The helicopter drops a rope or 'beam' into the top of the tower immediately prior to it's collapse.

Is there any evidence that a single person was rescued by Helicopter

If not what the * were those helicopters up to?

Another thing on this very interesting clip is the top half of WTC
which is clearly falling at an angle - you would expect it to fall on top of lots of other buildings yet somehow it doesn't because it gets turned to dust before it gets there

or, and HERES a radical thought, some pilot, sick of watching people die in front of him, got a rope ladder and flew to the top of the building to try and save lives? You know, like helicopter rescue pilots do

Prole - we've done this one. I went through it again recently in a DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON thread. Unless I have mistaken what you are on about. I just rewatched the part you mention.

I think the consensus says they are 'copter flood lights or more likely given the context/timing... something used to target a device and/or trigger a device.
