'say no' to 0870 telephone numbers

I'm guilty here of going off topic of 911 but this subject and having to pay to enjoy internet access (when its free in the US) really gets my back up. Rip off Britain and no doubt the hidden hand behind 911 are the same people behind it!

What really annoys me and is so obviously a crime in my books, is that when you are calling a company to sign up or enquire how to use their service and become a customer its always a free phone 0800 number.

Yet when you need help, assistance or troubleshooting they make you call an 085 or 087 number!! Evil or Very Mad
