Meanwhile, Brown Sets Out His Masterplan, to reshape the world

http://www.timesonline.co.uk/article/0,,2-2553065,00.html

Quote:
Gordon Brown has called for a “new world order”, to be achieved by reorganising international institutions including the United Nations and Nato.

In a marked change of tone after years in which Tony Blair has been criticised for being too close to President Bush, the Chancellor emphasised the importance of working multinationally. And, in an agenda that would involve overhauling virtually all the world’s big organisations, he promised that he would put Britain’s interests and values at their heart.

In a speech in Bangalore yesterday, Mr Brown gave details of the foreign policy he plans to pursue when he becomes prime minister, as is almost certain this year. Making his first visit to India, he said that the postSecond World War institutions had to be made fit for the 21st century. He outlined plans to overhaul the UN, the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Group of Eight (GCool industrialised countries, the EU and Nato.

He also promised to take the pressure off British troops by insisting that other Nato countries do more to help in hotspots such as Afghanistan. He pledged continuity to Mr Blair’s policies but, in a change of tone, emphasised the importance of working multinationally rather than unilaterally.

He told an audience of Indian and British industrialists: “The post-1945 system of international institutions — built for a world of sheltered economies and just 50 states — is not yet broken, but for a world of 200 states and an open globalisation, urgently in need of modernisation and reform.”

He said that he would work to ensure that the new world order would be in Britain’s interests. “We can help to build things and shape this new world order and shape it in a way that is good for Britain and British values.”

The UN should be reformed to reflect the growing power of Asia, and Mr Brown insisted that he “strongly backed” India’s bid to join the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, which have the right to veto all resolutions.

The IMF would have to work to pre-empt financial crises rather than respond to them; the World Bank shift focus from purely development to promoting renewable forms of energy.

The Chancellor called for the stalled world trade talks to be restarted and condemned rising protectionism in America and Europe. He said that the EU would have to do more to embrace globalisation, rather than shut it out, saying that it would have to move “from an inward-looking union — the union of a trade-bloc Europe — to outward-looking internationalists, the union of a global Europe” .

Labour is drawing up plans for Mr Brown to face a formal ballot to confirm him as Labour leader, even if no one challenges him to replace Mr Blair (Philip Webster, Political Editor, writes).
This would avoid the need for him to “kick his heels” while the party elects a deputy leader, senior party sources said last night.

Incredible. And people say the NWO is a conspiracy theory.

Brown is singing his masters tune hoping to persuade them to allow him to succeed Bliar.

The "psychologically flawed" Brown may be allowed to sit on Bliar's vacated throne knowing that he won't be elected, thus continuing the project with the Bliar clone Cameron.

Is it just a coincidence that the non story of mass mind control BB racism surfaces just at the right time to upstage and embarras Brown on his trip to India.

I saw a interview with Brown on sky news today.

Nothing was said about the above article in the Times, just his view on the BB story....!

Unbelieveable, it really is.

Brown actually said he was working towards a "new world order" on TV news last night (I think it was BBC 6pm), when he was being interviewed about the Big Brother row in India yesterday.

I much prefer the fictional Brown in Alistair Beaton's 'The Trial of Tony Blair' that had Bliar carted off to The Hague to answer charges of war crimes in 2010.

A shame the real Brown is also a puppet of the New World Order.

I always thought he was a **bad person** too

And again, on the Today programme this morning, Brown was talking about the NWO and the benefits of globalisation.

I've always been suspicious of David Kelly's death but only recently did I wake up to the Robin Cook and John Smith possibilities. I wonder what he said at that meeting and how long it was before his "heart attack/s".

Robin Cook was born on 28.02.1946 and died on 06.08.2005

He had lived for 59 years, 5 months and 9 full days (5959)

He died on the 3101st week and 3rd day of his life (3113), 31 weeks and 1 day into 2005 (311 = 3 x 11 = 33).

Ruth Turner arrested on 19.1.

While Brown feels the heat in India over the contrived BB nonsense, he sings like a canary, flirting with his globalist masters from a prepared script and then, just in time for the weekend newsround, the agents of the Ancient Scottish Rite arrest another of Bliar's inner cabal.

A factional and very public drama unfolding me thinks. A show of power from both sides.

Fascinating.

Gordon Brown has called for a “new world order”

As I'm sure many will appreciate, this is GB's overt statement to the 'puppeteers' that he is prepared to play their game. The lack of reaction to his announcement will enable him to declare that he has a mandate to surrender the British nation to the Globalists. GB's continual rejection of the Euro during his tenure as Chancellor, was no more than an excuse to save that particular honour for himself. If GB does win the next General Election, watch how rapidly he becomes an advocate of Britain joining the Euro zone ... and starts promoting the case for signing up to the European Constitution ... without a referendum!

GB stating, "I don't accept that what America has tried to do has failed," would indicate that he buys into the Zionist/Neo-Con objective of destroying Iraq, physically, culturally and spiritually. I think it is safe to assume that GB's gargantuan psychopathic ego has won the day and from this day forward he has confirmed that he is a whore of the 'invisible government'. So, no real surprises there then, eh?

It's time to raise the game

Agreed Ian.

Question is, are the puppeteers confident which way to swing ?

Are they going to be satisfied with Brown for 2 more years or will it be bully boy Reid who has "proved" himself as the iron fisted hard man.

Brown licking the ideological boots of the global board members is just hilarious. So blatant, does the man have no shame ?

We know Dave is Princess in waiting. That's a given.

If Brown is allowed to succeed my money is on a short term gain, perhaps as you say, adoption of a fudged PR driven EU Constitution, Euro adoption and then swiftly ditched on a wave of real or generated electoral opposition, so Dave gets to play his role.

This cash for honours and who has control of which faction is fascinating.

Sorry I missed your talk in Wells, how did that go ?

Brown wants a 'new world order'

Mr Brown laid a floral tribute at the memorial for Mahatma Gandhi

Brown on challenges

Chancellor Gordon Brown has spoken of the need for a "new world order" to deal with future security and environmental challenges.

He called for a "new diplomacy" to go alongside military power to defeat terrorism, share prosperity and "win the battle of hearts and minds".

That meant strengthening Britain's global alliances but also reforming institutions such as the EU and UN.

Mr Brown was speaking in Mumbai on the latest stage of his tour of India.

The chancellor said he had been inspired by Mahatma Gandhi as he laid a wreath at the memorial to the former leader.

Mr Brown said he was not trying to compare himself to the founder of modern India but was inspired by his strength, courage and strong will.

I don't accept that what America has tried to do has failed

He also quoted Winston Churchill, in an interview with the BBC's Nick Robinson, saying "you cannot meet the challenges of the future by simply building the present in the image of the past".

He said the British people wanted a "more secure world," a safer environment and greater prosperity and "that will require new diplomacy in the next few years to build better institutions."

Mr Brown said he would not pledge to always seek UN approval before taking military action.

'Bigger role'

"Nobody's going to make that commitment," he said, adding that Britain tried to work through the UN in Iraq, where it now had a mandate.

"The American alliance we have, the European cooperation that we welcome and are going to strengthen in the years to come, and our role in the Commonwealth are the basis on which we move forward.

"But I believe that there is a collective interest that the world can be persuaded of, in the United Nations playing a bigger role in security, Nato playing a bigger role out of theatre, and also the European Union as a collective institution playing a fuller role in world politics."

The Chancellor rejected Northern Ireland Secretary Peter Hain's criticism that the US "neo-conservative" mission had failed.

"I don't accept that what America has tried to do has failed," he said.

Mr Brown also called for greater international co-operation and a stronger sense of national purpose in meeting the security threat.

"If we in Britain can have a stronger sense of what our national purpose is, that will enable us to face the challenges ahead.

"That would mean, in practice, we spend more time thinking about what can integrate us as a community and bring us together."

Earlier, Mr Brown said he has grown more relaxed speaking about the "big challenges" which will face him as the likely next prime minister.

He is widely expected to take over as prime minister when Tony Blair stands down this year.

'World leader'

He told the BBC: "It's the right thing to do, to talk about some of the big challenges for the future.

"I've been thinking about some of these big challenges. I see the potential for Britain to be a world leader in so many areas in the future.

"I also see that we can build that stronger sense of national identity in Britain that will give us strength to face the challenges of the future."

His three-day tour to India is being seen an attempt to move beyond fiscal policy and strengthen his international credentials.

But the visit has been overshadowed by the row over the alleged racist bullying of Indian actress Shilpa Shetty on the UK reality television show Celebrity Big Brother.

Mr Brown has already described as "offensive" the allegedly racist remarks and he faces possible further questions during a visit to a Bollywood film studio in Mumbai.

He is also expected to meet industrialists in the city, which is India's financial capital.

What ?

Do they Gordon ?

Who said you could speak for the British people ?

You were elected by 58% of the voters in Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath as I have it.

Garrulous Gordon's Gabby Globalism.

Only 4 mentions of "new world order" in this speech.

Wednesday 31 January 2007 11:08
HM Treasury (National)

Remarks by the Rt. Hon. Gordon Brown MP, Chancellor of the Exchequer, to the Government Leaders Forum Europe, at the Scottish Parliament

My theme today is how we, the advanced industrial world, make globalisation and it's technological advances - many of them the innovations of Bill Gates - work for not just some of the people, but all of the people. For what Bill Gates is achieving in building a partnership between rich and poor countries that addresses the health and educational needs of the poor, is now at the very core of what the Prime Minister of India has called an 'inclusive globalisation'.
