I'm obviously saying that The Laws Of PhysicsTM are routinely flouted in favor of soft fast moving objects passing through hard, still ones. In this case someone has been tinkering with Newtons third law to allow this seemingly sqishy squashy tennis ball to entirely penetrate the bouncy fiberous plastics of the tennis racket!

But wait!!! Tennis rackets were manufactured to STOP tennis balls not fall appart when one hits them. What we see here is a perfect endorsement of the FACT THAT THIS VIDEO IS A FAKE!

Now I know whats on the way, "SHILL" you shout. But I know inside you secretly agree. You can't look at that video of the tennis ball penetrating the racket, or the chip board and not realise that something is very wrong here. TENNIS BALLS DONT PENETRATE RACKETS. If you are too fearfull of the truth to see that then get out of the truth movement because you sure aren't doing us any good.

If people can't accept this simple truth even when they know it in their hearts, then I have great fear for the truth movement.

That is what happened though.
I thought it demonstrated 110% how easy it is to fool some people.
He says a soft tennis ball smashed through that rackets tough strings but the hole was too big and some of the strings are poking outwards!. Blatent CGI.
Mustve detonated a small charge there. Its mind control!
Likewise the hole in the 'monitor' is all wrong. TOO BIG!

Whilst I am not challenging your perception of the tolerances to which tennis rackets are manufactured;

Should a tennis racket be firmly mounted (as opposed to being hand-held) and an object (even a tennis ball), be fired at speeds well in excess of the tolerances said racket was built to withstand, why would it not penetrate the racket?

Bear in mind, there are tennis rackets and tennis rackets. The one used may well have been already broken/poorly constructed. I broke a badminton racket with a shuttlecock and that was a bit of rubber and feathers. I have also seen a tennis bat shatter into pieces during a local match just hitting what it was 'designed' to counter.

There is a lot we are taking for granted here that we simply do not know.

My response was concise and designed to illustrate the shortcomings in your post. You however have replied by;

a) Offering up profanities.

b) Ignoring my points in favour of simply asking a question you already know the answer to.

This is not informed debate, it is another exercise in 'face'.

Pneumatic 'potato' guns are extremely powerful, far in excess of the average, those that simply use a squirt of hairspray or WD40. The racket used is hardly a sturdy example - your point I am afraid is not valid in this instance.
