Mark Cuban (Magnolia Pictures) to sue 9/11 Truther?

This is an interesting issue. I'm not sure I understand what is going on but.....the rich Jewish guy, Mark Cuban who is going to be distributing 'Loose Change-Final Cut' (I think) seems to be forcing Google/YouTube to give him personal details of Halifaxion (is this guy one of our posters, I wonder?) so that he can sue Halifaxion for breaches of copyright (presumably).

Halifaxion's films are absolutely brilliant. It would be a real blow for us if they take this guy out and render him inactive.

Have I got this right?

Yes its a worrying development, seems like Loose Change Crew have signed a deal for the movie not to appear online for free, which will lead to 2 things: less people seeing the movie & them making more money - maybe... It also leaves the door open for Cuban to bury the movie if he so chooses.

And I agree Halifaxion had a great eye for truth, a real loss

PS It's also worth noting that Cuban is jewish.

first of all... lets not get bogged down with this insulting "Jewish Conspiracy" thing that BBC tried to paint us all with.

Secondly... it is scary, that the Loose Change Crew could have allowed themselves to be so 'legally' dependent to this Cuban guy. If its really true that he could 'bury the movie'.... thats a shocker.

How comes Michael Moore gets to tell everyone to DOWNLOAD his movies, and Mark Achbar gets to allow The Corporation to be downloaded free and legally... yet our Loose Change Crew doesn't get this luxury?

The only reason I included the 'Jewish' word was that when I heard this guy being interviewed by Bill O'Reilly, O'Reilly was attacking him fiercely saying things like you must not give these people any air. They are lunatics. They are anti-American. They are dangerous, etc. Cuban said encouragingly, "I think all points of view should be heard"....O'Reilly said, " You are wrong on that but another thing, do you know that these people, as well as being anti-American, are anti-Semites"....Cuban came back politely, "Look Bill, I am Jewish but I think it is more dangerous if controversial opinions are suppressed....or words very much to that effect. O'Reilly expressed surprise that he was Jewish and said something else about it but I forget what.


Anyway, Cuban sounded like a real decent kind of fellow..it is puzzling to see his company take this kind of action against Halifaxion though. Maybe it is a simple matter that if he, as a businessman, has bought copyright to material he does not like to see others using it for nothing......However, this is not the behaviour of someone who is primarily interested in the dissemination of 9/11 truth.

Point is Magnolia could've made an example of any number of copyright infringer's - they chose Halifaxion - whose body of uploaded clips was over 100 I believe, none of it was spam, all good solid thought provoking stuff. In fact he played a direct role in my own "awakening". To have him banned and all his clips taken down is a very major act of truth censorship, which Cuban is directly or indirectly responsible for...

The Loose Change thing sounds bad - the big numbers are only available online. I saw A Scanner Darkly last summer, it was only on for a week and I was in a cinema with about half a dozen other people.

Maybe we shouldn't put all our eggs in one basket - don't stop making those home 9/11 movies, yet!

My view has been stated before but i will repeat it.
I think we, you and me should burn as many copies of loose change and 911 mysteries as posible and give them to people to watch. Send them to local councillors and pop singers and actors and local journalists.
that is called direct action.

I personally did not have a clue about any of this but when i saw 911 mysteries i was hooked and then i saw loose change 2. Forget waiting for other people to do something this is something we can all get stuck into.
