It is becoming fairly obvious why the only clips the BBC & other news stations will show from that day involve the actual collapse of WTC 1&2... they don't even show WTC7 collapsing.

...The internet has changed all that now!!!

Cheers,

Brian

I've watched that youtube link three times now and estimate the sound of the explosion reached that English person being interviewed when the start of the collapse was in sight, given that light travels faster than sound etc.

A very interesting clip.

Firstly, he decribes the WTC2 'hit' as the 'first big explosion', which 'someone' later explains as having been a plane crash. This follows the pattern of many other eyewitnesses who did not see a plane but believed what they were told they had not seen.

Second, he talks of a 'big explosion' much lower down, maybe an hour later ( it must have been a little less than that).

Third is the actual aural evidence of the start of the demolition a good 9 seconds before the shot of the tower blowing up. At 48:00 a woman in the street says "Oh my God' after a distant rumble can be heard. This comes straight after a motor-cylce revs up but is a different sound. No-body responds until 57:00, although someone points behind Evans's head at 52:00, so the comment must have been referring to a sound rather than the tower collapsing.

This corresponds with the massive boom heard by Rick Siegel and proves, if proof were needed, that the explosions on 911 Eyewitness are not wind noise, as some have stated.

Fourth, his comment on 'whatever the cause - we won't go into the politics of it ' - a very unusual remark to make so early on.

Yes, indeed - that comment did catch my attention straight away.

I'd think should have more comments on this but I must get to bed.
