Operation Northwoods: hijacking of civilian airliner?

Anyone who hasn't seen "Loose Change" 2E may not have heard about this operation. Suggested by the Joint Chiefs of Staff to McNamara in the early 60's it was meant to be a secret plan to get the US people to support an invasion of Cuba using bombings, sabotage and, mysteriously, hijacked planes shot down over Cuba by remote control.

This is the picture of the uncensored page that describes how a drone aircraft could replace a civilian plane that was supposedly hijacked.
