Have you checked the volume slider on the video panel?
If that's ok and not muted, a few details of what your system is might help
(windows 98/XP etc.) |

In any sane world, that testimony would be explosive enough to have citizens and politicos demanding a paper ballot backup in November (and fraud charges against Ohio and Florida election officials, not to mention impeachment, treason etc. etc.) |
