terrorists who were blamed for it.

Does that mean that there were not terrorists involved? Certainly not; because in staging a black operation scenario like this it is better to blend together verifiable elements of truth with the black operation to provide believability, concealment, and deniability. How much needs to be determined by a special federal prosecutor after extensive investigation conducted before the grand jury hands out indictments for those involved in this government black operation. Those who were involved need to contact a federal prosecutor now to make a deal before they are indicted. Others within organizations who were suppressed by forces in those organizations need to provide information to federal prosecutors to help bring the guilty to justice.

Appointing a special prosecutor to investigate this matter is the important first step. The Bush Administration will fight this with every fiber of their being but the public outcry must be so great as to make it impossible to continue to stonewall. We need to write to our congressmen now and calmly, reasonably, and relentlessly demand the appointment of a special prosecutor for 9/11. We need to involve the mainstream newsmedia and provide them with verifiable facts, not theories. This should include print media such as newspapers and magazines, radio, and television. We need to encourage people who have first-hand knowledge of what really happened on 9/11 to come forward with their information for federal prosecutors. We must and will pursue this matter until justice for the victims, families, and first responders on 9/11 is complete! Nothing less will do.

I just hope we all live long enough to enjoy watching the guilty hauled into court to face the inevitable truth and appropriate justice. It will be the Nuremberg trials for our own times.

In fact, when such a process begins - it is going to take months and months - possibly years and years - to unpick this lot via due jurisdiction and assess levels of involvement and culpability.

Eventually, I just want to see the sentences being handed out - which in the case of those who masterminded the whole murderous scam - should possibly include handing the worst offenders over to countries which exercise Sharia law (not a process I usually agree with under any circumstances ... but in this case - perhaps somewhat cruelly and ironically appropriate).

I also hope this will see realignment in American politics with perhaps the disbandment of the GOP and the further amending of the U.S. Constitution to assure that no President or adminstration is ever so powerful again. I have always believed that worthy as the U.S. system is - not having shared governence between a President & Prime Minister/Chancellor (like France, Germany or Ireland) means that the sole Federal executive power is vested in an individual with almost monarchical powers. This is, and was, always a bad mistake.

But mainly, I want to see all the 9/11 dead and bereaved (whether from 11/09/01 itself in America - or in the subsequent resulting conflicts elsewhere) gain final truth, justice and closure on this, the most diabolically monstrous act of this century.

It'll take the Americans ages to get an unbiased inquiry to happen in the US. They haven't even had a criminal investigation yet, into who perpetrated these crimes. If the Kennedy assassination is anything to go by, we should remember that so far as the US public is concerned no-one ever really got to the bottom of that.

Meanwhile, I believe we should support the call by Hugo Chavez, Webster Tarpley and others for an international inquiry into 9/11, roughly along the lines of the Bertrand Russell War Crimes Tribunal conducted during the Vietnam War. Such an event would give a boost to those in the US who are seeking to find a way of getting to the bottom of this crime and to retrieve their democracy from the rapacious claws of corrupt authoritarian centralism.

The President was reacting to a television report investigating a theory that the Twin Towers on 9/11 had been brought down by controlled explosives after Flights 11 and 175 had crashed into them.

Chavez has said the U.S. launched those wars to ensure its political and economic power. The President and his government are now calling for a new independent, international inquiry into what actually happened on 11 September 2001.

After this fifth anniversary, we can't be ignored any longer.
