Stop the War Coalition, Brum

Hi everyone,

I'm part of the Awake Campaigning group screening Loose Change Documentary in Birmingham on 25th May. In an effort to engage our local community in Birmingham we have contacted Education Fraternities, Spiritual Groupings and a number of Political institutions. We staged a meeting this week with a local representative of the Stop the War coalition, in all honesty we arrived at the meeting with high expectations, however we found this individuals attitude toward a 9/11 campaign both disturbing and extremely dissapointing. Quite frankly, we found the attitude to be shocking and shameful.
When posing the question, as we did, "Why has the Stop the War Coalition not been more vocal and active with regards to the 9/11 issue?"

The response was "because the majority of us, including myself see it as nothing more than a conspiracy theory and you are not going to convince me here otherwise."

Our reason for the meeting was to tap into the pool of energies and resources that clearly exists within the Stop the War Coalition.
After the meeting we read on this forum that Leeds had had more success with their representatives in the Stop the War Coalition.
This diluted our anxieties, for it clearly seemed that this attitude was not systemic throughout the country.

We would suggest therefore that everyone involved in the 9/11 truth campaign contact their local representatives and branches of the Stop the War Coalition, and in the words of Scott Ritter; "poke the frog" and see how it responds.
The S.W.C. is as you know, an extremely well resourced and well run campaign. For a group of this nature, with the exposure that they have recieved and continue to recieve, should be exposing 9/11 with the same relish and passion with which they have opposed the wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and the upcoming conflict in Iran all of which are justified by the events of 9/11.

It is worth noting however, that this was the only response of this nature that we have had, which is why; it has remained as a splinter in the minds eye.

Thank you to everyone for responding to our campaign, we have posters and leaflets that we can make available free of charge to anyone in need of promotional material in relation to the screening of Loose Change.

Hi Awake

We (the Cumbria group) hit the same brick wall with the STW group in Lancaster and also at the Condosleeza Rice visit demo in Blackburn organised by the STW coalition.

IMHO the STW movement has been infiltrated at the top and the leaders appear to have total control of the grassroots supporters, some of whom are receptive to our 911 info!

From a truthseeking angle there is something seriously wrong with the movement. They polarise peoples energies but sadly dont appear to make any difference!

My conclusion based on my own personal experience is STW= gatekeepers.

If anyone can report a positive experience with the STW movement I'd be delighted to read it.

It is plausible to consider that government employees infiltrate any ‘anti’ group. I read somewhere that MI5 was on a recruitment drive a few years ago. In fact T Bliar himself is reported to have spied on the CND movement before his current role.

Very plausible and true!

David Shayler informed us that BLIAR was employed in the intelligence services before he became an MP, and that Bliar was quite concerned when David became a whistleblower in case he made the public aware of his past employment!

If only we could train German Shepherds to sniff them out. Like in one of the Terminator movies, they used dogs at the front of the rebels’ complex to sniff out the cyborgs.
