Going by the replies I got when I posted this same article a few days ago - (Going Nuclear in NYC http://www.nineeleven.co.uk/board/viewtopic.php?t=4450 ) - that is *zero*, I don't think a lot of truthers are quite ready for this yet.
And yet it provides some explanations that other theories can't.

Perhaps as more radiation spots are found in NYC it's relevance will become more apparent.

I might add that there may well be a precedent for this too. ANyone ever heard of the Mushroom Cloud seen at Port Chicago (USA) in 1944?
