If he's not a deluded nutter or a wannabe glory seeker he was certainly planning on being a busy little bee. According to the script he was planning

a) A radioactive dirty bomb.

b) Attacks on the International Monetary Fund and World Bank buildings in Washington, the New York Stock Exchange and Citigroup buildings in New York and the Prudential buildings in Newark, New Jersey

c) To blow up three limousines "packed" with gas cylinders and explosives in underground car parks in the UK. The plot - known as the Gas Limos Project (ha ha. What imagination!)- was to form the "main cornerstone" of a series of synchronised attacks in the UK.

I hope he collected air miles. With all that travelling he could have had a nice holiday after his rampage of terror. He'd have needed one.

hmmm, the intel/military services are always thinking up new ways to kill people and often pay people to come up with this stuff. my bet is that they have used one of their own and fitted him up, or, put him in jail on purpose for infiltration/eavesdropping purposes. maybe.
