Great news! Should draw in some more numbers for Calum's upcoming event with Gordon Ross.

I think the hard work that's gone into the publicity of this talk should be a template for all of our future events.

One thing I'll say is I hope more than the usual four or five of the London group will be rolling their sleeves up for some leafleting missions in the coming two weeks. It really is an important part of the publicity for these events.

Everyone who goes on a few leafletings before an event recognises two or three of the faces they spoke to on the streets in the audience. If 20 of us were out there rather than a handful it would make a genuine difference.

James Whale is an arrogant *, I really can't stand the man, and never listen to his "show".

However I appreciate that he has a lot of "*WHITE* (operative word) van men" and "taxi driver" type listeners, smug & self opinionated like James Whale, as these kind of morons attract each other it seems. I appreciate that these are the types of personality that need to wake-up en masse and re-consider the war on terror/war of terror and the fact that 9/11 and 7/7 were total inside jobs.

I have my DAB set to record the whole programme. As it is three hours long and the last one hour programme I recorded is about 50Mb, I'm guessing that it will be about 150Mb, less after the adverts are edited out - but I might not have time to do this at the moment.

Anyway, in a nutshell, the file will be far too big to be accepted on the forum's server so it will have to be shared via BitTorrent. I'll upload a .torrent to Conspiracy Central as soon as it is converted to .mp3. I'll upload an edited version when I've had time to edit it unless somebody else does so before me.

If you can't use BitTorrent - it's about time everybody learned! But I'll bring a hard copy to Calum's presentation next Friday.

Just been infomed my likely air time will be 15 minuites (possible a max of 30 mins if it goes to his liking).

I'm not sure I agree with the view expressed by Callum; that the attack was a LIHOP (let it happen on purpose) rather than a MIHOP (made it happen on purpose). The problem is there is so much evidence of controlled demolition.

If you listened you would recall I state that "at the very least" before talking about LIHOP.

What presenters LOVE you to do is make some sort of wonderfuly extravagant remarks that they can yell about and stir the listeners up with. I wasn`t about to give him the shock material he was after.

Thats alright Declan,
I`m just not sure that it`s apparent how awkward it was doing the thing over the phone. You cant hear a damn thing when you get interrupted and you have to move very quickly as not being in the studio you get no warning if he`s going to interrupt you...or if he`s getting bored etc.

The important thing was he plugged the talk.

You did well in the allotted time Calum, and spritely avoided the obvious trap that the 'bored' Whale tried to spring on you by allowing the possibility of the LIHOP option.

Plus you got to publicise the AE911 site and your presentation (plus a handy location for getting some decent Indian food) - and all without seeming a total 911 nutter!

Result!

Might I suggest though (as it momentarily piqued Whale's complacent blurb) that you describe yourself as 'working for an engineering degree' or some such, rather than as a 'student'.

Mere semantics, but it might help distinguish you from the media studies and associated generally ignoramus interpretations of the word 'student'.

NSpeak...yes it was amusing that he was so bored and didnt even know why he invited me on the show AFTER he gave me national airtime.......Hmmm Mr Whale is being quite careful. Even when "Jane from Croydon" called to say how boring 9/11 was he still said "yes but we can still ask....why?".

WTF!

I have tried to upload an .mp3 file about half a dozen times!

I have sat and watched the data streaming out via my firewall monitor at a rate of 35k/s for five minutes or so. The is only 4.0Mb so is not too big (according to the forum restrictions), I have changed the file name a few times in case it was too long or had illegal characters and I have listened to it twice so I know it isn't damaged but I get the message 'Tried to upload empty file'.

Sorry, I'm mystified!

I tuned in a few minutes late and only caught Kate from Croydon.

It's a shame he cut you off from explaining the flight data, but you came across very well, and you did say "Engineer Student" and "Prospective Engineer" rather than just student, although I agree avoiding the word "student" altogether is probably a good tip in future.

Well done for plugging AE911Truth as well, even a mention of them heaps the credibility.

I agree with what's said about James Whale - he plays his cards close to his chest but he's clearly interested in all of this. I think his laying it on thick about how good the food was there was his sneaky way of trying to get people along.
