your man icke, albeit (IMHO) he has a few "unresolved issues" is no doubt well aware of what is going on in the world, and is public enemy #1 to a lots of grey suit wearers. or top ten at least.
I think it should be expected, rather than suspected, that the men and women in grey are watching like hawks

its down because of a mass spamming/hacking attempt by the resident troll who is incarnated as a few usernames there most notably 'ying tong diddle eye dude'
if anyone from the services viewed that site they'd just laugh their asses off. Dont flatter yourself too much!
