I had the misfortune to hear some of simon mayos programe on R5 today.
Chatting to Paddy Ashdown about the blood fueled orgy of violence (otherwise known as Iraq) Mayo goes on to say "One country we defenitely do know has weapons of mass destruction is Iran"
Did I misshear or have I missed something? |

This is part of the reason why this country is such a * * place to have to live.
The Bush and Bliar Capitalists are * dross! They cast a blanket of lies across the nation and tuck it into the masses through monopolistic enterprise.
You know something is VERY wrong when you could be locked up with a violent murderer if you don’t pay for a licence to watch TV. Living in Britain is comparable to cave dwelling, and the population is in serious trouble with the Ministry of Truth in every living room. _________________ In our age there is no such thing as 'keeping out of politics.' No you were not mistaken, about 107 minutes in:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive/programmes/mayo.shtml
I just heard Mayo stating as fact to Paddy Ashdown, who did not even
correct him.
Suggest we use the "contact us" facility on that page,to put him in a
more enlightened state of possibilities.

- Posted through the complaints page, for what it's worth.
In the Simon Mayo show Thursday, 11 may 06 @ approx 1hr 07 mins and 50 seconds into the interview with Paddy Ashdown, Mr Mayo broadcasts the erroneous comment Quote “one country that ‘definitely’ does have WMD is of course Iran”. There is no proof of this and I believe that Mr Mayo should be reprimanded for his fallacious commentary.
Personally, I see the BBC are softening the population for an attack against Iran, and Mr Mayo is simply one of the many puppets serving their agenda. _________________ In our age there is no such thing as 'keeping out of politics.' I nearly threw my shoe through the telly last night. bbc 10 o'clock news headline "7/7 bombers probably linked to Al Qaeda!".
Probably? Is that the best they can do? What about the recent Times articles et al saying there were NO links? |
