Frank Greening was originally an OCT supporter, having written a paper to challenge Steve Jones findings (i.e. Greening debunked Jones, to an extent). More recently, he posted a critique of part of the NIST report on JREF:

In what way did Greening debunk Jones? Do you have a link?

Who is Greening posting as at the forum?

The most outstanding aspect of that interview is that Greening refuses to be bullied or misdirected by Fetzer.

I'm relieved that he batted 'beam weaponry' out of the park as science fiction and gave short shrift, albeit in a polite British way, to Judy Woods' ideas.

Greening is be behaving in the manner that "Martin Schotz, a psychiatrist who’s studied the JFK assassination, points out is the real objective of disinformation, which is not to persuade us of the “official account” but to create so much uncertainty that “everything is believable and nothing is knowable.”

He is a disinformationist - full stop.

I had to give up half way through Greening on Fetzer's programme, it was just SO boring. The bloke didn't have an idea in his head and just pushed the OCT/'leave it to the experts' meme. Maybe try swallowing another dose of that cr*ap later.

What a contrast to Jerry Leaphart who not only provided loads of new information but also gently reined in Fetzer's ramblings and kept things moving - give that man his own programme! Interesting too that Leaphart specialised in Space Law in (I think he said) the 1970s and knew about development of laser weapons then. 'Beam weapons=science fiction' my arse. Tell it to ARA.

Andrew, I am surprised you consider that Greening piece as worthy of being classed as debunking. Its nothing more than what Greening is now doing in the randi forum, offering highly implausible scenarios to obfuscate the issue.
