Britain was likely to begin scaling back its forces in Iraq within the next 12 months, Defence Secretary John Reid. "I believe it is a process that could start - no more than that - over the next 12 months," he told the US news channel CNN. Mr Reid insisted Britain did not have "long-term imperialist ambitions" in Iraq and said US-led forces, which include around 8500 British troops, would only stay as long as needed.

Having at one point had the unique opportunity of living with and deprogramming a victim of US government mind control and Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA), I can only come to one conclusion regarding our current President. George W. Bush is "suffering" from what is called "Structured Dissociative Identity Disorder (SDID)", or mind control. Live 8, "the greatest concert" ever aired live, has been presented to World public opinion as an "awareness campaign" in solidarity with Africa. Its stated objective was to put pressure on the Group of Eight leaders (G8) to increase foreign aid flows and cancel the debt of the World's poorest countries. In the words of its promoter Bob Geldof, Live 8 has provided a "unique opportunity" to save a continent from a humanitarian disaster. The Live 8 concerts organized in the eight major industrial countries (as well as in South Africa), however, were not intended to raise money for the World's poorest countries.
