No. The nosecone contains the guidance system. Once it hits the target, that doesn't need to work any more and a hard penetrating nosecone is required.
The payload is further back, then the fuel, then the jet engine.

The 2 videos showing the nose cone exiting the building have to be faked because there was no exit hole shown in another video shot from street level.
All other angles do not show a nose cone exiting the building, I believe they faked the nose cone videos to start the no plane theory & use it later when the conspiracies started to make anyone who questions 9/11 look like an idiot.

I don't actually know. One can only make observations that don't fit into the official line so that there is enough justification for a complete review of the day of 9/11's events.
