This is what I have been told by a reputable source:

The planes hit the Trade Center and Bush had explosive planted a day before this happened to escalate for war with Afghanistan.

But that was not the first act of terrorism. Back in Clintons time TWA flight 800 was shot out of the sky because they had terrorist aboard and had a biological weapon which they wanted to crash the plane into downtown New York City. So Clinton had done a great job preventing this from happening.
