My dear chap THAT is why when I last spoke to you on-line about this I gave you the web-site of Physicsonline where people can post physics problems and hundreds of lecturers and real engineers can help you.

I told you to post my calcs on that site and ASK OTHER ENGINEERS if the calculations are correct.

If you cant be bothered to do that simple task then you have some damn cheek accusing me of not being able to do simple energy calculations.

I have even provided you with the means to easily cross reference my work.

If you won't even check it that speaks volumes for your general attitude.

(no doubt you'll tell me its up to ME to post it there FOR you!!)

Come back with some reasoned responses and I`ll be happy to discuss them.

I`m afraid that posting "errr they must be wrong or something" doesnt really cut the mustard.

I suspect you WONT post the calcs on the Physics forum is that you are afraid they will agree with me!!!!!!

Go and prove me wrong on that one (it will be the only thing you can prove me wrong on so take the opportunity to do so)

No I didnt pay any attention to the last paragraph because I didnt like it; then my subconcious blanked it out and now I get around that uncomfortable fact by pretending it never happened and was all an imaginary occurance brought about by rogue light reflections from my Pint of Kronengerg forming themseves into coherent sentences on my monitor screen.

You see I couldnt handle the truth so my mind came up with an absurd but useful way of explaining it away without ever having to deal with reality!!!!!

Oooohh wait....that sounds like a familiar approach.....now who was it that came up with something similar on this very forum.....
