I use echinacea which normally prevents me getting them in the first place but sometimes I can't afford it and one gets through - then I eat a shrink wrapped packet of boiled (not pickled) beetroot (organic if possible) every day and the symptoms are radically reduced but this is not a cure.

My understanding of the old 'Feed a cold, starve a fever' maxim was radically changed when it was explained to me that it means that if you 'feed a cold' you will then have to 'starve a fever'. But neither really makes sense to me because if I get a cold I always get a fever with it.

I think sensible moderation on this might be to move it rather than to lock it or delete it.

chemtrails are giving us colds, b******s. Colloidal silver seems to work, so does the usual vitamin c and echanecia.

Yes there has always been colds but they are being designed and developed into monster body weakeners now.
Chemtrails are just another unwelcome multitasking destructive mechanism introduced into our life.

I used to get colds regularly but since I stopped drinking cow's milk on the advice of a friend I haven't had one. It has been over two years now.

There are more cures than just for the common cold... cures for more serious conditions.

I also use to get colds and sick every September until around April. I also use to be alergic to pollin. I decreased my intake of meat, stopped drinking cows milk. Eat more vegetables etc. I drink soy milk now. I dont get sick at all. Pollin doesnt affect me. I can be around people that are sick, throwing up, fevers etc. And I dont get anything. Its pretty cool.

Anything which keeps the genuine Sep 11 truthers healthy is on topic.(General section)
Lemons excellent but rinse mouth well with water immediately to keep your tooth enamel. Colloidal siver is almost a cure-all.

You only have to look at "super size me"..... the guy who ate so much junk food nearly died!

Although milk should be the most beneficial foodstuff for humanity, if the cows were taken care of properly and not fed so many chemicals, I would drink it. But since cutting down on it, i have less colds, respiratary problems, smoother skin and am less tired.
Eating meat causes cancer and has a lot of karmic reactions too so i have not consumed dead flesh for at least 10 years.
