Of course, the packet could have been designed by a no planer as a subtle way to get across to the public that the WTC was attacked by rockets. It also makes an interesting link through the words "Shock and Awe" with the invasion of Iraq confirming that 9/11 was carried out in order to justify this subsequent invasion.

No wonder the PTB are disgusted by this design.
