One would have thought she'd have known that to force the trial with no jury was illegal? whats more suprising is the MSM letting this cat out of the bag.

Its just a little hiccup i'm sure, a new rising star to preside over the case is now in place, get your bets on him hitting a few home runs for the 'home' team.

I wonder what the odds are right now at will hills on Al fayed having some accidental death before the trial, or perhaps a good old tried and tested 'heart attack' by the latest technology would seem to fit the bill, what with all the stress he must be under, this would be the 'ideal' method, as i cannot see al fayed walking in the woods or mountains aka Dr Kelly or Rob Cook.

80% of the public believe Diana was murdered.
Butler Sloss was only there to cover it up

whats the chance some massive news story, a 9/11 type of terrorist attack 'just happens in time' to wipe this story out of the news apart from a few snippets appearing to keep us informed of the trial.

Something must be brewing as this trial needs to get minimal airtime.
