According to The Guardian TV Guide: "Documentary attempting to draw together the events leading up to London's worst terror attack, as suicide bombers struck for the first time in Britain on July 7th, 2005." From that you can probably draw the conclusion that it would be inadvisable to embark on any dangerous activity, like holding your breath!
