Well. if he put his bins out early, then that shows he's a real loser, and what's more, it probably means that he smokes as well, and maybe even watches porn. How can these evil people justify their actions? Can't we move them all off to some detention camp somewhere?

Why not use a Sports Editor (probably the most read editor in the paper) as a scapegoat for our recycling laws!
But something has to be done to cut down waste, I just don't see the rich and well to do fingering through their rubbish Rolling Eyes

did you know the richest person in China is a woman who heads a recycling company? I agree we do need to clean up our act, don't get me wrong there. But if a man gets his recycling mixed up, or if he decides to put the rubbish out one day before pick up so he can go on holiday - don't fine him. Better education is needed for people to understand.

My uncle in Scotland use to recycle - until the local community found it where it ended up and they stopped. The recycled material was just put back in the ground wih the other rubbish. What's the point?

Your missing my point that what better scapegoat to punish than one the local comunity recognize, its an age old tactic that will never end Crying or Very sad
Also if many people follow his lead and not recycle they'll all end up with fines and the council would have 'done alright out of that one thank you very much' and probably funded their bowls team for another few years Mad
