Ah well, I intended to keep this low-key, but "Samantha Fox" (see What are the best books/websites to read on terrorism etc", Karsey) had to chip in and accuse me of self publicity. How do you promote your information and research about your work without being accused of being a self publicist? Beats me.

Here's my latest Editorial from my website (www.dunblaneunburied.tk):

Because it IS a conspiracy!

Isn't it interesting that so many people, on both sides of the Atlantic, are prepared to believe (as indeed they should) that 9/11 and 7/7 were false flag operations, but yet nobody is prepared to think the same about 'Dunblane'? (or 13/3 as we could call it).

Is it because the dead were all children, and such young children at that? (plus their female teacher, who was only 44). Is that why everybody is so squeamish about Dunblane? Because of who the dead were? Yet isn't this even greater reason to talk about it and ask questions?

When exactly were women and children deliberately made the targets of 'war'? And believe me, this is what it is all about. War. Or Control. But isn't that what War is about? Control?

World gun confiscation had to start in Britain. There's no two ways about that. Whilst the US might be in the supremacy in military/economic matters on the surface, the tentacles of power stretch out from the old country. The Hungerford massacre in 1987 didn't achieve gun control. To my knowledge, nobody has researched Hungerford in any great detail (yes, there have been books, but only based on the official media version of events) so we have no idea if it was a failed government operation or simply the work of a sad, pathetic, 'lone gunman' (as we are always led to believe). Dunblane was undoubtedly a 'successful' government op, in that it brought in gun control, something the globalists in their quest for a new world order so desperately desire (see George Soros and IANSA).

Now, whenever there is any gun incident anywhere in the world, reference is made to 'Dunblane' and the stringent gun laws that were brought in as a result. But let me remind you. We didn't have lone gunmen going around committing massacres, in schools or anywhere else, before Dunblane. Yes, there was Hungerford, nearly 10 years earlier, but do we really know the truth about what happened there? I would like to bet we don't.

Throughout the entire time I have been campaigning for a new inquiry into the Dunblane massacre, I have had people say to me, "too many people would have had to be involved to pull this off, so what you are saying is not possible". Well how many people do you think had to be involved in 9/11 to pull that off? Yet you seem prepared to believe that 9/11 was an 'inside job', a deliberate act of terror, a ruse, a planned strategic military government operation with a specific purpose, ie. to give America the 'right' to continue its' worldwide domination and CONTROL. I know you Yankees don't like to hear this. But if 9/11 woke you up to what your little (sorry, BIG!) empire is doing, then something good has come from this.

I do wonder why I persist in my campaign for the truth about the Dunblane massacre, when I am not exactly "pro-gun". But you see, when I started out, I didn't have Dunblane in a world picture at all. I thought it was simply to do with sleazy corrupt Scotland. And I can't state it enough, Scotland is the pits, a little Italy where the Lanarkshire/Central Scotland mafia rule, that is Jack McConnell (Scotland's First Minister) and John Reid (Britain's Home Secretary - and please, keep reading about this man - he is in the press nearly every day).

Most Scots leave their homeland, go to far-flung corners of the world, wax lyrical about heather and haggis, flaunt their naked butts under their stupid little skirts (the men, that is), and torture people with their bagpipes. Go and live in Scotland for a week and come back and tell me what you think. Look, if Orwell could 'scientifically' examine the northern English working-class (The Road to Wigan Pier) , I don't see why someone can't do the same with the bleedin Scots.

I don't really have much truck with the 'right to keep and bear arms' stuff, but equally I know that a disarmed civilian population is extremely vulnerable against tyrannical government. So just where do I stand?

Ah well, that would be telling too much. So, please, post your comments on the above, and let the discussion begin!

Email me at SandraUttley@aol.com

P.S. Thanks for your comments Pikey.

Forgive me, that bit was unbelievably 'racist' (but you don't think the Scots hate the English? and what 'race' do we all derive from? are the working class English different from the working class Scots? Oh, we could search for answers forever...) I am only interested in the truth about the brutal massacre of 16 five-year-old children, and I think Scotland was 'chosen' for a reason.... corruption and politics spring to mind...

Hamilton's Links with Stirling University
Saturday, Jan 13, 2007

What kind of university is Stirling University? I am interested in addressing this question because of Thomas Hamilton's links with the institution. What was this unemployed, uneducated man - a paedophile and supplier of child pornography - doing with so many contacts at that university?

Hamilton's local councillor Robert Ball - one of Hamilton's protectors, a man who went out of his way to ensure that Hamilton continued to get access to school gymnasiums to run his boys' clubs right up to the time of the Dunblane massacre on 13 March 1996 - was, and still is, a lecturer at Stirling University. He is Dean of the Faculty of Management and Professor of Public Sector Management.

Hamilton's typist, Ina Mack, worked along the corridor from Mick North, whose daughter Sophie was killed in the Dunblane massacre (read Mrs Mack's statement in full in the section headed 'Evidence' on this website). Strange that Ina Mack's husband Thomas Mack knew Hamilton through the Scout Movement, and that Hamilton was ousted from the Scouts because of suspected homosexual paedophile 'tendencies'. But then everything about Hamilton and his extensive links with people who could help him pursue his paedophilic activities is strange.

Then there's David MacDonald, son of ex police officer William MacDonald. Both father and son were friends of Thomas Hamilton. David studied at Stirling University in the 1980s and spoke at the Inquiry about often seeing Hamilton at the University. David MacDonald spoke to Hamilton at length on the phone the night before the massacre, and his father spoke with Hamilton on the phone 24 hours before the massacre. David MacDonald works as a Financial Adviser in Aberdeen, in the north of Scotland.

Ex Stirling University graduate Alastair Wilson, a banker in the north of Scotland, was gunned down on his doorstep in Nov 2004. He graduated from Stirling University in 1996, a few months after the Dunblane massacre. Two years later, his murder remains unsolved.

Ex Stirling University graduate Michael Meenaghan, a biochemist and former student of Mick North's, was gunned down at his home in Oxford (Mick's former university) in Dec 1994, almost exactly 10 years before the murder of Alastair Wilson. His murder also remains unsolved.

From Mick North's book, "Dunblane: Never Forget": "Just before Christmas 1994 my colleagues and I were shocked by news of the death of Michael Meenaghan. Spike, as we knew him, had been a biochemistry student at Stirling and had stayed on to complete a masters degree with one of my colleagues. We had got to know him well and had been pleased to see how his research career had developed after he left Stirling. Spike had been shot dead at his flat in Oxford. As far as I know the murder has never been solved. Guns can do such awful damage".

Guns can do such awful damage. This doesn't even begin to address the MOTIVE for Spike's murder. And note, Meenaghan was murdered just 15 months before the Dunblane massacre. Meenaghan was born and brought up in Hamilton's neighbourhood in Stirling. This could all just be a coincidence of course. I'm sure it can't have any connection to what was going on at Stirling University in the years leading up to the Dunblane massacre.

The First Minister of the Scottish Parliament, Jack McConnell, is a Stirling University graduate. The Home Secretary of the Westminster Parliament, John Reid, is a Stirling University graduate. Read more about this brute of a man who would like to be Britain's next Prime Minister at: http://politics.guardian.co.uk/labour/story/0,,1877939,00.html

Now let's get something straight here. Stirling University is no great shakes (they accepted me for godsake!) So why are two Stirling University graduates in two such influential positions in government? What really goes on at Stirling University? Is it a recruiting ground for MI5? (I posed this question in my piece, The Massacre Planners, below in the Forum). Is it home to some other force? Why did Thomas Hamilton have such strong links with this institution?

Allan Buchan was a GP at Stirling University, and was convicted in 2001 of sexually molesting young male patients (some as young as 17), by taking down their trousers and fondling them after they consulted him for problems as varied as flu and dermatitis. He was sentenced to two and a half years in prison, which he quietly served, never once trying to appeal against his conviction (although his wife did).

During his trial, Buchan stated that he believed a nurse at the Stirling University surgery where he worked was involved in planning the massacre along with Hamilton (Daily Express, 16 Aug 2001). No further questions were asked about this. Fortunately for Buchan, his five-year-old daughter Kirsten just happened to be in the other Primary One class at Dunblane Primary School, despite having been at pre-school nursery with many of the children in the doomed class 1/13 who were gunned down on 13/3. Apparently Buchan requested that she be put in a different class to the other children because she was a disruptive influence on them. Really? Five years old, female, and disruptive?

A month after Buchan was jailed for sexually molesting three male patients, a gay sex ring at Stirling University was exposed. Buchan was identified as part of this ring in 1994 when the university's security team called in police to probe complaints that homosexuals were using toilets in the MacRobert Centre for gay sex. Five men working at the University, including Buchan and a senior member of the university staff, were reported to the management. Central Scotland Police confirmed to the newspaper (Sunday Mail, 16 Sept 2001) that such an inquiry took place, although later denied this when I made a Freedom of Information request about the matter.

From Mick North's book: "The official guide to Stirling told me that 'Despite the promise of James VI of Scotland to the town of Stirling in 1617 to found a "free college", the new University of Stirling has only come into existence as recently as 1967, three hundred and fifty years later'. Stirling was Scotland's only brand-new university in the expansion of higher education that occurred in the 1960s. Its modern buildings were located in the Airthrey Estate, two miles northwest of the centre of Stirling, and were close to the attractive little town of Bridge of Allan".

And look who was born in Bridge of Allan? Dr Ewan Cameron no less:

The Sunday Times October 17, 2004

Brainwash victims win cash claims
Karin Goodwin

HUNDREDS of mentally ill patients who were subjected to barbaric CIA-funded brainwashing experiments by a Scottish doctor could be entitled to compensation following a landmark court ruling.
Doctor Ewan Cameron, who became one of the world’s leading psychiatrists, developed techniques used by Nazi scientists to wipe out the existing personalities of people in his care.

Cameron, who graduated from Glasgow University, was recruited by the CIA during the cold war while working at McGill University in Montreal, Canada.

He carried out mind-control experiments using drugs such as LSD on hundreds of patients, but only 77 of them were awarded compensation.

Now a landmark ruling by a Federal Court judge in Montreal will allow more than 250 former patients, whose claims were rejected, to seek compensation.

Gail Kastner, who underwent electroshock treatment at a Montreal psychiatric institute in 1953, and whose claim was rejected 10 years ago, successfully appealed the judgment.

Last week, Alan Stein, of Montreal law firm Stein and Stein, which represented Kastner, confirmed he was in the process of contacting former clients who could now renew their appeal.

“There are about 200 people still due compensation,” he said. “This judgment should send out strong signals to the Canadian government. Those who have previously missed out should have a strong case for appealing.”

Using techniques similar to those portrayed in the celebrated novel the Manchurian Candidate, it was believed that people could be brainwashed and reprogrammed to carry out specific acts.

Cameron developed a range of depatterning “treatments” while director of the Allan Memorial Institute at McGill University.

Patients were woken from drug-induced stupors two or three times a day for multiple electric shocks. In a specially designed “sleep room” made famous by Anne Collins’s book of the same name, Cameron placed a speaker under the patient’s pillow and relayed negative messages for 16 hours a day.

Kastner was a 19-year-old honours student suffering from mild depression when she first underwent “treatment” in 1953. On returning home she sucked her thumb, demanded to be fed from a bottle, talked in a baby voice and urinated on the floor.

She was ostracised by her affluent family, who were unable to cope with her changed state, and her marriage in 1955 quickly broke down due to her difficulties.

Cameron, who was born in Bridge of Allan in 1901, rose to become the first president of the World Psychiatric Association.

It took two decades and the persistence of Joseph Rauh, the distinguished American civil liberties lawyer, to uncover what happened and secure compensation for some of Cameron’s victims.

Back to Dunblane: the only witness to Thomas Hamilton's suicide, student teacher David Duke Scott, now works at Stirling University (or did he always?) Wasn't he supposed to be training to be a primary school teacher? Why is he working at Stirling University? And why was he so aggressive when confronted by a journalist in 2003 - in relation to an article about my research into the truth about the events of the day - about whether he really did see Hamilton kill himself?

Dr Richard Simpson, a Bridge of Allan GP, psychiatrist and part-time lecturer at Stirling University, was the first to speak at a debate on gun control at the Labour Party Conference in early October 1996, six months after the Dunblane massacre. The stated aim of the debate's motion (composite 31) was 'putting the needs of victims before gun users'. According to Mick North, Simpson's arguments were "strengthened by his experience as both a GP and a psychiatrist". Sorry, but how many victims of gun violence did Dr Simpson come into contact with before Dunblane? I doubt there were any.

From "The Massacre Planners" (earlier post in the Forum):

... I strongly think it is possible that Sophie North and Mhairi MacBeath (in the school photo both girls are in the second row from the front: Sophie is second from the left, Mhairi is second from the right, see http://www.iansa.org/campaigns_events/dunblane_memorial.htm ) were deliberately targeted by the massacre planners at Dunblane, which possibly explains why so many girls were killed that day (the perpetrator had to be sure he got these two girls, hence 11 girls were killed and only 5 boys - the boys were not the real targets).

Sophie's mum had died 2 years earlier. Mhairi's father had died 6 months earlier. Mhairi's father, Murray MacBeath, and Mick North were both lecturers at Stirling University, which is increasingly looking like it's a recruiting ground for MI5 (also understand that Jack McConnell, the First Minister of the Scottish Parliament, is now the key person responsible for keeping the truth about Dunblane concealed from the public).

So we had widow Isabel MacBeath and widower Mick North. Both - or either - would have been perfect for the PR efforts of the gun control movement, with regard to playing on the public's trauma. In fact, Isabel departed from the public scene very quickly and the papers splashed instead with North's story (and still do, ten years later http://observer.guardian.co.uk/focus/story/0,,1707932,00.html ).

So, were the planners of the Dunblane massacre based within Stirling University? And were the victims deliberately CHOSEN to maximise the PR effects for gun control?

There is a lot of evidence to show that Class 1/13 were always going to be the target.

Prior to 9/11, Lockerbie was widely regarded as an assault on the United States, with 189 of the 259 victims being Americans. Until 9/11 it stood as the deadliest attack on American civilians. The Scottish Crown Office held an Inquiry into this massacre that happened on Scottish soil. The families of the victims did not get the truth. Just ask Dr Jim Swire (English) whose daughter Flora was one of the murdered dead.

The chief prosecutor at the Lockerbie trial was Colin Boyd, who later became Scotland's Lord Advocate. He retired last October. Since then of course he has been made a Lord:

Scotland's First Minister denies role in honours row
By Paul Kelbie, Scotland Correspondent
Independent
Published: 24 January 2007

Scotland's First Minister, Jack McConnell, has denied any involvement in the cash-for-honours inquiry after he became embroiled in the investigation into the nomination of Lord Boyd of Duncansby for a peerage.

Mr McConnell was interviewed by officers from Scotland Yard last month while he was in London for business meetings.

The First Minister was asked about his role in putting forward Colin Boyd, the Lord Advocate at the time, for a peerage in 2004. As Scotland's top law officer for six years, Lord Boyd sat on Mr McConnell's Cabinet until he stood down in October last year and was nominated, in keeping with previous holders of his position.

Although he was put forward in 2004 the announcement was delayed because of the 2005 general election and he was not ennobled until April 2006 and formally introduced to the House of Lords as Lord Boyd of Duncansby a few months later. It is this honours list which has attracted the attention of police following suggestions that Labour Party supporters were rewarded with titles in exchange for donations.

NOTE, the Scottish Lord Advocate holds a unique position, not just as Scotland's chief law officer, but with a place in the Scottish Executive (ie. Cabinet) as well! Furthermore, the Scottish Lord Advocate is exempt from any review of any Freedom of Information request! If you want to stage a cover-up, there is no better place than Scotland! Colin Boyd and Jack McConnell have gone out of their way to perpetuate the cover-up of the truth about the Dunblane massacre. So, please don't tell me that raising the subject of Scotland's politics doesn't have any bearing on the issues being discussed on this website.

Regarding the enormous power wielded by the Scottish Lord Advocate, and the paedophile conspiracy that has been going on in Scotland for a long time, see Billy Burns website 'Dunblane Abandoned' http://dunblane.eu.com/

Also see an article in The Herald from last week:

Scots child abuse report delayed
A report on institutionalised child abuse in Scotland over a 45-year period has been delayed for a further six months.

Abused former residents of children's homes who gave evidence to the review were expecting to see the results in March.

Instead, a new date in September has been requested, putting it a year behind the original schedule.

The latest delay means the report will not appear until after the Holyrood elections in May but the man conducting the review, Tom Shaw, insisted yesterday it had been at his request, because of the volume and complexity of the task.

Campaigners believe the number of former residents coming forward has also exceeded all expectations. They are continuing to press for a public inquiry into the affair and hope that if there is a change of government it will improve their chances.

The matter has dragged on since 2002, when a former resident of a children's home petitioned the Scottish Parliament to investigate abuse going back decades.

Two years later, Peter Peacock, the then Education and Social Work Minister, refused a public inquiry.

Instead, the victims received a blanket apology from First Minister Jack McConnell for the abuse they had suffered and Mr Shaw, retired chief inspector of training and education for Northern Ireland, was asked to conduct an independent systemic review. He estimated last September as the delivery date.

He said yesterday he was looking at the systems in place between 1950 and 1995, rather than individual institutions.

However, he and his researchers have heard a litany of suffering, encompassing beatings, cruelty and sexual abuse over decades in children's homes run by the churches and at Quarriers in Bridge of Weir.

"The reason I have asked for more time is that the work I am doing is looking at a very complex legislative and historical environment," he said. "I am convinced it will take a few months more to do the work in a way that will be complete and satisfactory."

Although unwilling to go into numbers of interviewees at this stage, he said: "The system across the 45 years is very complex in terms of the legislation and the size and number of institutions, and it was difficult in advance to anticipate fully how long it would take. It was an estimate based on the best information available at the time.

"It is clear we have received a great deal of information. I am looking at systems and not individual institutions and what systems were in place, how they were monitored and what was the experience of the residents.

"I have invited former residents to make a contribution and a number have chosen to do that. I am still receiving information from a number of people and I would like to keep that open."

David Whelan, 49, a former Quarriers boy who has been campaigning for a public inquiry, said: "What I understand is that more people have come forward than was anticipated and there is more investigative work.

"It means we are looking at Quarriers in depth and the report is going to be made public, which is welcome.

"Our concern is that it still requires a judicial inquiry, and that the people who were in these institutions are not getting the support they require - people with mental health issues.

"The Executive say they can get this and they can get that but, in practice, they can't. There have been few tangible results for victims. It has been mismanaged."

INCAS, a survivors group, suspects the inquiry was refused over fears that failure to protect children in care institutions could lead to lawsuits costing £50m. A number of cases are going through the courts and some staff, including David Whelan's abuser, have been jailed.

Finally, there are 4 Scots I must publicly thank for having tried so hard to expose the truth about the Dunblane massacre and the subsequent cover-up:

1. Doreen Hagger, who did more than anyone to try and get Thomas Hamilton stopped from having access to boys, and for helping me tear apart the Transcript of the Dunblane Inquiry, exposing all the lies and inconsistencies in evidence.

2. William Scott, who campaigned single-handedly since 1999 to find out where the legal authority came from to lock the Dunblane documents away for 100 years. It turned out to be an arbitrary whim of the Scottish Lord Advocate - there was no legal authority, which is why there was a big show of 'openness' in October 2005 about the so-called release of the Dunblane documents (and believe me, ALL the documents were NOT released, but it pacified the population into believing they had now got access to the truth in the National Archives of Scotland in Edinburgh. What a joke!)

3. Billy Burns, for his magnificent website Dunblane Abandoned, and his continued persistence in asking questions about the masonic and paedophile involvement in Dunblane from the moment the massacre happened. Again, his website can be found at http://dunblane.eu.com/

4. Tom Minogue, who appears to have given up campaigning now (and who can blame him, given what he's up against with the Scottish legal system) but who worked tirelessly for many years and is still working on his own book about the Dunblane massacre cover-up.

These 4 Scots deserve recognition for their courage and their hard work. Any other Scots who haven't even bothered to enquire into a massacre that happened on their doorstep should simply hang their heads in shame. Or at least stop criticising this thread.

malcks, I gathered that you lived in Stirling (do you work at Stirling University by any chance? or are you simply a freemason? you are certainly uncomfortable with the subject of Dunblane). I would love to see your research on Dunblane that has proved to you there was a cover-up. The media hasn't told you there was a cover-up. The Scottish media say quite the opposite these days. So could you email your info to me please? And what have you actually done yourself to try and expose this cover-up to the general public?

As we know, there are people in the 9/11 Truth Movement who aren't really working in the real interest of the truth (see this article http://www.rense.com/general57/911.htm). When anybody tries to silence me on Dunblane, I am VERY suspicious. Especially if that person has any connection to Stirling at all....

So, you think that your living in Stirling gives you the right to have the final word on Dunblane? No, it doesn't. Nor does my having lived in Dunblane for 2 decades give me the final word. This is a public forum. Political issues are discussed here, centring on 9/11 yes. I am pointing out connections and links re false flag operations. I am perfectly entitled to do that. It is up to the moderators whether this thread should be discontinued.

Below is a copy of my Petition to the House of Commons (18 May 2004). I have come a long way in my understanding since then. I would very much welcome seeing YOUR work on Dunblane and how you reached your understanding about the Dunblane cover-up. That might then help me understand why you are so interested in 9/11.... Thank you and I look forward to hearing more.

PETITION : DUNBLANE INQUIRY COVER-UP

To the House of Commons
The Petition of Sandra Uttley

Declares that the terms of the Tribunals of Inquiry Act 1921 were not met in Lord Cullen’s Inquiry into the Shootings at Dunblane Primary School in 1996.

A decision was taken by both Houses of Parliament that this Tribunal should carry out an investigation into the true circumstances surrounding the massacre at Dunblane Primary School on 13 March 1996 and that Lord Cullen should report back to Parliament with his findings. The truth, however, was concealed, and I therefore allege improper conduct at the Inquiry. It is not surprising that Lord Cullen is so adamantly against plans for a Supreme Court…

At the time – before devolution – the Lord Advocate was a member of the British Government with a duty not only as public prosecutor for Scotland, but also as chief law officer and legal adviser to the Government. The manifest tension between the Lord Advocate’s independent, impartial role as public prosecutor and his other role as law officer to Parliament was never resolved. Because the Lord Advocate has no effective check on his powers a situation has resulted whereby it is now impossible to resolve this conflict within the Scottish Executive. In legal affairs, the Lord Advocate, as a member of the Scottish Executive, is equal in power with the First Minister. Neither the Lord Advocate nor the First Minister is prepared to address the problem of the Dunblane cover-up. This situation was allowed to develop by Westminster and must therefore be remedied by Westminster. When power was handed back to Scotland – with jurisdiction over its own legal system – it failed to secure any checks and balances against the absolute power of the Crown Office and the Lord Advocate in particular.

I respectfully request that:-

1/ the British Government censure the Lord Advocate for instigating and perpetuating a cover-up of the truth at the Dunblane Inquiry, in dereliction of his duty;

2/ There be a resolution and clarification of the Lord Advocate’s powers;

3/ The Petitioner further requests that the House of Commons instigates a New Inquiry to establish the truth about why 16 schoolchildren and their teacher lost their lives on 13 March 1996.

And the Petitioner remains, etc.

The Petition of Sandra Uttley (continued)

This is a formal complaint of improper conduct on the part of all the counsel involved in the Inquiry into the Shootings at Dunblane Primary School in 1996. As a matter of urgency, there should be a New Inquiry which would involve the release of all the documents that have been sealed away for 100 years.

In his opening address at the Cullen Inquiry into the Shootings at Dunblane Primary School, the Lord Advocate (The Right Honourable The Lord Mackay of Drumadoon QC) addressed Lord Cullen:

“Sir, you will recall that at the Preliminary Hearing I made reference to my decision to grant an immunity from prosecution, and I wish to make my position clear on that matter. I wish to make it clear that anything which any witness says in evidence before the Inquiry will not be used in evidence against him or her in any criminal proceedings in Scotland except in relation to any offence of perjury or against the course of justice”.

I have proof that several witnesses perjured themselves at the Inquiry, including certain police officers. They are therefore guilty of perverting the course of justice, which is a criminal offence.

On 21 March 1996, the following question was asked in The House of Commons:

Mr George Robertson: To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland on what basis the inquiry into the Dunblane shootings will be established; and what will be its terms of reference. (22729)

Mr Michael Forsyth: The inquiry will be established under the Tribunals of Inquiry (Evidence) Act 1921. This procedure, which was followed in the case of the Aberfan inquiry, will enable evidence to be taken on oath, as Lord Cullen wishes, and will attract the provisions of the Contempt of Court Act 1981. I propose that the inquiry’s terms of reference should be:

“To inquire into the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the events at Dunblane Primary School on Wednesday 13 March 1996, which resulted in the deaths of 18 people; to consider the issues arising therefrom; to make such interim and final recommendations as may seem appropriate; and to report as soon as practicable.”

************************************************
For more than a year, I have been in correspondence with Lord Cullen, the Lord Advocate and the First Minister with my concerns about the Dunblane Inquiry. As the Inquiry was established prior to devolution and the corruption of the inquiry happened under John Major’s Government in 1996, I respectfully argue that the House of Commons must be held responsible for this matter and must seek to redress the wrong doings of the last Government.

In particular the following questions must be addressed:

1/ WHERE DID HAMILTON GO ON THE MORNING OF THE TRAGEDY?

In his original witness statement, Acting Detective Constable Graham Capes said CCTV cameras picked up Hamilton's van leaving Stirling on the morning of March 13, 1996 at 08.44 and 08.46. The journey to Dunblane primary school would normally take about 15 minutes but Hamilton did not arrive there until 9.30.

At the Inquiry, Acting Detective Constable Graham Capes – on oath – said there were sightings of Hamilton’s van leaving Stirling at 09.12 (the above CCTV times from his original statement were ignored). Thus, ADC Graham Capes – with the blessing of all the counsel at the Inquiry – committed perjury and so perverted the course of justice.

And the question remains, why?

I allege that someone knew that Hamilton planned to do something that morning - not necessarily what he ended up doing - and was intending to monitor his movements. Was Hamilton being tailed? Was he under surveillance that morning? I allege that Hamilton planned to kill the headteacher at Dunblane Primary School and when his plan was foiled, he took his rage out on the class of children and teachers in the gym.

So, where did Hamilton go in that missing half hour?

When you consider the lengths the Soham Inquiry went to to establish the exact details of Ian Huntley’s movements on the evening of Sunday 4 August 2002, it beggars belief that those representing the different parties at the Dunblane Inquiry asked so few questions about Hamilton’s last few hours.

I have written to Lord Cullen 3 times asking if he or anyone else enquired into what Hamilton did in the missing half hour on the morning of 13 March 1996. Lord Cullen's answer to this question - via his secretary Glynis McKeand - is that he did not read any of the preparatory material, including police statements. That is some admission, given that there were over 1,000 witness statements taken, yet less than 200 witnesses gave evidence at the Inquiry....

And, although Lord Cullen heard ADC Capes oral evidence at the Inquiry, he hadn't - apparently - read his original witness statement. This suggests that Lord Cullen does not know about the lie that was told. This fact alone merits a New Inquiry.

I repeat my allegation that Acting Detective Constable Graham Capes lied on oath at the Inquiry and that all the counsel present were aware of this fact. In Chapter C of the productions given to all the counsel at the Inquiry, Statement 701/C states the following:

Acting Detective Constable, no. 605, Graham Capes, Criminal Investigation Department, Stirling – aged 26 – service 5 and a half years

The Police Officer viewing CCTV and Bank video tapes from male fitting description of Hamilton on 11th March, 1996 and 12th March 1996. Witness operated between 1st April 1996 and 3rd April 1996 along with non witnesses, Detective Constable Hughes and Detective Constable Stolarek to identify Hamilton’s movements. This was established during the Police enquiry.

Also including the movements of Hamilton within the Clydesdale Bank, Murray Place, Stirling on Monday, 11th March 1996. The video showed Hamilton as being within the Clydesdale Bank between 0952 hours and 0959 hours on Monday, 11th March, 1996.

………

What did Hamilton need money for if he planned to kill himself on Wed 13 March?

............

The witness finally viewed tape number 000346 dated 3rd March (presumably this is a typing mistake – it should read 13th March 1996 - otherwise why was this evidence included?) At 0844 hours, camera number 6 shows a white van fitting description Ford Escort motor van, registration number M394 KB0 travelling on Burghmuir Road, Stirling heading north west towards Burghmuir Roundabout, Camera number 4 at 0846 hours shows the vehicle travelling round the roundabout and appearing to exit towards Kerse Road, Stirling.

2/ SO, WHO WAS THE MAN SEEN TALKING TO HAMILTON THAT MORNING?

Given that Hamilton was seen by his neighbour Cathleen Boswell Kerr, getting out of or standing beside a grey saloon vehicle at some time between 0800 and 0840, any criminal court would wish to establish who the driver of this vehicle was and where Hamilton went between 0840 and 0930 when he arrived at Dunblane Primary School. Every last detail of Ian Huntley’s actions on the evening of Sunday 4 August 2002 have been forensically examined. It seems, at the very least, shoddy, that Hamilton’s movements on the morning of 13 March 1996 have so far evaded scrutiny. According to neighbour Cathleen Kerr, Hamilton waved to the driver of the grey saloon car as he drove off. Hamilton then walked over to his white hire van. Cathleen Kerr said he was cheerful. Why did Mrs Kerr not give evidence at the inquiry? What steps were taken to trace the driver of the grey saloon car? Was the driver of the grey saloon car a police officer?

3/ WAS THE ASSEMBLY TIME FOR PRIMARY 7 CHANGED ON THE MORNING OF MARCH 13, 1996?

There are differing versions of which group of children would normally have been in assembly at the time Hamilton arrived. Why was this issue not cleared up at the inquiry? Had someone been alerted that there might be an unexpected visitor to the school?

Evidence from an un-named pupil was read to the inquiry. In it the boy stated that Hamilton regularly asked him what time the assembly started and was told 9.30am. Hamilton asked him if the younger children, like the primary 1s to 4s went to the assembly at a different time to the primary 5s to 7s. The pupil told him the Assembly was on a Wednesday morning and that "the younger ones went after us."

This suggests that Assembly for the older children normally started each week at 9.30am.

But in his evidence at the inquiry, headmaster Ron Taylor said the following:

"The assemblies take place at the moment on a Wednesday morning, but they are rotational, because we cannot get all the children into the hall at the one time, so we rotate them. On one Wednesday there would be the infants' assembly, which is Primaries 1, 2, 3 and 4, followed by a senior assembly Primaries 5, 6 and 7. These dates would be rotated in relation to when was the best time for the assembly. On one Wednesday there would be the infants' assembly, that is Primaries 1, 2 and 3, then an assembly for Primaries 4, 5 and 6, and a senior assembly for Primary 7. These dates would be rotated in relation to when was the best time for assemblies".

When he was asked later if this had been a senior assembly what time would it normally have finished his reply was:

"It varied. It would normally have finished about 9.40."

Certainly, Hamilton appeared to believe the pupil about Primary 5s to 7s having assembly at 9.30am every week not every other week as Ron Taylor is suggesting.

Another schoolboy witness who did not give evidence at the inquiry, said in a statement to police that he asked Mr Hamilton on Monday 11th March if football would be on at the Thursday club in Dunblane. Hamilton replied that it wasn't, as he was "going to see a man in Dunblane".

4/ DID HEADTEACHER RON TAYLOR MAKE A 999 CALL OR AN ORDINARY CALL?

If Mr Taylor made an ordinary call to Stirling Police HQ, who did he phone? On the first day of the Inquiry, Detective Chief Superintendent John Ogg clearly states in his evidence it was an 'ordinary' call, not a 999 call. On the second day of the Inquiry, Ron Taylor said he did not know the number of the local police station (even though the Dunblane office number is an extremely easy number to remember, 822222) so he dialled 999 (I believe that Mr Taylor phoned Stirling Headquarters, not the local Dunblane office). On the third day of the Inquiry, Acting Detective Constable Graham Capes stated that he had been told by a sergeant that there was a tape of the 999 call. This tape must be played at the New Inquiry so that the matter of the crucial call for help is cleared up once and for all. If ADC Capes lied about the CCTV times, it is possible he also lied about the tape.

5/ WHAT TIME DID THE FIRST UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICERS ARRIVE AT THE SCENE?

Lord Cullen said in his report that the ambulance service arrived at the school at 9.57 am and the police at 9.50 am. The ambulance times have been confirmed by ambulancewoman Alison Irvine - not an inquiry witness - who made a statement indicating she and colleague Lesley Haire did indeed arrive at the school at 9.57am.

However, she further stated that there were no police cars or police officers there - just a man who told them he was an 'off duty policeman'. She was told they were the first to arrive. The ambulance staff then radioed their control room to say they were dealing with a major incident. Police witnesses said at the inquiry they were at the school at 9.50am. The Accident and Emergency Department at Stirling Royal Infirmary received initial notification of a shooting incident at Dunblane at 9.48am. Who from? Why were no uniformed officers present at the scene at 9.57am when Lord Cullen states they arrived at 9.50am?

6/ WHO WAS THE OFF DUTY POLICE OFFICER?

One of the first people to arrive on the scene was an unnamed off-duty police officer. This man followed the headteacher into the gym and instructed Ron Taylor and janitor John Currie to leave the gun alone. Who was he? And why has his identity been concealed?

7/ WHY WAS THE ONLY EYE WITNESS TO HAMILTON'S SUICIDE NOT CALLED TO GIVE EVIDENCE AT THE INQUIRY?

David Duke Scott is said to have seen into the gym from the art class. But the location of the art class was not shown in the aerial view photograph of Dunblane Primary School at the back of the Cullen Report. So it is not possible to work out where David Scott would have been in relation to the gym and whether he would have had a clear view. Why is this detail missing?

8/ WHY DID LORD CULLEN WRITE IN HIS REPORT THAT HAMILTON PLACED THE MUZZLE OF THE REVOLVER IN HIS MOUTH, POINTING UPWARDS AND PULLED THE TRIGGER?

David Scott is only reported as saying - by a third party - that he saw the gun "close to his face". He did not say he saw Hamilton put the revolver in his mouth.

9/ WHO ENTERED THE GYM WHILST HAMILTON WAS STILL FIRING?

Eileen Harrild, the first teacher shot by Hamilton, was asked at the inquiry to estimate the time gap between the shooting ending and the first member of staff arriving. She said 'I think possibly it was more towards the end of the shooting'. She did not see who this person was because she had taken refuge in a storeroom. So who entered the gym while Hamilton was still firing?

10/ WHY WERE THE FIRE EXIT DOORS OFF THE GYM STOREROOM LOCKED?

The injured teachers and children had to hide from Hamilton in the storeroom. If the fire exit door had not been locked, they could have escaped from the building. Were these fire exit doors usually locked?

11/ WHY HAS HAMILTON'S POST MORTEM BEEN KEPT FROM THE PUBLIC?

We know that he was given a full dissection. Pathologist Professor Anthony Busuttil said the cause of death was "gunshot injury". But this does not explain the manner of his death, whether or not it was self inflicted and if there were were other gunshot injuries that were not fatal. If it was a simple suicide why have the details been included in the documents hidden from the public for 100 years? Were there other injuries? What wounds did Hamilton's body show?

Can we even be expected to believe what is in Hamilton’s post-mortem anyway, when his body was hastily cremated and can now NEVER be re-examined?

12/ HOW MANY EXIT WOUNDS WERE THERE FROM HAMILTON'S HEAD?

The parents of a child who was uninjured in the attack on Class 1/13 that morning, gave a statement which suggests that Hamilton was discovered lying with his head close to a wall .... (and this is confirmed by Scene of Crime Officer Malcolm Chisholm). The parents of this child state that whilst they were in the gym they noticed two bullet holes six inches from the floor and around two inches apart. This was at the top end of the room and at the spot where they were informed Hamilton had shot himself. They said there were no other bullet holes in that wall but they saw a number of bullet holes in the other walls. They had a theory explaining what might have happened, presumably from what their child had told them. This theory suggests someone fired into the walls at the bottom end of the gym at the point where Hamilton had re-entered the gym. But the crucial documents telling the truth of what might have happened have been hidden away for a century. Is this deliberately to prevent the detail of their theory being told until 2096? What do the words say that have been removed? Why have they been removed? Did Hamilton administer 2 gunshot wounds to his own head?

13/ WHERE DID THE LARGE CASE CONTAINING ADDITIONAL AMMUNITION FOUND NEAR THE GYM DOOR COME FROM?

Scene of Crime Officer Malcolm Chisholm says he was told it belonged to Hamilton. There are no witnesses who testified to seeing Hamilton carrying a large case into the school and certainly not into the gym. In Lord Cullen's report, there is no mention of this case. Scene of Crime Officer Malcolm Chisholm gave evidence that on Hamilton's body there were "2 pouches - one appeared over one shoulder and hung down and the other was over the other shoulder and hanging down".

Lord Cullen wrote in his Report: "Over each shoulder he had a canvas bag which contained ammunition. The bags had been tied open so that they could not close accidently. They also had cardboard inserts so that they would not collapse". There is no mention in Lord Cullen's report of the case of ammunition.

14/ WHO SAW WHAT?

Why did police photographer Ian McDiarmid state that there were boxes of ammunition found in the rear bedroom of Hamilton's house when Detective Chief Superintendent John Ogg stated the ammunition was found in the lounge and the magazines were marked with coloured tape.?

15/ JUST WHAT DID THEY FIND?

Some witnesses suggest Hamilton had two guns at the primary school, others four. Malcolm Chisholm and David Gould differ over the details of their examination of the guns. Why were these vital issues not properly clarified at the Inquiry? Why has the Scene of Crime report been hidden away until 2096? Who are we supposed to believe? Malcolm Chisholm or David Gould?

16/ WHY THE DELAY?

Why were photographs of the crime scene not taken until late in the afternoon? Why, despite concerns that Hamilton's body might be booby-trapped, was the bomb disposal centre not alerted till 2.30pm? And why were there people present in the gym when the bomb disposal expert arrived, at the very late hour of 3.20pm? The gym was supposed to have been evacuated at noon because of concerns about a booby trap. Why did the Scene of Crime Officer Malcolm Chisholm say in evidence that "it seemed ages" before they were allowed back into the gym, when David Gould stated in his evidence that he was only in there about 15 to 20 minutes? Chisholm states that in the 2 hours or so that he believes they were out of the gym, they "took time to have something to eat". Are we really supposed to believe this?

17/ MOVING OR MOVED?

Head teacher Ron Taylor said he thought Hamilton's body had moved. Did he mean it was "moving" or had been "moved"? If Hamilton's body was moving and he was still alive, was he refused medical treatment? Why did Dr Jack Beattie only refer to there being one dead adult in the gym when there were two? If Hamilton's body had been moved, who moved it? And why? At some stage between being found in the gym and it being removed from the gym, Hamilton's body became partially unclothed. What was the reason for this? And who took the clothes?

18/ WERE WE TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT HAMILTON'S FINANCES AT THE INQUIRY?

Police statements show that he obtained 2 credit cards and apparently spent freely at the end of 1995 and early 1996, despite being unemployed. This was obscured at the Inquiry. What inquiries were made to ascertain whether Hamilton was blackmailing or being blackmailed?

19/ QUEEN VICTORIA SCHOOL

Hamilton had links with the Queen Victoria School in Dunblane. There are suggestions from a former housemaster that boys there were abused and that Hamilton was a regular visitor. Who were Hamilton's contacts at QVS?

20/ WAS HAMILTON PROTECTED BY A SENIOR POLICE OFFICER FROM THE MID 1970s THROUGH TO 1996?

Another police witness who would appear to have lied on oath is Acting Chief Inspector Michael Mill.. In Chapter L, it is made quite clear that Mill first came into contact with Hamilton in the mid 1970s when he was part of Central Scotland Police Underwater Diving Team at Loch Lomond. Yet on oath, Mill claims he first knew of Hamilton around 1981, through Hamilton’s wood shop. I allege that it was Mill who introduced Hamilton to the island of Inchmoan on Loch Lomond, where Hamilton carried out his sadistic treatment of boys at the euphemistically named “summer camps”. I would further allege that DCC Douglas McMurdo carried the can for Michael Mill in order to protect Central Scotland Police from legal action by the bereaved and injured children's parents. Mill was responsible, in 1986, for authorising a second weapon of the same type and calibre that Hamilton already had, on the basis that Hamilton was “active in competition shooting”, which everyone knew not to be the case.

It was always assumed that Hamilton had to have been supported by a senior police officer in Central Scotland Police to have been allowed to possess two 9mm Brownings. It was also always assumed that Hamilton had to have been protected by a senior police officer in Central Scotland Police to have continued for so long with all of his activities, when the majority of right-minded people knew exactly what Hamilton was about. What we never knew before was WHO this officer was.

No Pikey, why not try working backwards, and see where all this started? And as for your comments about 'newbies' to 9/11, look, you even have a joiner from Fallin posting here! (mr malcks) If he can understand 9/11 (and he is the one who was keen to post about his humble origins - and by the way, the old mining villages on the outskirts of Stirling were Thomas Hamilton's recruiting ground of course), then I'm sure others in your discerning audience can understand the links between all these false flag operations. Treat your readers with respect. They either understand all of this or they don't.

Well, for me at least, 9/11 and subsequent events served to shake my foggy kaleidoscope and as the pieces have fallen, my entire understanding of world events has been re-ordered, and so it continues to be.

Indeed Mark, and that is why it is important to expose ALL the murderous conspiracies that had hidden agendas. The only people who have shown any serious interest in the Dunblane cover-up are the shooters, inevitably. That is why I believe this thread is so important. It would appear that every last British 'conspiracy theorist' is here on this site! We must start to piece it all together. There is no hope for humankind if we don't.

I didn't know that George Robertson was also a President of the Royal Institute of Internatianl Affairs RIIA - now rebranded as Chatham House, the "mother" of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Old potato-head gets around doesn't he? Re Viz: did you read my latest on that thread? I found another cartoon on the Viz site. Seeing that (ahem) a certain group were not represented I did a little digging...

Turns out a story entitled 'The Milky Bar Yid' was rejected by the (ahem) publisher. No problem with lampooning Christianity of course. Doubtless positively encouraged.

Old potato-head (I like that!) George Robertson, was undoubtedly in on the Dunblane cover-up. But I am certain his role has been to divert attention from the real political culprits. The more that Robertson was promoted beyond his ability, the more suspicion fell on him, and he was happy to sue whenever he felt his good name had been slandered.

This man is not innocent but how corrupt he was before Dunblane I don't know. Without a doubt he has been corrupted since. But he is a stooge.

Whenever I get the opportunity I draw attention to Michael Forsyth, who the spotlight has never really been on. Forsyth, friend of Margaret Thatcher, almost seemed relieved when he lost his seat in 1997. "I'm going to get a life" he said. Forsyth knew he had only just scraped through the whole Dunblane scandal with his reputation intact and he was happy to 'get out' whilst the going was good. Or maybe he had done his job?

Without a doubt, the Dunblane Inquiry was a cross-party cover-up, hence the Robertson/Forsyth dynamic. I am amazed that Forsyth hasn't attempted to sue me. Robertson sued the Sunday Herald for far less....

Oh Michael Forsyth undoubtedly protected Thomas Hamilton. And who was Forsyth best buddies with? Margaret Thatcher. Seems that most people here have forgotten about the long tyrannical reign of the right-wing Tories from 1979-1997.... and how we liked to take the piss out of Thatcher and Reagan's love affair... (which was just as pernicious as Bush and Blair's love affair....)

I'm not here to promote the Govt we are presently lumbered with. But please, those of you who are old enough to remember, PAST governments have been involved in all these staged terror attacks. 9/11 clearly woke you up. Could you wake up just a little bit more please?

I've just read this info about Dunblane. I had no idea that there were suspicious circumstances reagarding what took place that day. I'm glad the thread was started here otherwise there would be little chance of me ever hearing about it. The thread starter is correct in saying that this forum, which has come about because of the very obvious botch up on 911, is crammed with open minded, logical thinkers, willing to spend time and energy pouring over facts long forgotton by 'normal' people. I applaud his tenacity in keeping the thread here. I can imagine he is still suffering the same feelings that 911 theorists experienced in the early days. I think his ideas deserve to be at least heard and considered.

Personally when i started to read his ideas I had my doubts about the whole thing. However my interest was maintained because I too live very near the area. I do have links to Sirling Uni. I remember the event happening and where I was when it happened. So it means something to me.

A few months ago I was talking to an MP about the plight of whistleblowers and quite unexpectedly he told me that one of the policemen involved with Dunblane who had tried to blow the whistle was now in a mental institution.

At the time he told me this I didn't think anything of it, but when I read this thread just now, it sent a chill down my back.

I wonder if alexsandie would know who that ex policemen is and why he has ended up as a psychiatric patient ?

Please do not remove this thread from the forum. Perhaps a separate section could be created for threads like these.

Hi bigyin, I must admit to being VERY surprised to see this thread revived. But thank you!

I left Dunblane over 3 years ago, but before I left I was told by a CSP officer I knew from the Laighills (a dog-walking chum) that former DS Paul Hughes was seriously ill with depression and had detached retinas (I didn't understand the significance of why he told me about the detached retinas, as they aren't a symptom of depression, but, they are a symptom of something else...)

Hughes is the police officer who wrote a damning report on Thomas Hamilton in 1991 and tried to bring 10 charges against him. Like all those who tried to get Hamilton stopped, Hughes didn't succeed. But by God, did he try!

Central Scotland Police made a big thing of having 'allowed' Hughes to give evidence at the Dunblane Inquiry, and he was promoted in rank after the Inquiry. Then something weird happened. Apparently Hughes was accused of and found guilty of rigging entrance exams for friends/family. This was splashed all over the Scottish tabloid press, Hughes was discredited and then he disappeared: retired on ill health grounds. Let me just say, I am VERY suspicious about this... and the detached retinas.

Next I heard he was a very ill man. And remember, he can only be in his 40s. I reckon this has to be who the MP you were talking to is referring to. That said, I think quite a few of those involved in the whole Dunblane business will be suffering from mental health problems by now.

if hamilton didn't do it then you need to say that the survivors are lying, and that would certainly be libel. 17 people saw hamilton walk into that gym and open fire. if you want to make a conspiracy about dunblane then first explain why they would lie?

The 17 people you refer to are dead (16 children and their teacher). They weren't in a position to give witness statements about who killed them.

The 12 children and 2 teachers who were injured in the gym were a different matter entirely. As far as I understand, witness statements were not taken from the injured children. This was extremely convenient for those who didn't want the truth to come out, especially as two of the injured children gave extremely incriminating evidence (Matthew Birnie said he knew "the bad man was dead because the policeman killed him" and Victoria Porteous - who received no gunshot injury and lay down and pretended to be dead - told her parents something very important about Hamilton's death, re the 2 bullet holes in the wall where his body was found...)

As for the 2 injured teachers in the gym, well there is much that is interesting in their evidence (for example, Eileen Harrild refers to someone entering the gym before the shooting finished). BUT, the fact of the matter is that both of these women were injured, in shock, and hiding from the gunman. They could not see what was going on.

And the massive cover-up of the truth explains it all really. Not dissimilar to 9/11 in fact.

I went to the Dunblane Cemetery this afternoon. There is a massive display of flowers and candles and mementos around the special section where the children are buried. Very very sad indeed.

I know nothing of the conditions inside the school as it is now. I can only describe to you my beliefs and feelings about the school as it was 12 years ago. I have had contact from reporters and journalists time and time again. I have had enough. All they want is a story; "here today and gone tomorrow". There is nothing new here. This is not a revelation. I do not have videos, written statements or lists of names or secret documents. Everything I know is here printed below. I cannot tell you everything. It would take too long and I am trying to forget it now. Until Robbie [the Pict] phoned about six weeks ago and introduced me to Tom Minogue it was all gone and past. All of the letters/literature I wrote is lost now. I had to give it up; my wife pleaded with me to forget the past and just get on with life. I am lucky to have a job at all.

The background.

In order to get a true picture of QVS we need to go back to the 19th century, the old colonial days of Gordon Kitchener, Rhodes and Baden Powell. Where Eton and Harrow were templates of all good schools that bred young men fit to rule an empire. Where bullying and survival of the fittest was the order of the day - Tom Brown eat your heart out!

QVS begins in the later days of the colonisation of Africa. The year 1899 saw the Boer war and if you look on any war memorial for that war the bulk of the names are Scottish. Most of the soldiers killed were Scottish and in 1900 there were so many orphans in Scotland a petition was sent to the Queen. As a result she set up a Royal charter for the school, to care for the sons of Scottish Servicemen. It was indeed a noble cause. In 1902 the building started and the school officially opened in 1908. There is also a sister school in Dover called the Duke of York and both schools operated on the same lines.

In WW2 both schools operated together in Dunblane where it was safe from bombs. But originally QVS was not a school, it was an orphanage, and boys were taught trades and raised as prospective soldiers for future wars or military conflicts. Boys who would become men, "young men fit to rule or serve an empire". Here a young man would have a golden opportunity of being provided for by the state. Imagine a poor boy from the poor areas of Glasgow (in the Edwardian times) being financed through private military school! There were many applicants and long waiting lists. In 1990, it costs almost twice as much to send a pupil through QVS as Eton!

Each boy would have standard issue, boy-size clothes. In 1990 a single kilt alone cost over £350.00 each. From socks to vests and underpants and full military dress boy-size uniforms, English redcoat-red. They would be able to follow in the footsteps of their fathers, learn a trade, basic literacy and learn the pipes, drums or both. It was a school for the sons of squaddies, not officers, but always to strive for the same standards on the sports field and military fetes. He would learn how to lead, be tough, strong, how to use and assemble weaponry of all kinds, and most of all be trusted with secrets.

But there was something else - going to QVS meant joining a brotherhood that spans decades, and old boys association and was/is very strong. QVS was/is a regiment in its own right, with its own colours and traditions, and each boy wears his father's regimental insignia on his uniform and pipes. The sound of the pipes would send shivers down the spine, little soldiers in bright red tunics with hunting Stuart kilts would march in perfect formation, their Glenn Garry tassels blowing in the wind and their shoes so polished you could use them as a mirror.

What could be more perfect? Much of the school business was shrouded in secrecy and was protected behind the Official Secrets Act (OSA). Even the finances were often hidden and many of the traditions were unwritten and rituals were common, trials of strength and stamina run by the older boys who endured suffering themselves as young boys and felt duty bound to continue the tradition. Fagging was common, young boys treated brutally by older boys which was tolerated by the staff. Bullying is good for you! Teachers would teach boys and boys teach other boys and so ad infinitum.

The sound of boots marching and sergeant majors screaming commands and boys obeying: "Yes, Sa!" "No, Sa!". Black cars with official insignia arrived. Officers with Sam Brown and stick under their arms visited the school, saluting and almost goose stepping around the place, were held in great reverence. Boys saluted saying, "Sa!". On Parents' day, with parades, the parents were almost afraid of the staff and very submissive, especially the mothers. The children were taught not to complain, never to tell because this was weakness and who knows you might break down under interrogation by the enemy one day, so do not tell anything, "we are training you up for this". How easy it is to fool young boys.

Father: How are you son?
Son: Fine. But dad they ...
Father: Stand up straight, son.
Son: But dad they ... they ...
Father: Never complain, son. A real man doesn't complain, never complain.
Son: Yes, dad, OK.
Father: A good man doesn't complain son, right! That's life son, that's the way it goes.
Mother: And your father may be promoted to major soon and think of the pension when he retires!'
Son: ... well ... errrr ... well, I guess I must be OK then.

The parents rarely knew of the secret horrors that awaited their sons. Broken bones, which happened when they fell down the steps, or an "accident" in rugby. Rugby! Haaa! There's an excuse! A bully's paradise and the teachers just turned a blind eye - part of school tradition. We must not interfere. They have to learn to be tough.

Several staff were ex-Navy sub-mariners and commanders. Boys had no one to speak to, to pour their hearts out to. I was approached in the early hours of the morning by boys. I was horrified and afraid of what they told me. There were no guidance teachers, advisors. Matrons were just skivvies and trained to get on with their work and keep their mouths shut. It was like stepping back in time! QVS was/is an anachronism.

I was to learn that many teachers were Masons, as was the head teacher and another housemaster, and, of course, so was the man who ran the show: the Brigadier.

Boys were told that women were there to obey and you had to behave or be beaten by bigger, stronger men. Full-time women teachers only came in after 1992. Housemasters and teachers, having signed the Official Secrets Act (OSA), were loath to discuss personal problems. Pensions were at stake, promotions and futures. We had to write reports and 99 per cent of complaints were filed in the bin. Parents, usually serving military, were loath to complain lest their promotion or pension prospects were endangered. Dealings were mainly through their COs.

Housemasters used to be army majors but then they brought in civvies in the 70s, to cope with increasing academic challenges. When I was originally interviewed for the job, I told the head teacher that nothing stands still or it stagnates, that my intention was to keep abreast of modern education developments to bring the school out of the 19th Century and into the 90s and prepare for a new 21st Century. He seemed to like that and I got the job based on my experience after five years previously working in a boarding school in Shropshire.

I was in for a shock! Older boys were allowed to use younger boys as slaves. Naughty boys were given to older boys to punish (fagging). I was told this was traditional - an unwritten code and I would not understand their ways because this was Scotland and I was English. I strongly objected and started to question the older boys, to write reports objecting to these traditions.

As time went by, more and more boys opened up and told the most dreadful and appalling stories. I fell into disrepute among staff. The Brigadier and military contingencies (the real rulers of the school) wanted me out. (The head teacher gave me an excellent reference before I left, by the way!)

I was in for a shock! One of the main problems was who do you complain to? There was no clear complaints procedure. There were official looking bodies of people called HMCs - who spoke with posh, authoritative English accents - who would pretend to be considering your written complaints, in mock complaints meetings. They took months to answer a single letter with no real answer at all! They even posed as a committee representative to appear sympathetic and take notes as you spoke, then, when you had gone, tear it all up and throw it in the bin. I was told this had gone on for years! Meanwhile, I would be fooled into thinking the procedures were being followed, but never a word came back. I found out later the reports were never filed and recorded at all and the HMCs mysteriously gone, non-existent.

It all started when I refused to go to tea with a prince. "You fool," other staff said. "You have ruined a great career and a good pension!" I was alarmed at the brutality, and, if it was the last thing I did, I would stop it once and for all - job or no job. I was naive to think it would be all so easy. My wife and I refused to go to our places by the side of Prince Andrew at the mess meal table, in protest at the many unheard voices and suffering of young boys. I told the Brigadier to stop playing soldiers and "get his act together". No one had ever spoken like that to him before. Some of the stories the boys told me were horrifying and I found myself fighting for the child's right to complain and be heard, and be happy, to grow up in a caring, family atmosphere of trust.

I recalled the poet's words: "For we can house their bodies but not their souls - for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow where you cannot come, not even in your dreams." (Children from The Prophet Khalil Gibran).

I said on several occasions that some day, I believe, one of these boys will pick up a machine gun, which he was trained to use at QVS, and murder innocent people in a shopping mall or public place, because he was abused and deeply disturbed as a child at QVS. "When?" they ask: I don't know! It's a time bomb, the results of when secret organisations and people are allowed to act with impunity.

We all have an accounting and a responsibility to these lads! They do not belong to the Ministry of Defence they are our responsibility, they are the seeds of tomorrow and they have a right to be happy and grow up in a disciplined and caring environment, whether its Scotland or anywhere else on earth.

I told the police, the social service, child-line, Esther Rantzen and others, NSPCC, and dozens of agencies. All of them ignored me. I eventually wrote to parents and told them that their children did not belong to the MoD, but to them, and the children's welfare was all that mattered. Their children have a right to be here and be happy. That joining the army is not the only career and that it's OK if they like poetry and literature and hate rugby, because we are all different; that there are many battles in life and not all of them are won with guns and brutality.

I told the head teacher, this was no way to run a school in the 90s and that the MoD were not genuinely concerned with the educational process or care of the young. But, alas, the powers were above him. He was more of a figurehead, a puppet ruler under command of the Brigadier. There was confusion between the culture of secrecy and genuine confidences that are in place to protect the innocent.

As housemaster, I saw myself acting in loco parentis and I wanted to know where the boys were, what they were doing and whether they were happy, or otherwise. Boys would go away on weekend military camps, and with the Brigadier to his home, or to homes of top brass or HMC or high-society Perthshire people, fiscals, sheriffs, police officials. They had to take their kilts and clean underwear and I was not given a contact address. What went on at these parties was secret but some boys were very disturbed. Older boys with younger boys. I became disturbed too, screams in the dorm at night, empty beds, rituals in dark places, and used warm, filled, condoms hurriedly abandoned. There was fear throughout every age group and the teachers knew about it.

I complained but was ignored. I was advised to get out. What was I supposed to do? I had no pastoral training, and no one to talk to. I told the police and social services but to no avail. The staff cut me off, missiles were thrown at my window, and I was warned to keep my mouth shut. I was living dangerously in a Mason stronghold. I picked the phone up one day and was growled at, as though a bear was on the other end. I was fuming mad to say the least! Eventually the police came and bashed down the door of my home and took House cash and House records, then arrested me. I was taken to Dunblane Police Station where I was interviewed for over an hour by special detectives brought from Edinburgh. Never from that day to this have I had any explanation for that action.

In 1993/94, I took the sword again and found I was totally blocked and alone. They owe me a lot more than an explanation. I wrote to Andrew Mellor in 1992/3, Scotland's guidance advisor at the time and he was appalled and showed a determination to help me. Then suddenly, out of the blue, he was promoted to Chief Bullying Officer and the communicating stopped.

Thomas Hamilton's friend, fellow housemaster and primary teacher, Ben Philip (a Mason), died aged 44 in some freak accident in the school hall in December 1993. I think Philip's death was suspicious, to say the least. I think he was a man with a conscience and about to crack. A brother Mason surgeon filled in the death certificate with an appropriate bogus cause of death. If I had stayed at QVS I would have been dead too. Jim Wallace helped me as my MP, but said he hit a brick wall. [Jim Wallace would become Justice Minister in the newly formed Scottish Parliament - established by the Scotland Act 1998, commencing on 29 May 1999 - and, along with the Lord Advocate Colin Boyd and the First Minister Jack McConnell, would be embroiled in the criminal cover-up at the heart of the fingerprint scandal surrounding former Strathclyde detective Shirley McKie, who was awarded £750,000 of taxpayers' money following a nine-year battle to clear her name after fingerprint experts in the Scottish Criminal Records Office set her up. ~ ed]

The MoD threw the Official Secrets Act at me, Her Majesty's Inspectorate virtually ignored me. Shame on them! But Wallace forced them ('94) to send me a progress report to show the details of changes that had been brought in the school since I left. A female AHT has been appointed, and the introduction of individual rooms instead of dorms, and last but not least, girl pupils!

So here we have the stage set which led to 16 children and a teacher lying needlessly dead in a Dunblane graveyard. What possible connection is there? Two dead men, a gun club, vulnerable little boys, and a nest of Masons. These deceitful men have been hiding behind a screen of apparent respectability for decades, centuries even, high-ranking respectable persons preying on young boys who were conditioned to remain silent, thinking they were heroes by not telling. Not all boys were abused and these were often the abusers and bullies themselves, and will be in a hurry to defend the honour of the school.

In the HMI's report I was accused of exaggerating, but they never interviewed me or spoke with me at all, nor did they send me a report. It was as if I did not exist.

There were serious reports of abuse in the fifties that never made it out of the QVS gates! Paedophilia is not new, it was and is today a huge problem, a cancer in society. All hidden behind the Official Secrets Act! Even Dickens tried to expose it and we can see some of the characters like Oliver Twist and the Beadle. Dickens was told that he would not have sold his books if he told too much. This is what I firmly believe but cannot prove, try as I will.

QVS was a perfect cover for institutional physical and sexual abuse. At first it was orphan boys. On and off, over decades, QVS has supplied children (with sealed lips) for abuse: "Where the carcass is, there the eagles gather." They were accessible to "eagles" like top brass military, politicians, police officials, sheriffs, fiscals and successful business people in Perthshire. And fools like me could be squashed, swallowed up or sent to some island somewhere. They all gather at the water hole.

Outrageous, you say? There are similar stories from Wellbeck college and Duke of York, where names of the famous are well known associations, including famous Statesmen. The link is Masons, masters of secrecy and deception. Which is where Hamilton comes in to the story. The weak link in the powerful chain of abusers. Here we have a perfect situation where boys, sworn to secrecy, and parents under orders to keep quiet, helpless to complain. Hamilton was unbalanced and had power by knowledge. This is why he was allowed to have guns. He was in on the secret and knew names of those other paedophilia members.

If those names get out even now after 12 years, there will be a riot and the press will have a field day! Lives and careers will be ruined! Is this why Hamilton's file went missing only hours after the killings? Is this why Lord Cullen, who I believe was a QVS Commissioner, was appointed to preside over the Hamilton investigations? This is how Masons operate. They control everything and their allegiance is to each other. No wonder they want a 100-year embargo on the Hamilton case!

HMC were invited into Office, not appointed by interview, and included head teachers, police, top military brass (retired), fiscals and generally rich, high society people. Ian Lang was chief Commissioner of QVS in 1990/91. After I complained in 1991, these HMCs suddenly disappeared into thin air. But I got nowhere. I am just a foolish teacher, Mr Nobody, who they squashed like a fly, the proverbial fool on the hill, "the man with a thousand voices talking perfectly loud, but nobody ever hears him, they know he's just a fool" (Beatles 1967). Yet I spoke out long before Hamilton committed his crime.

The Police knew this man had an unhealthy interest in little boys and guns and that he was a friend of the police, and a frequent visitor to the QVS shooting range. I saw him but I had no idea who he was at the time. I was never a member of any gun club, just a teacher doing my job caring for boys.

I am most angry at the HMI. I confided in them with details. My allegations were never investigated except by the police, and their file remains closed to all, including Wallace, my MP. But the HMI betrayed a teacher. They never interviewed me - no one ever did - I did not exist! They interviewed pupils and parents, who were briefed by the MoD and known to be loyal to the QVS management. QVS was under their auspices. They failed the community and destroyed their own credibility.

The English HMI were frozen into disbelief when I copied the material to them in London in 1994, and the GTC, of which I am a registered member, were equally helpless. In 2000, at the inspection of Baltasound Junior High School, I called them to a private meeting; the HMI were positively uneasy with me and "bit my head off" when I referred to QVS.

I did some research some years ago and found that Masons are not only an anachronism but are powerfully implicated in nearly all cases of institutional abuse of orphan children going back over years in England, Wales and Scotland, Dickens' Beadle lives! Even if they are not direct perpetrators of abuse, they hide or disappear vital files that prevent the matter from going to court, appoint bogus fellow Mason investigators like Lord Cullen - and all to protect their brethren and their own reputations.

Biblical language is the only way I can think of aptly describing Masons: "this brood of serpents", "these whitewashed graves full of dead men's bones". Secret societies bring shame to Scotland. Circles and windmills! Why don't old boys, now men, complain? Because they are invited into the "care" of "the Mason-fold" with all its privileges - wheels within wheels, windmills and circles? This is the way secret societies perpetuate themselves. Would you want people to know how you were treated at QVS if you had a young wife and a family? The old boys association is very, very strong and Mason-controlled. Not all boys were abused, maybe only a relatively small percentage. Expect hundreds to rally to the defence of QVS who will say how wonderful were their days at QVS.

The most precious resource is people! How can we raise up a new nation, as part of a cancerous system based secret societies? Scotland is a new nation full of talent and tremendous natural resources. The young are the seeds of tomorrow, our scientists, lawyers, all kinds of professionals, a responsible electorate - the young people - the Scotland of tomorrow? Somebody has got to stop Masons!

My wife once described me as a general going into battle - with no army. Yes, I would like justice to be done and Masons discredited, but I have done my bit. Maybe some day someone will have the courage (and good luck) to tear down that barrier and expose secret societies who hide behind respectability and use their fellow human beings to satisfy their own gratification and desire - and then further abuse their power to cover it all over for 100 years, when they will be safe, long gone from the scene, and not accountable any more. Is it any wonder they want their membership of the lodge to be a secret! They may say: "Who is this man who says such terrible things? Let him stand in a court of law and prove it! I can't, not now. I am just an ordinary teacher, not even promoted.

Who am I to stand up against the might of the MoD who have sent countless men to their deaths in war, or tell the proud Cullen that he is corrupt and shames his countrymen? If I received help all those years ago, and responsible agencies had seen the proverbial "red light for danger", AND INVESTIGATED MY ALLEGATIONS THOROUGHLY, then maybe Thomas Hamilton could have been stopped, blacklisted and disarmed by a responsible Central Police Force. And maybe, just maybe, those wee graves in a cold Dunblane graveyard would be green grass. Maybe there would be still another dedicated teacher like Gwen who died so bravely, and maybe, just maybe another 16 twelve year-olds, like the pride of Scotland's youth, paused ready to be launched into their lives as a new nation is born!

I have climbed the great mountain and crossed the wide river. I have put my job and life on the line - I can do no more. I've had enough and my family have suffered too. Now I want to go home to myself. For my sins, I have settled in my exile on this most northerly Isle; I have fought the battle and lost, and now I want to tend my oysters in peace. Let others fight the battle. I've had enough. I cannot answer any more question, give names or details, videos. If you want answers to the Hamilton killings then QVS is the place to go and DIG. I would like to be left in peace. I can do no more now.

DUNBLANE INQUIRY WAS A COVER-UP AND PEERS BULLIED ME TO KEEP QUIET SAYS LORD BURTON, EX-MASONS LEADER

THE inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a massive cover-up, a top Scots Freemason has sensationally claimed.

Former Grand Master Lord Burton says that Lord Cullen's official probe suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.

He says they may belong to a secretive "super-Mason" group called The Speculative Society.

Some had links to Dunblane's Queen Victoria School -where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity.

And Lord Burton revealed that he was bullied and threatened by other peers when he tried to raise his concerns in the House of Lords.

Last night the 79-year-old aristocrat said: "There's no escaping the fact that there's something sinister about the whole affair."

He was prompted into action after reading in the News of the World last month that police are investigating claims that pupils at QVS were regularly taken away and sexually abused.

The Cullen Inquiry failed to investigate why suspected paedophile Hamilton was allowed to wander around the school whenever he liked, running camps and using the shooting range.

Murder

Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told us how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories at night.

He said Hamilton, who murdered 16 pupils and a teacher at Dunblane Primary School in 1996, had close links to a top cop.

Glenn said he was aghast that he was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry.

He said: "I was one of the people who was making a fuss about Hamilton long before he killed those children, but no one wanted to listen." Now Lord Burton has contacted him at his new home in the Shetland Islands, saying he believes Glenn wasn't called to give evidence to avoid the embarrassment of top legal names being dragged into it.

The QVS school is for children of the military services and has long-standing links to high office -its current patron is the Duke of Edinburgh.

Whoever holds the position of Secretary of State for Scotland becomes president and Scotland's second-most senior judge, the Lord Justice Clerk, becomes a commissioner.

Lord Burton said: "I was Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Scotland at the time and I'm aware that most of the conspiracy theories around Dunblane revolve around allegations of a Masonic conspiracy.

"I do have some difficulty with that, but I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society.

"The society was formed at Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route. But Hamilton was never a Mason. His grandfather was."

Current members of The Speculative Society include Lord Cullen and a number of other judges, sheriffs and advocates. Lord Burton has been trying for years to get to the bottom of the conspiracy theories, using his influence in the House of Lords until the reforms meant he was no longer entitled to sit in Westminster.

Last night he said: "I tried repeatedly to raise concerns about the inquiry during my time in the Lords, and I was bullied and threatened by powerful peers loyal to the Conservative Government of the day, who warned me of dire consequences if I continued to embarrass them."

But the determined peer pressed on and in 1999, asked a question in the Lords which revealed that documents from the inquiry had been ordered to be locked up for 100 years.

Among them was a police report revealing that Hamilton had been accused of sexually abusing boys and had been considered by some officers unfit to hold a firearms licence.

Secrecy

Lord Burton added: "We still need to know why that was necessary. Who was the secrecy protecting?"

Although the official reason is to protect the families of possible abuse victims, it's unusual for documents to be locked up unless for matters of national security.

In July, Dunblane ambulance worker Sandra Uttley told the News of the World how she and friend Doreen Hagger had drawn up a 50-point, 5,000-word dossier calling for secrecy surrounding the tragedy to be lifted.

They claimed that dozens of questions have gone unanswered and crucial lines of enquiry were ignored.

Former ambulance worker Sandra said: "There may be other individuals who should face prosecution."

Glenn Harrison had kept dozens of files from pupils alleging bullying and abuse while he was at the QVS and wrote to parents warning of the dangers in 1991.

It led to him being ousted from the school and just days before he left, police raided his home and confiscated the files.

When Glenn read Sandra's story, he went back to police -and this time they agreed to investigate .

Last night he said he in turn had been glad to receive the call from Lord Burton.

He added: "I've been making noises for years and I sometimes despair and think it's time to just accept we'll never get to the truth.

"But I think we owe it to all the people who were so affected by the killings to continue to demand answers to the many questions that were never asked."

Glenn told us that Hamilton had been a friend of Ben Philip, the senior housemaster at the QVS.

Mr Philip died in December 1993, aged 46, when he fell from a ladder while hanging decorations.

Glenn said: "They were friends so Hamilton was a regular visitor to the school and I was introduced to him.

"Ben Philip was a decent guy who was very trusting.

"I think he thought he and Hamilton shared interests in things like the outdoors, and he couldn't see that Hamilton had another motive for wanting to be around the school.

"Hamilton ran camps in the school grounds, and he used the shooting range freely.

Haunted

"He came and went as he pleased, almost as if he owned the place, and no one has ever tried to explain why he had such freedom.

"I am still haunted by the memory of picking up my newspaper on March 14 1996 and reading about what had occurred at Dunblane Primary School the day before.

"I just knew the killer had to be Thomas Hamilton. He should have been stopped."

Demands have already been made to the Scottish Executive to investigate the influence of The Speculative Society.

It was formed in 1764 as an offshoot of the Masons and has counted Sir Walter Scott, Robert Louis Stevenson and Hugh MacDiarmid among its most celebrated members.

The Spec, as it is known, is described by its members as a debating club. They meet in candlelit vaults below Edinburgh University's Old College in the winter.

Prospective members are normally approached while they study at the university.

Its membership -which was secret until a year ago -reads like a Who's Who of the rich and powerful in Scotland.

Campaigners were determined to reveal the membership amid concerns, many expressed by senior lawyers who are not members, of the disproportionate influence the Spec is said to wield.

One legal figure who has long been suspicious of the Spec said: "Members laugh off the suspicions and say it's just a debating club.

"But, given that the members are picked as undergrads and almost without exception go on to reach the pinnacle of their careers, you have to think either that those making the selection are very astute at spotting potential, or that membership gives you a leg up in life.

I haven't gone through all this, but it seems like dynamite:

Don't quite get the point about 'How reliable US intelligence has been'.

US Intelligence, like Mossad, MI5/6, Vatican etc. is highly reliable; but of course, we don't get their agenda or bias.
They know what is coming of, 'cos they are behind it, but we get the 'spin'.
I suspect you go along with the slant of my post, insofar as your info (which, you are quite right, I was completely unaware of) about Brown's 'brother' (well, though Masons don't generally call each other 'brother', they may well be Satanic 'Brothers in Crime').

Could be part of a slew of stories to discredit the the Hollie Greig case?

Revealed: British Premier Gordon Brown Is A Pedophile

By Michael James in Germany

2-28-10

I'm guessing the timing of the article was to point out the type of person who was attending the Chilcot Enquiry.

A controlled whore.!

Particularly of interest is the way the whistleblowing Housemaster, who had tried to bring the children's complaints to authorities, was sacked, and his house raided and his files taken.
Also, just like vital witnesses in 9/11, he was not interviewde for the 'Inquiry', whose conclusions were 'gagged' for 100 (yes, 100!!!) years.
One private response to me has suggested the case may have been linked to Hollie Greg case and to Keith Motherssons' death.

Quote:

Tebbit queries 100 year rule on Dunblane files
Yesterday, 03:22 pm

A senior Conservative peer has asked why official files about the Dunblane massacre will not be released until 2096.

Lord Tebbit raised the issues during questions in the House of Lords this afternoon.

Justice minister Lord Bach replied that he is "not in a position to say" why the files will be kept secret for so long, but added he will write to Lord Tebbit about the issue.

In March 1996 Thomas Hamilton entered the primary school in the small Scottish town of Dunblane and shot dead sixteen children and a teacher, before killing himself.

The incident was the deadliest single targeted mass murder of children in British history.

Lord Bach was answering question from Lib Dem peer Lord Lester about the recent decision to change the current law that public records are generally not be available for public inspection until they have been in existence for 30 years.

The government proposes to reduce that to 20 years and has tabled an amendment to the constitutional reform and governance bill to that effect.

Lord Lester said he "greatly welcomes" the change and hopes it becomes law before parliament goes into recess.

He questioned why the minister has rejected the need for extra resources to ensure the process will run smoothly.

Lord Bach said the bill is still before the Lords "so we will see what happens to it".

An impact assessment said the change will cost £50m to £80m over a ten year transition period, he told peers.

Lord Morgan (Lab) complained that the 30 year rule is already ignored by former ministers writing memoirs and that holding documents back contradicts the government's commitment to freedom of information.

Lord Bach said reducing the release date to 20 years would result in increased transparency and accountability.

He said the publication of memoirs by former ministers and others have been the subject of two recent reviews.

Lord Wallace (Lib Dem) said papers relating to defence, international relations and the economy are not covered by the current 30 year rule.

He asked if the government is concerned that the release of papers from 1910 might harm relations with Germany.

Lord Bach said it is "not quite as easy as that" and the exemptions under section 23, namely the security agencies and SOCA, do allow public interest releases.

However, papers that prejudice international relations or prevent the detection of crime will continue to be exempted from automatic release.

Revealed: British Premier Gordon Brown Is A Paedophile
By Mike James in Germany – 28 February 2010

In the early months of 2003, just prior to the illegal invasion of Iraq, and working in conjunction with a London-based freelance journalist who had thoroughly double-checked exposures published by the Scottish ‘Sunday Herald’ newspaper, I publicised details of a child-sex ring linked to senior ministers within the Blair government.

I initially published my findings, stemming from discreet leaks from a secret list provided by the American FBI to the ‘Sunday Times’ newspaper, and concomitantly discovered that Tony Blair had issued a gagging order to suppress all further discussion of a scandal that would most certainly have brought a swift end to his administration and made Britain’s collusion in the destruction of Iraq impossible.

The articles I wrote concerning the “Operation Ore” cover-up and the 100-year blackout order imposed upon the report concerning the Dunblane massacre of children used and abused by senior Scottish Labour government ministers can still be found here:

Dunblane Secret Documents Contain Letters by Tory and Labour Ministers
http://www.thetruthseeker.co.uk/article.asp?ID=600

These stories, which also implicated the Attorney-General Lord Goldsmith, former NATO Boss Lord Robertson, and the Svengali of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown’s rise to power, the flamboyant homosexual Peter Mandelson (now Lord Mandelson), were widely publicised on the Internet, excited debate within numerous online forums, and inspired Robert Kilroy-Silk’s former Veritas Party to undertake a detailed examination of the extent to which senior and junior ministers close to Gordon Brown were given free licence to engage in paedophiliac activities under the protection of the British intelligence services.

The Sunday Herald’s incendiary story (“Child Porn Arrests Too Slow”, 19 January 2003), written by its Home Affair’s correspondent Neil Mackay, disappeared rapidly from the Internet within weeks of my exposure. Mackay’s editor, at first cooperative, subsequently refused to answer any further enquiries put to him by myself and the freelance journalist Bob Kearley.

Each and every letter I sent to the British Home Office, Scotland Yard and the Sunday Times solicited not one single reply.

Lord Robertson, a self-confessed Freemasonic member of Edinburgh’s sinister “Speculative Society” lodge, who enjoyed a peculiarly close personal relationship with Thomas Hamilton, the mass murderer of abused children in Dunblane, failed to sue the Sunday Herald for libel and promptly disappeared from public life. Police records revealed that Robertson had helped expedite the process by which the Manchurian Candidate, Hamilton, already a convicted child molester with known affiliations to the British elite, was able to obtain gun licenses.

Roberston worked in collusion with Michael Forsyth (Secretary of State for Scotland), a fellow “Speculative Freemason” and Robert Bell, an associate of Malcolm Rifkind (British Foreign Secretary). Robertson, at the behest of Tony Blair and Gordon Brown, had a vested interest in ‘wasting’ children who were beginning to talk.

On 13 March 1996, Thomas Hamilton, a former Boy Scout leader walked into Dunblane Primary School armed with two 9 mm pistols and two .357 Magnum revolvers. He killed sixteen small children and a teacher. The subsequent police investigation revealed that Hamilton had loaded the magazines for his Browning with an alternating combination of fully metal-jacketed and hollow point ammunition. This horrific event led to the banning of handguns in the UK. [How convenient.]

The Judge who conducted the inquiry into the atrocity, during which two teachers claimed to have seen another mysterious man “guiding” Hamilton onto the premises, was Lord Cullen. Cullen, also a member of the Freemasonic Speculative Society and an associate of Labour “Scottish Mafia” figures such as Lord Robertson, Tony Blair, John Reid and Gordon Brown, was accused by leading journalists and emergency service personnel of having achieved a cover-up.

According to journalist Marcello Mega, in The News of the World, 28 December 2003:

1. A top Scottish Freemason, Former Grand Master Lord Burton, has said that Lord Cullen's inquiry into the Dunblane massacre was a cover-up.

Lord Burton says Cullen's inquiry suppressed crucial information to protect high-profile legal figures.

2. These high-profile legal figures may belong to a secretive 'Super-Mason' group called The Speculative Society.

Lord Burton said: "I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society. The society was formed in Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route." Reportedly, members of the Speculative Society have included Lord Cullen and a number of other judges, sheriffs and advocates.

3. Some of these high-profile people had links to the Queen Victoria School 'where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity'.

4. Reportedly the police are investigating claims that pupils at Queen Victoria School were regularly taken away and sexually abused.

5. Former housemaster Glenn Harrison told the News of the World how he even found Hamilton, 43, creeping around the dormitories at night. He said Hamilton had close links to a top policeman. Glenn was never called to give evidence at the Cullen Inquiry.

6. Lord Burton said: "I tried repeatedly to raise concerns about the inquiry during my time in the Lords, and I was bullied and threatened by powerful peers loyal to the Conservative Government of the day, who warned me of dire consequences if I continued to embarrass them." ( According to this source Cached - 'Malcolm Rifkind's friend and his then Chairman of his constituency party at Edinburgh Pentlands, Robert Bell, according to the front page lead of the Edinburgh Evening News on 23 March 1996, sold guns and ammunition to Thomas Hamilton only a few weeks before the Dunblane massacre, and it was reported he said he would sell him guns again.')

8. Glenn Harrison had kept dozens of files from pupils alleging bullying and abuse while he was at the Queen Victoria School and wrote to parents warning of the dangers in 1991. It led to him being ousted from the school and just days before he left, police raided his home and confiscated the files.

9. Glenn states that Hamilton had been a friend of Ben Philip, the senior housemaster at QVS. Mr Philip died in December 1993, aged 46, when he fell from a ladder while hanging decorations.

For William Burns’ further elucidation of the cover-up, please see Ref. 3.

Alan Milburn, a close ally of Tony Blair, also resigned dramatically from the senior benches of the Labour Party government shortly after Scotland Yard’s anti-paedophile investigation was suppressed by the Blair administration, citing the need to “spend more time with my family”.

For some reason, the abduction of Scottish children for the purpose of rape and murder, always closely linked to senior Labour Party political figures, continues unabated.

Pressure on Police to Release Paedophile Dossier

Although Labour Supremo Peter Mandelson’s alleged role in the kidnapping of young girls and boys for the “pleasuring” of the European Union’s elite commissioners in Brussels was the subject of intense speculation long before the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, I can now bring to a close all speculation as to the name of Tony Blair’s most “highly placed and senior politician” who fell not only under the scrutiny of Scotland Yard for crimes against children, but was also identified by the FBI as an active member of the paedophile ring run by Thomas Hamilton.

That name was first revealed to me by Norman Lamont at a private party in Clapham in 1986, during which time I worked as a scriptwriter for the British television media. Lamont later became Chancellor of the Exchequer under John Major’s Conservative administration. Following investigations in 2003 on both my and Bob Kearley’s part, that name cropped up time and time again, and I passed the details to Internet journalist Paul Joseph Watson.

Gordon Brown, the current British Prime Minister, is a practising paedophile whose activities are known not only to the British, American and Israeli intelligence services, but also by Rupert Murdoch and his senior editor at the Sunday Times.

Alleged Pedophiles at Helm of Britain's War Machine, Massive Cover-Up

Mike James

A child-sex scandal that threatened to destroy Tony Blair's government last week has been mysteriously squashed and wiped off the front pages of British newspapers.

Operation Ore, the United Kingdom's most thorough and comprehensive police investigation of crimes against children, seems to have uncovered more than is politically acceptable at the highest reaches of the British elite.

In the 19th of January edition of The Sunday Herald, Neil Mackay sensationally reported that senior members of Tony Blair's government were being investigated for paedophilia and the "enjoyment" of child-sex pornography:

"The Sunday Herald has also had confirmed by a very senior source in British intelligence that at least one high-profile former Labour Cabinet minister is among Operation Ore suspects. The Sunday Herald has been given the politician's name but, for legal reasons, can not identify the person.

There are still unconfirmed rumours that another senior Labour politician is among the suspects. The intelligence officer said that a 'rolling' Cabinet committee had been set up to work out how to deal with the potentially ruinous fall-out for both Tony Blair and the government if arrests occur."

The allegations are the most serious yet levelled at an administration that prides itself on the inclusion in its ranks of a high quota of controversial and flamboyant homosexual men, and whose First Lady, Cherie Blair, has come under the spotlight for her indulgence in pagan rituals that resemble Freemasonic rites. Unconfirmed information also suggests that the term "former Labour Cabinet minister" is misleading and that the investigation has identified a surprisingly large number of alleged paedophiles at the highest level of British government, including one very senior cabinet minister (known to Propaganda Matrix.com).

The Blair government has responded by imposing a comprehensive blackout on the story, effectively removing it from the domain of public discussion. Attempts on the part of this journalist to establish why the British media has not followed up on the revelations have met with a wall of silence. Editors and journalists of The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, The Sunday Times, The Observer, The Sunday Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Daily Express, The Mirror, The Sun, the BBC, Independent Television News and even The Sunday Herald have refused to discuss the matter.

Speaking from London, freelance journalist Bob Kearley told me: "Whether or not a D-Notice has been issued is not clear. But based on some of the feedback I've been getting it's apparent that editors and media owners have voluntarily agreed not to cover the story at this time. Operation Ore is still being reported, but not in regard to government ministers, and it's taking up very few column inches on the third or fourth page. Don't forget that the intelligence services are involved here, and Blair is anxious to ensure that the scandal does not rock the boat at a time when the country is about to go to war."

"You can imagine the effect this would have on the morale of troops who are about to commit in Iraq. In fact morale is reportedly quite low anyway, with service personnel throwing their vaccines into the sea en route to the battlefront and knowing how unpopular the war is with the British people. And a lot of squaddies I've met think there's something weird going on between Bush and Blair. If you're then told that the executive responsible for the conduct of the war is staffed by child-molesters ... well, then Saddam suddenly looks like the sort of bloke with whom you can share a few tins [beer]."

[In an E mail to Paul Joseph Watson, Mike James identified his sources as "people I knew in London who used to work for the Treasury department throughout the 1980s, one being a private secretary at a senior level....my sources will definitely refuse to support my claims - both are doing extremely well financially and career-wise."]

Blair's Protection of Elite Paedophile Rings Spells the End For His Career

Mike James

NATO boss and Blair government insider Lord Robertson has threatened to sue Scotland's leading independent newspaper over internet allegations that he not only used his influence as a Freemason to procure a gun licence for child killer Thomas Hamilton, but was also a member of a clandestine paedophile ring reportedly set up by Hamilton for the British elite.

On 13 March 1996, Hamilton, armed with four hand-guns, opened fire on a junior school class, killing 16 children and one teacher before turning the gun on himself, shattering forever the idyllic 13th century Scottish town of Dunblane.

The controversy is certain to topple the Blair government, which has already issued a D-Notice to gag the press from revealing the names of known paedophiles within the British executive, including at least two senior ministers; and the case highlights the government's antipathy toward the Sunday Herald and its brand of independent journalism that has, among other things, exposed the role played by the domestic security agency, MI5, in helping the IRA to carry out terrorist atrocities.

As reported by this journalist last month at Propaganda Matrix and Counter Punch, and by the Sunday Herald's Home Affairs Editor, Neil Mackay, the British intelligence services are actively engaged in preventing any further child sex revelations that could incite further hostility to an already unpopular Prime Minister and destroy the morale of troops set to invade Iraq. An intelligence officer told Mackay that "a 'rolling' Cabinet committee had been set up to work out how to deal with the potentially ruinous fall-out for both Tony Blair and the government if arrests occur."

Some commentators, mindful that one of Tony Blair's closest confidante's is a practising paedophile, are even suggesting that this particular scandal, and not Blair's repeated lies and fabricated reports in regard to Iraq, may well prove the downfall of a government mired in sleaze and corruption. The Sunday Times is reported to have obtained an FBI list of Labour MPs who have used credit cards to pay for internet child pornography, and Blair has responded by imposing a massive news blackout, failing however to stop the arrest of one of his most important aides, Phillip Lyon.

The latest allegations came to light following a campaign to lift the secrecy on the Dunblane massacre. Large sections of the police report were banned from the public domain under a 100-year secrecy order. Lord Cullen, an establishment insider, also omitted and censored references to the documents in his final report. Parents and teachers were advised to concentrate their efforts on a campaign to outlaw handguns instead of focusing on how the mentally unstable Freemason, already known by the police to be a paedophile, had obtained a firearms licence for six handguns. Hamilton allegedly enjoyed good relations with both local Labour luminary George Robertson and Michael Forsyth, the then Scottish Secretary of State and MP for Stirling. Forsyth congratulated and encouraged Hamilton for running a boy's club. Hamilton was also found to have exchanged letters with the British monarch, Queen Elizabeth.

The rumours and allegations concerning Lord Robertson's ties to Hamilton, and the possibility that the American intelligence services may be blackmailing Tony Blair into continued support for a U.S. invasion of Iraq, have been given fire by internet investigator and intelligence expert Michael Keaney:

----------

"An additional, and potentially explosive, aspect of US leverage over Blair is the FBI's investigation of users of child porn websites which has already claimed a number of high profile scalps. [....] The biggest two fish that come to mind are indeed high profile: firstly there is George Robertson, who today has announced that he will step down as NATO Secretary General after four years and two months in the job. Were he to be fingered the fall out would be spectacular but short-lived -- he's been a long time out of the cabinet and is sufficiently distant from Tony to be regarded as not requiring the presentational finesse of a "rolling" Cabinet committee, whatever that might be. However, our second candidate is most certainly very closely identified with the prime minister, and retains a high profile [and] continues to operate at a very high level indeed, whether in Europe, Japan, or even the Middle East."

[PICTURE]
"Peter Mandelson began political life as a member of the Communist Party, soon "seeing the light" and instead getting involved with the CIA/MI6-financed Socialist International youth wing and the Labour Party, through which he rose in parallel with his experience working at London Weekend Television with other A-list regulars like John Birt and Michael Maclay, now public mouthpiece of Hakluyt, the private sector spook outfit run by a bunch of "ex" MI6 types including the widow of ex-Labour leader John Smith. This sort of background and connections makes Mandelson very useful in the sort of corridors-and-alleyways diplomacy and networking that is the real substance of international relations and intelligence gathering. [....] If Mandelson is indeed the suspect, then the damage this could cause may fatally wound Blair."

"An interesting development that may, or may not, be related to this, is the publication of an article in last Sunday's Observer by David Aaronovitch. He and Mandelson are longtime friends, having been together in the Communist Party and at London Weekend TV. Aaronovitch was, until recently, a leading political commentator for the Independent, on whose "international advisory board" (the standard vanity collection of august persons put together for the ego of newspaper proprietors like Tony O'Reilly and Conrad Black) sits Peter Mandelson."

"Since switching to the Guardian Media Group at the beginning of this year or thereabouts, Aaronovitch authored an article on child abuse in which he pleads for common sense to prevail, rather than the lynch mob: 'Strangely I trust the police to act sensibly (because, like the analysts, they’ve seen it all): it's the rest of us I worry about.'"

"That much depends upon the behaviour of the US Justice Department, which ultimately has responsibility for the investigation, must be a worry for Blair. One need only imagine how this must colour the views of John Ashcroft regarding the moral fibre of British cabinet ministers and the laxity of the prime minister who chose them in the first place. How easy would it be for the suspect to be named in a story that miraculously surfaced outside of the UK (thereby circumventing the D Notice and leading potentially to a re-run of the Spycatcher fiasco of 1987)?

"Whoever is on the suspects' list, we can see that already this 'rolling' cabinet committee is busy leaking stories that serve at least to delay the shock of the inevitable, eventual revelation, buying valuable time if nothing else. Thus you can depend on the Guardian to save the day for Tony, and here's some helpful tip-offs courtesy of MI6 that help to distract from what's really going on, whilst bolstering the reputation for integrity and financial propriety that has marked Blair's dealings with businesspeople like Bernie Ecclestone, Richard Desmond, Lakshmi Mittal, etc."

"I have come to the considered conclusion," says a correspondent of Keaney, William Palfreman, "that the events surrounding the Dunblane massacre, and the subsequent submissions to the Cullen enquiry that have been put under to 100 years of secrecy, far out weigh in political significance issues such as our opposition to the EU [and] what it entails. It is inconceivable that T Blair, Jack Straw [and] Gordon Brown can survive in office as this matter becomes known. It totally undermines the Labour government, and could easily be a case of the Queen feeling she has to use reserve powers to call an emergency general election, such would be the loss of confidence."

"This scandal is far more important that anything that has happened here in living memory, in fact I can think of no parallel for it. It certainly pisses all over anything that happened to Kennedy or was done by Nixon. I am surprised, given the gravity of this matter, that [an] attempt has yet to be made on his life, for surely we are dealing with desperate people here. It also explains a few strange things, such as just why T Blair & co. were so keen to ban all handguns, and why such obviously talentless nobodies like George Robertson have risen from being backbench nobodies a couple of years ago to Defence Secretary, and now Secretary-General of Nato."

"[....] Now where in this is there a national security risk so great, that documents part of the public enquiry are now state secrets to be held for 100 years? Funny kind of public enquiry. Why, when Thomas Hamilton's application for a gun licence was turned down, due to him being regarded as a man of unsound character [and] him being the object of several paedophilia investigations, did his MP, our friend George Robertson (now Lord Robertson, Secretary-General of NATO), write him a glowing character reference, and personally see to it that his application was successful, when he knew the grounds for the original refusal were because he was suspected of procuring boys for sexual services?"

"Or take a certain boat seized on Loch Ness [Loch Lomond] by the Strathclyde Police. It is a very rare thing for assets to be seized in the UK, as [there] are no asset-forfeiture laws. When it does happen, there is normally a trial at least, with things only being seized if they are proven to be bought with money proven to be consequence of a proven crime. Even then, they are sold by public auction. How come, then, was this very valuable boat sold for the tiny sum of £5000, without an auction, to none other than our friend Thomas Hamilton, a man of no financial means whatsoever, nor a sailor, nor lived anywhere near any open water. Why did not the boats owners complain about having their property stolen from them in this manner? I can only conclude because it was being used for some very serious criminal activity, and those on board were merely glad to escape prosecution. Also, it seems rather odd in such circumstances that not only were the owners happy to avoid prosecution enough to lose a valuable boat, but that the Strathclyde Police were not willing to prosecute. And yet, after these improbable events, it wound up in none other than our friend Hamilton's hands. Could he have been a blackmailer as well as a paedophile?"

"But the main thing is what might explain sections of the public enquiry are now under the hundred year rule. There are only three levels of secrecy in the UK for state secrets, the 30 year rule, the 80 year rule and the 100 year rule. Normal secrets, like Cabinet discussions, government papers, espionage, all that, are under the 30 year rule. Only a very small number of things ever reached the 80 year rule, particularly events in the Sudan with Kitchener in 1902, where it seems that an act of genocide was committed, and some things that happened 1914-18, as well as things like potential peace negotiations in 1941, and just about everything to do with the IRA (after all, people are still alive after 30 years) come under the 80 year rule. Of them, the darkest of state secrets, when the events of '02 were getting a bit close to their limit for comfort, a further class of secrets was created to last a hundred years, and tiny number of things were put in it - e.g. Kitchener in '02, some World War I things."

But none of these things can be said to apply to Dunblane. That was a case of a common criminal [and] sexual pervert committing some fairly ordinary murders, of a kind that happen from time to time. Even if a backbench Labour MP was implicated, or may have been involved in a large paedophile ring in Scotland, that is not a matter of vital national importance. You have a prosecution, there is a bit of a scandal, everyone is disgusted and one MP goes to prison. Big deal: such things happen. You certainly would not make such information a state secret just to save one unnamed backbench nobody's miserable neck. Governments simply don't go to such extreme lengths to save nobodies - power broking just doesn't work like that. There must be issues of profound national importance working here, and I put it to you that anything that involves certain events in Scotland is more likely to be someone of cabinet level than anything else.

If the physiologically flawed [although Thomas Hamilton was these were the words of Tony Blair when speaking of Gordon Brown] Thomas Hamilton was the centre of a paedophile ring in Scotland that procured boys to people of the amongst the highest rank, and Tony Blair [and] Jack Straw covered this up by the Official Secrets Act (They would do the covering, as both the Prime Minister's [and] Home Secretary's permission is needed to put some something under the 100 year rule.) it is hard to see how they or their close colleges could possibly remain in office, even if they were never inclined to such flawed behaviour themselves. The government would fall."

----------

That prospect seems to be energising a government now considered to be fighting for its political life, even to the extent of killing the review process by which some of the banned sections of the Cullen Report would be made public, arguing that freedom of information would somehow harm other abused children in Dunblane.

In a recent interview with the Guardian newspaper, Michael Matheson, the Scottish National Party's shadow deputy justice minister, said: "There are more documents covered by the 100-year rule than this police report. Some of them have nothing whatsoever to do with children. We need to look at why such a lengthy ban has been imposed on them. I have been contacted by a number of families affected by the tragedy who are anxious to ensure this information becomes public. And so far we have no guarantee that it will. We only have a review."

"It is important we make available, if it is at all possible, any information that is available about people in the public eye," said the Scottish first minister, Jack McConnell.

When Tony Blair took office following a landslide victory in 1997, few commentators would have suggested that this man would be willing to drag his country into a war of unjustified aggression against a people that have done no harm to the British public. Nor would anyone have surmised that a Labour government would hitch its political fortunes to a shabby cabal of fanatical neoconservative Zionists working to make real their much-touted biblical Armageddon. And no one could have predicted that Blair's nominally "Christian" administration would transform itself into a licentious club of flamboyant homosexual cruisers and out-of-control paedophiles.

But it is now becoming shockingly clear that the slavish adherence of Tony Blair and Jack Straw to the Bush line on Iraq may have less to do with principled arguments, and much more to do with the fear of CIA and FBI revelations that would make them two of the most hated politicians in modern British political history.

There is only one way out for Tony Blair - resign.

Victims Of Masonic Ill Treatment 10 January 2004

Foreword:

The unlawful sectioning of George Farquhar by the Royal Edinburgh Hospital on the basis that he accused Cullen on his Website of a Masonic cover-up of paedophiles in Scotland's high society calls for the removal of Dr Chrichton from the medical register and the removal from the bench of Sheriff Lothian.

The same abuse of power and of the corruption of the psychiatric process by Carstairs State Hospital to silence Mr Arnold McCardle calls for similar penalties against the psychiatrists and judges involved in the McCardle case. Carstairs also has another paedophile friendly "doctor" who is being investigated for using the title "doctor".

Dear Mr McConachie

THE SCOTTISH PARLIAMENT - SUBMISSION OF PUBLIC PETITIONS PE652 & PE685

In support of evidence submitted with the Public Petitions Committee in relation to the above petitions PE652 and PE685, please find enclosed a copy of an article of serious significance by Marcello Mega that appeared in the News of the World on Sunday, 28 December 2003. It further bolsters my earlier submitted News of the World article by Marcello Mega of 9 November 2003, along with an article that appeared in the Herald on Wednesday, 13 November 2003.

I apologise if I appear overly pushy with this supplication, but I am sure the entire PPC will appreciate the enormity of it, especially in the light of Lord Burton's revelations in the News of the World.

The "News of the World Investigates" article by Marcello Mega, published on 28 December 2003, is typed out verbatim below.

Some had links to the Queen Victoria School where gunman Thomas Hamilton was allowed to roam free before the 1996 atrocity. [ DUNBLANE SCHOOL KILLINGS ]

And Lord Burton revealed that he was bullied and threatened by other peers when he tried to raise his concerns in the House of Lords. Last night the 79 year-old aristocrat said: "There's no escaping the fact that there's something sinister about the whole affair." He was prompted into action after reading in the News of the World last month that police are investigating claims that pupils at QVS were regularly taken away and sexually abused.

The Cullen Inquiry failed to investigate why suspected paedophile Hamilton was allowed to wander around the school whenever he liked, running camps and using the shooting range.

The QVS is for schoolchildren of the military services and has long-standing links to high office; its current patron is the Duke of Edinburgh. Whoever holds the position of secretary of State for Scotland becomes president and Scotland's second-most senior judge, the Lord Justice-Clerk, becomes a commissioner.

Lord Burton said: "I was Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Scotland at the time and I'm aware that most of the conspiracy theories around Dunblane revolve around allegations of a Masonic conspiracy. I do have some difficulty with that, but I have learned of an apparent connection between prominent members of the legal establishment involved in the inquiry, and the secretive Speculative Society. The society was formed in Edinburgh University through Masonic connections so I accept that there might be a link by that route. But Hamilton was never a Mason. His grandfather was."

[Petitioner's interjection: Thomas Hamilton enrolled as a member of Lodge Garrowhill (Lanarkshire Middle Ward) No. 1413, Garrowhill Drive, Garrowhill, Glasgow, in 1977, the same year he was granted a firearms certificate. Without any shadow of a doubt, his files connecting him to Freemasonry would be destroyed after the atrocities on 13 March 1996.]

[Petitioner's interjection - Bear in mind, Malcolm Rifkind was the Foreign Secretary at the time - and they do not come much higher in government than that - and Malcolm Rifkind's friend and his then Chairman of his constituency party at Edinburgh Pentlands, Robert Bell, according to the front page lead of the Edinburgh Evening News on 23 March 1996, sold guns and ammunition to Thomas Hamilton only a few weeks before the Dunblane massacre, and it was reported he said he would sell him guns again. I sent this information to Lord Cullen in a letter dated 27 February 2003, a copy with which the Public Petitions Committee were all provided as additional evidence to PE652.]

But the determined peer pressed on and on and in 1999, asked a question in the Lords which revealed that documents from the inquiry had been locked up for 100 years.

Among them was a police report revealing that Hamilton had been accused of sexually abusing boys and had been considered by some officers unfit to hold a firearms licence.

When Glenn read Sandra's story, he went back to the police - and this time they agreed to investigate.

Last night he said he in turn had been glad to receive the call from Lord Burton ... He added: "I've been making noises for years and I sometimes despair and think it's time to just accept we'll never get to the truth. "But I think we owe it to all the people who were so affected by the killings to continue to demand questions that were never asked."

Glenn told us that Hamilton had been a friend of Ben Philip, the senior housemaster at QVS. Mr Philip died in December 1993, aged 46, when he fell from a ladder while hanging decorations. Glenn said: "They were friends so Hamilton was a regular visitor to the school and I was introduced to him. "Ben Philip was a decent guy who was very trusting. I think he thought he and Hamilton shared interests in things like the outdoors, and he couldn't see that Hamilton had another motive for wanting to be around the school.

"Hamilton ran camps in the school grounds and he used the shooting range freely. He came and went as he pleased, almost as if he owned the place, and no one has ever tried to explain why he had such freedom. I am still haunted by the memory of pick up my newspaper on March 14 1996 and reading about what had occurred at Dunblane Primary School the day before. I just knew the killer had to be Thomas Hamilton. He should have been stopped."

Demands have already been made to the Scottish Executive to investigate the influence of the Speculative Society. It was formed in 1764 as an off-shoot of the Masons and has counted Sir Walter Scott, Robert Louis Stevenson and Hugh McDiarmid among its most celebrated members.

The Spec, as it is known, is described by its members as a debating club. They meet in candlelit vaults below Edinburgh University's Old College in the winter. Prospective members are normally approached while still studying at the university. Its membership - which was secret until a year ago - reads like a Who's Who of the rich and powerful in Scotland.

Campaigners were determined to reveal the membership amid concerns, many expressed by senior lawyers who are not members, of the disproportionate influence the Spec is said to wield. One legal figure who has long been suspicious of the Spec said: "Members laugh off the suspicions and say it's just a debating club. But, given that the members are picked as undergrads and almost without exception go on to reach the pinnacle of their careers, you have to think either that those making the selection are very astute at spotting potential, or that membership gives you a big leg up in life. I know which option I favour."

I will be much obliged if you could respond at your earliest convenience. Please also keep me abreast of any progress with PE652, which was heard over two months ago, and of any proposed date for the hearing of PE685.

Yours sincerely

WILLIAM BURNS

There's more allegations of a high-level paedophile ring below. If true, and I hope it isn't, then some of those people are dangerous and could still be hurting kids.

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children. That means we are part of UK policing and very much about tracking and bringing offenders to account either directly or in partnership with local and international forces.
....

The CEOP Centre is affiliated to the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA)

SOCA is virtually the only organization named in the Lib-Con Manifesto document that is going to be "refocued" out of existence....
