I have justed received an order of 12 "World Without Cancer DVDs. 11 have been scratched with a stanley knife to render them useless.
Just how low will these b@st ards stoop. |

| Well.... 'they' did do 911. So erm... using 'box cutters' on your purchase is quite minor in comparison. |

'They' opened the packet, scratched them and then re-packed?
It would seem logical that the supplier did not do this at source - therefore it was either the carrier or customs. Surely you can claim on the insurance?
Who do you think did it?

| My William Rodriguez signed DVD only fills a small square in my tv screen, a bit like youtube. Are US DVD's a different format? |

You've hit the nail on the head - ALL American DVD's simply come with slashes made by boxcutters, it is the standard format.
Silly old TRUTH, they are supposed to be like that.

| Sheri, American DVD's are a different region and a different format. MAke sure your player and tv are both set to NTSC format. |
