Why is 'Loose Change' so called?

for the main part, it was the budget LC1 was produced on. There are other reasons, but thats the main one.

Might be something to do with all the gold bullion that, supposedly, went missing from the twin towers underground vaults! According to the producers of LC the missing bullion is worth one-hundred and sixty-billion dollars!

Not sure I believe all that although the idea of such a massive heist is somewhat intriguing. Reminds me of the movie 'Swordfish'.

I remember reading it was to do with the missing 2.3 trillion dollars Rumsfield announced was 'missing' from the USA defense budget on Monday the 10th September 2001.

The 2.3 trillion being loose change to the Neocons. . .



A major part of this money is still unaccounted for. . . and there are many who think that some of it would have paid for 9/11 and its cover-up.

i think the original title of the film was
"made in america with loose change" which then got shortened to loose change obviously...

maybe it refers to the "Loose changes" made to the fabricated story spread throughout the media.
