... and the addition of item (5) - No caps for titles and paragraphs of text.

Please abide by these simple and fair rules.

Titles will be changed to lower case and abuse will possibly lead to locked topics, deletion and/or banning.

Is there a practical reason for 'no upper case HEADERS'?

Is this serious? No shouting is aloud? Pardon me for stating the obvious but this new rule seems petty and entirely pointless.

That's one of the most bizarre rules that I've ever seen at a forum. No caps in headings or text? They way it's described at first I thought it meant that you can't even properly punctuate by capitalizing the first letter of a sentence. Now I understand that typing all text in caps is perceived as "yelling". Now I’ve heard it all.

Would this be considered whispering?
