while radio4all is brilliant interms of connecting with other alterniatvie media (your stuff can get picked up and used by others) it is frustrating at times. indymedia radio is practically noneexistent now for some bizarre reason.

you can go for the general stuff like www.odeo.com and make sure you set up a podcast link to itunes. sorry if that's teacing you to suck eggs.
