Franks, Tenet & Bremer's Presidential Freedom Medal

Three key players in Bush's house of cards and his global crusade.

Wouldn't you agree ?

So, what do they all have in common ?

General Tommy Franks, now retired, was the US Army General who led the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.

George Tenet, now retired (July 2004), former Director of the CIA. Enough said.

Paul Bremer, erstwhile Chairman and CEO of Marsh Crisis Consulting - thats Marsh & McLennan to you and me.

Replaced the lack lustre, off message Jay Garner in Iraq to head up the Coalition Provisional Authority.

All three were rewarded with the Presidential Medal of Freedom for making the world a safer place, for American interests, on December 14th 2004

That's 1190 days after the causus belli that was 9/11

Or, alternatively, if you prefer, 3 years, 3 months and 3 days.

Now that's what I call the "executive".

Taking the piss, right in your face.

No Al Qaeda operatives were involved with the timing of this award.
