911 action co-ordination group

i'd like to start an action coordination group.

if people could post:
their town/city,
how far they can travel easily
when they would likely be available for actions
any skills, equipment or resources available

i'll start.

london - easy travel within m25
for well planned action or important meeting i will travel further.
available most of the time with fairly short notice
resources: computer skills & laptop, portable dvd burner, printer, led scrolling message display (very visable after dark), bike and trailer
