Gilad is a great musician, by the way. He used to play a regular Tuesday night spot in my local, the Black Lion on Kilburn High Road.

Nah then Mr. Meaney, no I have no evidence on you but I was just following my intuition. I could be wrong.

Indeed, you are very wrong. This is the exact reason I don't post much here, because it's too easy to be drawn into time consuming battles that do not benefit the campaign. The campaign is my only focus here.

You still haven't answered my question about the Israeli barbarians. You do seem to be avoiding that one. Do you condemn what Israel is doing or not?. Yes or no? Knowing where you stand on that will clear up a lot of confusion.

It doesn't bother me if anyone is confused. I'm not here to give peace of mind but since you've asked 3 times it's only polite to give you an answer. Yes, of course I condemn the crimes of Israel, a quick glance through my site makes that abundantly clear.

Next time there is a million people in the West End of London or in Washington DC they should just stay there. camp out, don't budge. Bring everything to a halt. Occupy the City of London, the Square Mile.

You see, why didn't they do thi the first time round? No historical prescedent? Individual fear of being picked off and eveyone else going home? Will we ever be that drastic, untill they're literaly kicking down our doors and dragging us to detention camps for subversives? Will we evn do it then?

if there is a 'start the peace' movement i'd join, until now all these 'anti (insert something) are wasting their energy, you dont have to fight against something... you simply have to be what you want to see in the world.

if everyone did that instead of wasting their time campaigning against things and other people and making enemies because they are (insert here..examples: shills, stooges, lefties....etc..) then the world would be a great place.

Its a mess because everyone is looking in the wrong direction and feeding the problem instead of looking the solution in the eye

Exactly. So let's get on and make peace with Stop the War groups after the example of Ipswich, related by Light Infantree above.

Large numbers of our supporters have some kind of involvement with the Stop the War Coalition. Many get put off us by the tendency of some of our supporters to slag off StW. Racist and anti-semitic remarks on this forum are also an own goal.

To this end, at last night's 911 London Group meeting, I proposed that the 911 Truth Campaign formally apply to affiliate to the Stop the War movement. This proposal was carried nem con, but it would have to be a national decision. What do other 911 truth groups around the country think?

Such an application will focus StW minds and lead them to consider our case carefully. I heard their Chair, Andrew Murray, at one of their meetings stressing how they were a broad coalition bringing together people with differing opinions. So let's see whether they will accept us as part of that coalition.

Make peace not war

Perfectly sensible Noel. If such an affiliation can be achieved

It can't hurt to try it, afterall we are branches of the same tree. Maybe the toughest part will be deciding which evidence to present as our case. I'll raise the question at the Lancaster meeting, but that's my opinion for what it's worth.

I think we only have to show them the constitution and principles of 911 Truth Campaign (Britain and Ireland) Explain that we support Stop the War's aims of stopping the war and bringing the troops home. Explain that the notion that we back any one "conspiracy theory" as an alternative to the official one is false, that our primary aim is to uncover the truth, whatever that be, through a thorough, impartial examination of the evidence and that we do not tolerate racism, Islamophobia, anti-semitism or any other negatively discriminatory practice.

If they still can't accept our affiliation they will have to explain why. They claim to be a "broad church" coalition, so this will give them a chance to prove it.
