The GAO (US Government Accountability Office) for the 9th consecutive year still can't get the books to balance.

"Three major impediments to an opinion on the consolidated financial statements continued to be (1) serious financial management problems at the Department of Defense, ......."

Not surprising when the DoD accountants would make even Ken Ley blush

How exactly do you loose $2.3 trillion?. If $2.3 trillion fell into the wrong hands imagine what influence and silence that buys and what clandestine havoc you could provoke. Enough to buy you a small army.
