Agreed Very artfully composed and the flow of the lyrics doesnt give a merely propagandist feel
Like Light Infantree I feel it needs a more banging treatment to unfold it

Very professional although I think the lyrics do need to be changed. To make a song popular you shouldn't use negative words like death and kill. You may get away with a more aggressive approach if you did a hard dance tune.
But hey, as said very professional but go for the luvey angle which suits the ballard style and it'll be more easily accepted. Most people won't get all the technical stuff i.e. Fall speeds etc so leave that out.
Here's an idea off the top of my head:
Somebody singing about their lover from one of the towers:
Why I'm dieing I don't know...
Wars no reason...
Will I die for peace or war...
When we (or... and we) stood together in the moonlight...
Together we're gone...
This conspiracy isn't lies it's all about who live and dies... (could be a good hookline)
Best,

gawd that was funny. so cheesy. not my typa thing, but hella funny! good production though. It sounds so wierd singing about 9/11 facts. too wierd for words.
marndin, you have a good voice and you are obviously extremely musically talented... and a wise man also
...I just dont get the song? the events of 9/11 make me feel angry, serious etc... The song is just too soft, too melodic maybe? The feel of the song just doesn't match the emotions that one would expect. The lyrics are good, but the tune doesn't fit. The 9/11 songs that I have heard and really get me emotionally charged, fall into two catagories. The first is either rock/metal, banging breaks (Dance music) or hip hop which raise my anger levels at the situation and make a serious political statement... Take "Bin Laden - DJ Green Lantern & Eminem" http://www.911truthla.org/audio/binladen_djgreenlantern.mp3 or "Lies Lies Lies by Ministry" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SwOCu1phcNQ for example. The other way to go is through comedy "George Bush Is - RobTheRub" http://www.myspace.com/robtherub

...Jeesh... I'm sounding like bloody Simon Cowell
Hi bongo
I'm angry too, but i've noticed that voicing this subject in an angry fashion doesn't actually achieve the desired end result. So I decided to write a very melodic and catchy song to stick in peoples heads so that they subconsciously grasp the information & eventually act on it in a responsible and sensible way.
With the current media support this is exactly how adverstising works (I know I did it for a while) and will have a long term effect.
Also, we don't really want people to get that angry. We want controlled thoughts & actions, otherwise it will be even easier for the powers that be to introduce/action the draconian laws they wish to.
I 've listned to a lot and posted it to about five sites including Loose Change Forum , where it went down well, and 911researchers.com, wich is now my main homepage.
If I may just list some plus and minus points for me:
PLUS POINTS
Very slick and attractive production
Nice fresh open voice
Neat rhymes - good chorus
Not too long or too whiny - postive and upbeat
Catchy music
MINUS POINTS
Little too short
Some lyrics don't quite jell - 'Cold War, Bird Flu, WMD' may all be black-ops, but in such a short song stick to 9/11.
Bit too short - another verse about Bush at Booker school maybe ?
Or Northwoods? more relevant than the Liberty or Tonkin?
The song doesn't quite 'get there' There is a nice build through the Bridge although the key change is a bit contrived perhaps - maybe not.
My partner thought it need abigger production with soaring strings.(!)
I would say - end with something really strong and new.
This is the first mix, so it will probably change after a couple of weeks.
As I mentioned last time. If anyone would like to use it (or part of it) for anything to do with the 9/11 truth campaign. Please get in touch and I'll send you a high quality version.
So far it has achieved my aim, and is being downloaded a fair amount!
Hi Martin, Yeah... after some more listening... 'Not too bad '
To be honest, with my love of rock and dance music, it's maybe not personally my cup of tea (style wise) and that's why maybe I can't comment? But full credit to you... you are obviously a dude with a great deal of intelligence and talent. I have downloaded it and might use it on the title screens of some of the 9/11 DVD's I hand out... With your permission of course?
Hi Martin,
Well done,,,, I like it and so did my Mom(she's not so keen on rap&rock 911 songs) Good lyrics,,, nice a clear.
Thank YOU for the song _________________ Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former."Albert Einstein (1879-1955)
Howdy from Atlanta! Just heard the song on the Calgary 9/11 Truth podcast and FREAKED!!! Searched and found this site and thread. Downloaded the song and now it's on my iPod. The video is just as awesome. My wife saw it and cried - it's that good. Martin, thank you so much for your creativity and generosity.
And to y'all in the UK: I know a lot of you feel us Yanks are pretty dumb, but be patient. More and more of us are waking up everyday.
Song Lyrics:
You told the world Saddam had chemical bombs
To kill us in our homes, and on our farms
You said he sent his men into the heavens
big planes crashing down, September 11
You lied, You lied,
People died, When Bush lied
I've got some questions, wipe that smirk off your face
Betraying your people, that's a real disgrace
See I'm having a hard time finding that plane
that you said hit the Pentagon, bursting into flames
Vapourising the aircraft, didn't leave no remains
But the bodies appear not to burn quite the same
More lies Yeah, yeah, more lies
America died, When Bush lied
And talk about mir'cles, did you see how they fell,
the three towers in New York, those charges worked well
Flattened out in a straight line, just like it was planned
Did you think we were so stupid that we wouldn't understand
And it's a pity about the folks there on Flight 93,
Just as they took back control, you blew them to smithereens
You lied, You lied
Heroes died, when Bush lied
You say Osama is living in a place you have traced
But you don't go and get him, it seems such a waste
Could it be it's because he's still one of your men
A C-I-A asset just like he was then
He endorsed your campaign in a last minute pitch
Is he just one more man who has gotten quite rich
From your lies, Your lies
Freedom died, from your lies
How about those Israelis dancing to their success,
On the rooftops of Jersey, they created a mess
So you sent them back home with a slap on the wrist
Told the cops not to bother, 'cause they don't exist
It's a lie, You lied
Justice died, when you lied
Now people are dying through your crimes in Iraq
You've killed more than Saddam, though you don't care to keep track
Cause they're only some Arabs in a faraway land
That Yahweh has promised to his chosen band
While Sharon and his cronies pull on your strings
When he opens his mouth your whole government sings
His lies, His lies
Palestinians die, With Bush lies
Next time you talk to your God, I've got a question for him
What side is he on or does it change on a whim'
There's a whole lot of people, suff'rin here in his name
What kind of pyscho is he that he's playing this game
It sounds more like the devil is guiding your hand
Destruction and death are the plagues of the land
of your lies, your lies
Children die, When Bush lies
You see, Mr President, there's something amiss
Two elections you lost, but you overcame this
By rigging the vote, not counting the blacks
You've ensured two full terms, the dry drunk is back
And now they're changing the laws to get you a third
The brown shirts are charging at the front of the herd
of your lies, your lies
Democracy dies, When Bush lies
The question remains what can we do about this
Most people refuse to consider this list
They're lost in illusion, can't recognise proof
so we offer this song to all who stand for the truth
No more lies, No more lies
Must we all die, Because of your lies
No more lies, No more lies
Must we all die, Because of your lies
