As you will notice i don't really post on here much, my theory is there's no point preaching to the converted. Although i do read with great interest the many threads posted.
I have been for the last few days arguing the toss with people regarding 9/11 on the BBC World News Forum.
I didn't start the thread but joined as there were many people not even trying to debate the facts just throwing insults around.
What narks me more than anything is i didn't once post an offensive post but i have had 3 removed! The ones removed included Charlie Sheens reply to the Guardian, the 20 questions regarding 9/11 from st911.org, along with a piece about the hardcore debunkers, and i also included the list of names attributed to st911.org, i posted links to google videos for Loose Change 2, Painful Deceptions, 9/11 The Great Conpiracy 9/11 Eyewitness and Confronting The Evidence.
ALL my posts were removed even though they carried no offensive remarks whatsoever. The offensive remarks of others have been allowed to remain.
With the exitement of Charlie Sheen, a 'mainstream' actor, coming out and questioning the official story i really thought that maybe peoples minds were opening, after my experience on this forum i'm starting to doubt whether this is actually the case.

I think the general populous mind is opening faster than that of mainstream media...or at least that of BBC.
Never the less, the BBC must be feeling the pressure - I found this last week:
Quote:
"Almost everything to do with the freedom towers and ground zero is fraught with controversy"
Matt Fry BBC News

I wonder if this is in part a bit of pre-damage control as the pressure builds up.
Peace

Have you posted anything informing the forum members that your posts are being deleted? |

Thanks for that planet. Hopefully they can't limit that damage for much longer!
justin,
I wouldn't be suprised if it was the forum members reporting them, they seem to be more interested in winning an argument than checking the facts.
On a more positive note i've been invited to go on our local radio station to talk about 9/11, 2 hour slots over 3 days!! The Confronting The Evidence DVDs i've given out have caused quite a bit of interest, so they asked me to go on and talk about it. I went to speak to the presenter yesterday, who was very interested to say the least (bit of a Bush basher and doesn't mind making waves). I left them with Loose Change 2, JFKII, 911 Martial Law, and the book Painful Questions.
Wish me luck!
All the best,
Darrell. _________________ There is no squabbling so violent as that between people who accepted an idea yesterday and those who will accept the same idea tomorrow. |

Dstevo ... WOW - did I understand right, you're going to get 2hrs spread over 3 days to discuss this with the host live on air? - This is brilliant, good luck with it and do let us know how it went. |

link for BBC thread: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mbfivelive/F2148565?thread=2596519. The majority of the posts removed are mine.
Freddie,
Thanks for the good luck message, i can honestly say i'm a teeny bit nervous over it. Onething though, my understanding is it is 6hours over 3 days! Me in the studio with 3 others and calls being taken live. Hopefully it should be really good, i've had quite a lot of interest with the Confronting The Evidence DVD i've been giving out, so far almost a thousand given out over here!
I'll let you all know how it goes, the presenter said if it goes well it could be a regular thing. _________________ There is no squabbling so violent as that between people who accepted an idea yesterday and those who will accept the same idea tomorrow. |
