Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance Retreat in Avalon (this looks great!)

Please join us for our spring retreat at the Earth Spirit Centre near Glastonbury. Staying in restored 17th Century buildings in open grounds, close to nature, we will be exploring the relationship between the inner transcendent nature of yoga and the web of life - the outer yoga of nature. Working through the Chakras with Kundalini Yoga we will focus on our relationship to our inner earth and to the outer earth; to the foundations of our being, our sense of self, our health and prosperity, and our connectedness with planetary consciousness.
