The left appear to be stonewalling the whole 9/11 truth movement which is very, very sad. The Socialist Worker have yet to give anything connected with the core issues of 9/11 a wide berth. Are they in denial too or are they too puppets of the elite acting as some sort of 'safety valve' for the proletariat. Their reaction is an absolute disgrace and they are letting down their readers, their party and humanity at large. |

Hi,
As others have experienced, many of the membership of organisations such as Socialist Worker, STW and "traditionally left" organisations are open to the truth, but as you go higher up, it seems people become more dismissive - perhaps because of infiltration but also because they may think that "conspiracy theories" threaten their credibility as an organisation.
With posts like yours, however, it is becoming ever clearer that those who do *not* examine and fairly discuss 9/11 and 7/7 evidence are now the ones whose credibility is being eroded.
Time will tell (and, in my opinion, is already doing so). _________________ Andrew

I have thought a lot about this and have a rather uncharitable thought that some on the Hard Left are so addicted to shouting and posturing that the last thing they want is to actually bring down the PTB.
Unfair and untrue, I am sure, but what other reasons are there, apart from Andrew's likely suggestion about fear of ridicule? |

Do you know something, Andrew, Ive thought the same. Ive dropped into the Socialist Worker bookshop in Central London, getting them to watch Loose Change and google people like David Ray Griffin and Steven e. Jones and the usual reply is "Well I suppose it's a question of where you want to focus your energies." Wtf? This is the 'Mother of all issues'. Im sorry but *' ell, surely this is the glittering prize any 'revolutionary socialist' could ever wish for and it's here, it's now, but they continue to look the other way, sipping herbal tea and smelling the print of Chomsky books. It's as though theyre thinking, "This isnt supposed to happen, how do we fit into this, what about the 'class struggle', I love shouting through my big megaphone, which third tower?
Doh. _________________ 'Maybe if I can show some lurking kids that this is all a pack of lies, then maybe I can make a difference. I don't plan on converting any of you because you're all mad.'

To be quite honest I feel most of these so-called left organizations are as much part of the PTB as the PTB themselves. The left is part of an illusion that gives people the impression there is a choice. The hard left seem to just say the exact opposite to the hard right. For example the issue of Iraq's many insurgent groups; the right say they are bad and the left say they are good. What a load of nonsense. Communism was financed by the international bankers when they backed the Russian revolution. Check out the film Money Masters its all in there.
The left are the same as the right.
Thats my ten pennies worth.
Peace and love

i regard myself as a moderate lefty! I'm not for the SWP tho.
I don't like to put myself in a category really.
I have a dislike for the class system and I am against capitalism.
I also recognise that its what we've got at the mo and i'm not sure that anything can change until the american empire reaches it's peak and we have a big nuclear war or something.
that doesn't stop me from adressing the issues/problems tho.
The SWP are so far left, they aren't much different to the far right BNP. 'Smash the BNP by any means neccessary!' is the kind of thing you read on SWP placards. _________________ "During times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act" |

Most of the left have, so far, missed what happened, the WSWS site probably has the best coverage of 9/11 and politics in general (though they are still a sect like all the rest), but they only go as far as saying that the Bush adminstration had prior warning and let it happen rather than saying they organised it. But perhaps they haven't looked at things like the structural failure of WTC7... (it's not mentioned on their site as far as I can tell). |

the common denominator is freemasonry..until people realise that these scum merchants infiltrate and infest nearly every organisation in order to regulate what gets out to the masses then the truth will remain buried...if there are any masons in the 911 movement i say you have a hidden agenda and should be outed before you spread your infestation... |

Hello & Welcome wtc7 - Great Name!!
I think you do well to refer to these people as a "Sect." I personally think this accounts for a lot of peoples' inability to "see" and "hear" what contradicts what they have officially been commanded to believe - and I think this runs right through society! I see it as being like part of a "hive mind" and it was first brought home to me when I joined something called Sahaj Yoga - which I actually got a lot out of. I was only in it for about eighteen months - I had to leave because I wanted to question some of their teachings, questions which I felt just got totally ignored. Also I started having experiences of my own which were not within the agenda - not "possible" in fact!!!
I left - but with no hard feelings. Then shortly after I found that some of the worst people for not being able to discuss things with that I had met (nice though they actually were) because all they did was repeat the same senstences that they seemed to be programnmed with ...had now left SY and hated it for having "ruined their lives" for the last 30 years, etc - what it had "made" them do!! They had now all joined another group "I hate SY - it has ruined my life." They are now, no doubt, all there on various discussion groups on the Net still bleating away...
This, I believe, is the kind of thing we are up against - and ofcourse can sometimes fall into ourselves if we are not careful!
Quote: | A THIRD cause of common Errors is the Credulity of men, that is, an easie assent to what is obtruded, or a believing at first ear, what is delivered by others. This is a weakness in the understanding, without examination assenting unto things, which from their Natures and Causes do carry no perswasion; whereby men often swallow falsities for truths, dubiosities for certainties, feasibilities for possibilities, and things impossible as possibilities themselves. Which, though the weakness of the Intellect, and most discoverable in vulgar heads; yet hath it sometime fallen upon wiser brains, and great advancers of Truth.
