Don’t feel bad. I follow American politics 'fairly' closely and I wasn’t sure what the flip it meant exactly either. I meant to look it up myself and forgot until your post just reminded me. In laymen’s terms it suggests that he may decide to run for president in 2008. I suppose you could gather that much from the article that you posted though.

I just saw on the news a poll stating that Giuliani and Hillary are tied in the polls 47-47% for who the people would vote for if the election were held today. McCain (R) holds just a one-point lead with 48% but well within the margin of error so it's still a statistical dead heat. It doesn't get any closer than that. It’s still very early though and a lot could change within the next two years. One major gaffe could ruin a potential candidates chances altogether. Just ask George Allen.
I’m not sure if the US is quite ready to elect the first female president in to office. |

I appreciate its probably not the biggest headline but I consider him to be a scumbag. And he was in London on 7/7, the head of his own private security firm.
I also follow US politics closely. I am a member of a US forum board that I found in 2004 (or 2003). I tend not to post but I do read most of the messages and, if I find anything interesting, I post it on here.
It is worth a read.

Most of the members have expressed feelings for not wanting to vote for Hillary because I get the impression she is considered more right wing than most liberals. |
