As with China, the current warmongering US administration is setting about encircling Russia with advanced radar stations and missile defence complex. The aim being to eliminate the ability for their ICBM's to leave Russian and Chinese airspace intact. To the Dr. Strangeloves in the Whitehouse this makes a future nuclear conflict "winnable" ...
