CCTV image strangeness - the ghost cap

Just noticed something else about this pic. There is a screen behind the alleged bombers and you can see reflections in it. But note Khan's white cap - it is not reflected (compare with the white of the ticket box).

Curious?

With white not technically being a colour, then this is an example where I can explain why.

White reflects light, and is a cool colour, hence why many homes in hte Med are coloured white.

White also hardlly reflects at all in any transparent material, but it will reflect if it is black.

The guy with the white cap with the railings behind him, there are are three horizontal rails, yet the lowest horizontal rail is clearly in front of his left arm yet the remainder of the railings are behind him

I know that this anomaly has been pointed out by many people, but can someone provide a rational/logical explanation for this.

I think that what looks like white hat guy's lower left arm is in fact an extention of the vertical of the glass causing the reflection. White hat guy's arm is bent and his cuff is just above the horizontal of the lowest bar.

Even if this were not the case, I think far too much can be projected into these low resolution pictures and cameras (especially old cameras) which are aimed in the same direction for any length of time can develop ghosts of the brightest areas.

The only explanation I can think of is if you follow the line of the wall behind his arm.

More suspiscious is the faded bar going through his head.

And in that picture, because it's sunnier, white is appearing less bright in reflection - look at the reflection of the ticket machine top.
